Chicken was dry, chewy. Kimchi fried rice was dry (how do you even pull that off??). After we were finished eating (ate maybe a 1/4 of the food) we sat there for like 25 minutes staring at our plates with the wait staff sitting on a table like maybe 15-20 feet away from us staring at their phone. I had to get up and walk over to ask for the check. So, in summary, food was bad, service was worse and to be honest, food was way over priced. We're never coming back to this place. Unfortunate too, used to be good and there are not a ton of options for Korean fried chicken in the Lowell area. They've cut the order down from 8 to 6 wings while raising the price another dollar from 3 months ago. A 10 piece order of wings is now $18; which is on par with every location near me. Even the chicken strips are priced the same. I've championed BonChon to all of my friends and brought lots of people, but these prices are unsustainable. I *LOVE* the product they put out above any of the several other KFC places that have recently opened. While the Cambridge location may stay open, I predict a short window for their other MA locations in this economy.

If you're a fried chicken fan, it's easy to see why this is one of their most popular offerings. The biscuits were another standout. Warm, fluffy, and absolutely delicious with the butter and hot honey. I could easily make a meal out of those alone. The sides, however, were a bit disappointing compared to the chicken. They were fine, but nothing particularly memorable. The broccoli was the biggest letdown, as it wasn't cooked enough for my taste and was still quite firm. While the sides could use some improvement, the excellent fried chicken and biscuits make this a meal I'd order again. Next time, I may just choose different sides.
