Old and cold food and when I ask for my food to be off the broiler i get it cold 98% of the time especially if its the manger taking the order i don't know if it's because she doesn't know what that means or just doesn't care only time i get it off the broiler is when there's some young guy taking my order and he makes me park in the front for about 7 minutes that's how I know it's really off the broiler takes 7 minutes to get and it's actually hot wish they would do it for me every time I'd eat there more often it's been like this for a long time ...do the owners not read the reviews for their own restaurants or again do they just not care sad ..(UPDATE) so I went here again thinking it would be better hopefully...and it was worse got a raw patty and a bun covered in thick caked on flour and mold from were I have no idea...I've contacted the manager she don't care I even went on Twitter and expressed my frustrations with this location and they told me they would contact the owner and let them know the issues and I would get a response from them ..maybe ...well it's been months snd still nothing so I guess they don't care either.. can't wait for this location to close and they put something else there (update) so it's been a long time since I wrote this review surely they have improved .... Nope same old horrible food again I went in at 630am and ordered a loaded sausage crossandwich and again got old dried up food this BK is the worst !! (Update) After reporting this location to the health department, a district manager finally reached out to me. We had a conversation about the food quality, and she agreed that what I experienced was not acceptable. She said she would address the issues with her staff and for about a month or two, things actually improved a lot. Unfortunately, that didn't last. Now it's right back to the same problems: cold, old food and inconsistent service. At this point, it feels like there's a serious lack of accountability and follow-through at this location. I ordered a fish sandwich combo. The fish was about as dark as my Diet Coke. When I picked the sandwich up to take a bite, you could tell the fish was not drained properly because oil dripped down my wrist. The fish was not firm either. It went straight in the trash and I ordered a whopper Junior. What a waste of money and time. The Whopper Jr was equally horrid. Came in around 7:45 AM for breakfast. There was one customer in the lobby and one car in the drive-through, yet I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes without being acknowledged, even though the employee clearly saw me multiple times. When he finally came over, he had no customer service skills whatsoever. No greeting, no apology--just "what do you want?" I told him I had a mobile order for Sean, and he cut me off mid-sentence with a rude "name?" He then told me, in a condescending tone, that next time I should order it for in-restaurant instead of drive-through, even though it was my first time using the Burger King app and I followed exactly what it instructed me to do. This was not a busy morning, so there is absolutely no excuse for the rude attitude and lack of basic courtesy. Customer service is literally this guy's job, and he clearly doesn't care to do it. This store is being run by miserable people, I came in to use their restroom and grab a meal, I was talking to one the employees for the bathroom code and the manager I believed can in and said in a rude tone that it was opened when I myself went and checked that it was locked. The people behind the counter can't understand you, and you can't understand them, the special meal is always sold out, they don't start making your order until after youve been waiting a while and ask where it is, they forget to include parts of it entirely, you have to ask 5x for ketchup and napkins because they give you 2 at a time, the self order kiosks are always shut down on purpose, etc The two stars is because the food is actually solid for BK and never gross or made so improperly that it's inedible or anything. , I purchased the flame and flight combo for 12.99 tonight and The kiosk didn't show me my order information and made me pull forward with no help, the inside was locked by 8 pm so I was forced to use the device thru kiosk. The person working there told me the combo doesn't come with the firey mozzarella sticks or the sundae DESPITE it being listen on all the menu and adds. I ordered no mayo or ketchup it's smothered in it, and I ordered an extra patty with cheese on the burger and they melted the cheese into a bag and put two patties in another. I don't usually leave reviews for fast food but we were heading out of town and decided to stop here. At first we planned to go inside and while it looked clean and well organized it was pretty busy so we went through the drive through instead. I haven't had fast food in years and just wanted something cold and easy for the road. We got a couple milkshakes some fries and a burger to go. The drive through was quick the service was friendly and everything came out just right. It was exactly what we needed before getting back on the road. read more

I don't typically review fast food restaurants because they've all slid so far downhill in quality and customer service that you will most likely end up with a 2 star rating. Well, I don't know if I hit them on a good day or what but they seemed to be banging on all cylinders today. I had a craving for a Texas whopper, so I decided to spin the good ole' fast food wheel of fate with low expectations. I'll be damned if this was NOT the MOST fresh hamburger that I've had in recent memory. It was juicy, tasty and left me satisfied. I won't expect this every time (since it's fast food) but I had to write this review since it's apparently possible to get a fresh burger here without having to ask for a refund, because they got my order wrong. I've been coming to this Burger King since I was a child. Over the past two years though, management has gotten bad. The manager is so rude and makes the visit there horrible. The way he talks to guests and makes smirky faces has already made me go to the Burger King in Watsonville. I went in today as my friend was buying so I accepted ..My food was cold and stale, it tasted greasy as if the onion rings were redropped in the oil and when I requested fresh ones, he refused to replace them and said they weren't made that long ago. Drive-through menu boards have been broken for weeks. This forces desperate customers to choose high priced items or wait for all the cars to exit. Burger King would be unhappy to know that I only choose from the what used to be called the dollar menu and that was not presented to me on the drive-through. Bad customer service! 1:15 pm on Tuesday 3/5/24 rude male took order over speaker. I asked if any grilled options, before I even finish my sentence he replied with "NO" then silence. Ok? Food: the food is what it is... same as other BKs. LOST a star because no plain ice coffee with cream and their attempt at mocha ice coffee sucks. Payments: This location seems to be stuck in the past regrading handling of payment. First the change shortage has long ended, so take down the signs. It gets annoying that your cashiers act as if cash is a shortage is still happening ... they can't give change or the customer need exact change. Sounds more like the cashier doesn't want to deal with cash OR If the franchise owner doesn't want to deal with cash then put up a sign for that CARD ONLY. I decided to go vegan a month ago, but I was craving a burger. So I stopped by Burger King to try out their Impossible Whopper. I ordered two because it is actually cheaper to order two instead of one. Who would have known? I ordered it without mayo to make it vegan so it was definitely missing the sauce element. Other than that though, it was very convincing and actually tasted like meat. I would not have known the difference between the Impossible burger and a real burger. Overall, I definitely will be back to order the Impossible Whopper again. I can't speak for the rest of their items, but it's nice to have a vegan option at a local fast food chain. read more

Trying to give fast food places a 5 star, but keeps missing the basic customer experience. Going with a 3 star experience at this location.. Drove in the drive-through for a quick bite. Pulled up to the speaker box and right away was greeted with horseplay and foul language spoken amongst each other, probably didn't think the mic was on. Anyways, the person taking my order greeted with "What do you want to order?" No hello welcome to Burger King or trying to upsell me something new on their menu, flat out "what do you want." I said I needed a minute, then proceeded with my order.
