Oh man... went to this place on the a saturday, didn't want to wait in line at the drive through, so we went inside. BIG MISTAKE. This place was wicked dirty on the inside, at least 3 tables had not been bused. They ran out of large cups, and that seemed to have everyone confused. The cashier which was 7 months preggers went off to find cups and left a line of 5 people waiting... Only to return and be like, "we don't have large cups". So instead of a refund, they offered a medium cup and a small cup, to make up for the size of a large. It was just a mess and it took forever to get the food. The only time I might go back to this place is when I go through the drive through, but I definitely will not go inside again....gross. read more

Let's begin.... To start with it's a Burger King, so we're not expecting haute cuisine. The be fair, the food quality is as good as one can expect. It's solid food prepared quickly. The service? TERRIBLE. The drive through kid rushed through his questions and missed every answer I gave. I had to repeat every aspect of my order multiple times. I've never had a pleasant experience at this location. I always try to come by to give it another chance but it just doesn't get any better; In fact, it's gets worse. The menu still hasn't been changed to the lunch menu which is fine but nobody answered at the drive thru. We had to look up the menu online and eventually someone changed it. We announced we were ready to order but nobody would answer. Decided to order at the window and after being at the window for 5/6 minutes, someone came up asking us to confirm our order and we explained the situation. The lady explained we would have to drive back around so I explained what had happened and asked her to take our order and she refused. I asked if she was the manager and she stated she was but I cannot believe she was being honest, as she was rude, disrespectful, and bitter. I could have just gone in instead after this but at this point, she was so bitter that I'd rather stay hungry than be treated like a dog so we left. Terrible service. You have to be extremely patient and wait 20 minutes for 2 burgers, IF they even take your order so good luck to the rest. read more

The cashier double charged me. He took my order then told me the total. I handed him my Debit card and ran it through the machine. Gave me my card back and said I didn't have enough. After an impromptu bachelorette night, I had to drive to Milford NH for my cousin's baby shower (awww). It was rough. I tried to find the Wendy's off one of the Billerica exits, but ended up driving to who knows where. I needed salt and fat: stat. Back on the turnpike, I drive drive drive (sweating of course...it's almost 90 out and hangedover) and find another fast food sign; this time: Burger King option. Mmmm...I had a minute dream of the classic chicken sammich (mayo chicken iceberg. perfect). No cash, so had to step inside. Scary people there on a Sunday noon time. But whatevs. I was focused. Chicken Sandwich meal please. Okay, here's the best part, guys. I get my small cup (which I swear has actually been reincarnated into a large size soda cup) and head to the soda machine. In case you were wondering what pairs well with your order ... the soda machine actually lists out the various beverages you may wish to consider with your meal. Please read the other reviews and take notice. They are not an exaggeration, this is the worst fast food joint I have been to. I mean consistently bad. 15 mins to get through the drive-thru. There is no way out once you are in, you are stuck on that line. The checkout screen at the drive-through is inoperable. The food always cold an inedible. I went back simply because I needed to see if they improved anything. They haven't. I can't imagine how they stay open. I had one person in front of me and several people behind me in line and they werent communicating. They asked me to wait to order. I waited 5 minutes and they were chatting amongst themselves but not serving any customers. The person in front of me left and then I decided to leave and everyone left. Service was good. I was alone with my baby who does not walk yet, so I was balancing him and a diaper bag and some serious chicken sandwich need. The cashier held my boy steady while I fished out my card and then the guy washing the windows moved a high chair out of the cold kid dining room into the main dining room. The Burger King in Chelmsford was awful. I was there earlier today. The person taking the order was nice. There was a bit of a wait after a 6-7 minute wait, I was surprised that my food was cold. The impossible burger was cold and the French fries were cold. I was missing part of my order since I had ordered for two people and only received those 2 items which were cold and the bag was not fresh. The person taking payment didn't seem to know what I had ordered. The car in front of me waited a long time before his bag was delivered to him thru the window and after some discussion the customer left without his food. I believe they were trying to give me that customer's order, because my order was not complete. They did not seem to understand that with the virus more and more people will be relying on them for a good meal and this WAS NOT IT! read more

