And I was shocked to find that the only open place in town made a fantastic burger! I thought everyone was just there because they had no other choice. I think what I ordered was called something like the Super Mario, and involved goat cheese and a big flat red pepper. It was halfway between slider size and normal size, and was supremely juicy and fatty, tasting almost like pork or lamb rather than beef.