The sewage problem is long gone, but it should have been FIXED a lot SOONER than it took. If you have the smell of raw sewage in your restaurant it should be closed down, until it is fixed, period. This didn't happen even after they closed it down for a few days, several calls to the board of health (wtf? Why didn't they listen?) and a few MONTHS of it being that way. Ugh: I went a couple weeks ago and they had the smell of what smelled like a combination of sewage and rotten eggs as soon I entered the entraceway (not even the restaurant yet) someone at the register said it happens when the empty the sinks and that "there was nothing they could do about it" I called the Chelmsford board of health, and the inspector who checked out said the district manager will be re-vamping the sink/sewage system to remedy this, but I'm gonna wait a while before I go again. read more

This place is crazy. 30 mins waiting in the drive through line with only one car in front of me. First they gave my order to the car in front of mine who went through it and realized it wasnt their order. Then they took it back and put it on the counter and tried to give it to me afterwards. Do these clowns not realize this is how Covid spreads??? I told the girl working the window that I didnt want a corona burger and she looked confused before asking another girl behind her at the counter what she should do. The other girl told her "Just make him wait and give it to him again." I cannot believe I'm writing a review for a Burger King. Not much to say here other than its a guaranteed poor experience every time I decide to come here. The soda machine is always out of most flavors, or just doesn't work at all. Icee machine never dispenses anything but warm liquid. Speed of service is always junk, and food accuracy is usually wrong. Dining room is dirty. The only saving grace here is that the food is decent once you actually receive it. Horrible service. I was stuck in the drive-thru lane for 30 minutes this past Saturday evening, 2/17/18. When I got to the window I ask why it was taking so long. The person on the other side of the window who could barely speak English said "no enough help". Nothing said in an attempt to apologize or even offer to deduct something off the cost of the so called fast-food I got. And on top of it the food was cold. Worst burger king i've ever been to in my life!! Only two cars in the drive thru line (including mine) and it still took 30 minutes to receive my food. Once i finally got my food and drove to my house i realized that they had given me a fish sandwich instead of the crispy chicken sandwich i originally ordered. Not only did they completely screw up my order but the food that they did give me was cold and looked like it had been sitting there for awhile. This is probably my favorite fast food place to go to. The drive through is always at a nice pace, not too slow but every time my fries are cold! I work in fast food myself and I never would have handed out someone cold food...and not only that they can't even seem to pick up their outside trash. I know I shouldn't expect much from Burger King. But the last couple times I have been there, the onion rings have been ice cold and soggy, and today my whopper was the same. I modify my whopper so I know that it wasn't sitting under the heating lamp waiting for the next unsuspecting person to order a regular whopper, yet it was still cold by the time I got to my work 5 minutes away. I purchased 2 whoppers last evening and nothing like the advertised pictures. One tomato, approximately 1.5 inched in diameter, a pinch of lettuce (slightly brown), not enough onion to be noticed, one small thin pickle slice, and enough dressing to be recognized in just a couple of bites. This is the worst Burger King around....it is run like you would expect to find in a 3rd world country in Africa. The help is horrible, there are always problems with your orders, the machines or grills are always broken, they don't plow the snow in the wintertime so people get their car stuck in the drive through. read more

I was served raw chicken!!!!!! I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with barbecue sauce and bacon only. It came with mayo tomato and lettuce instead. I returned it and they gave me a new sandwich with BBQ sauce and no bacon. I ordered my sandwich a 3rd time and the finally put the bacon on. The bacon was par cooked and cold. I bit into the sandwich and the chicken was completely raw. Sunday at 4pm. There was no one in charge to handle my complaint. They gave me my money back and said I should be happy with that. I don't think so!!! This is my first yelp review ever. And well worth my time to do it. These people just don't care. They don't listen, and they have no management to keep us safe. I went there last night with a friend because neither of us had been to a Burger King in years. Huge mistake I tell you what. First off, the smell in there is horrendous - smells like someone applied a generous amount of BK-scented aerosol spray. Secondly, the furniture is incredibly tacky - it's the first time I felt like my jacket was too good for the back of a chair - the tackiness of the furniture actually makes it smell worse. And last but definitely not least, when you're eating the food you just wanna get it over with - it's like going for a run on a sidewalk filled with dog waste. read more
