    This is really the best Burger King I've ever been to. Food is always hot and fresh, my order is always right. Nothing better than enjoying your cheap quick meal.

    It's the best and it has excellent customer service. Definitely convenient and Colusa the only one in Colusa.

I had to see what the hype was! The burger had 2 nice patties with cheese and what appeared to be their own sauce. OK..I don't really go for this type of food very much but curiosity had me order it! My boyfriend and I split it and surprisingly it was delicious! Messy but tasty ( extra napkins needed!). When I arrived at the drive-through, I was told to pull forward and wait. After sitting in line behind multiple cars, I was then told they couldn't complete my order because of the time it was placed. This makes no sense. If the order isn't valid -- especially if I was already charged and told to pull forward -- the app should not allow customers to place it in the first place. With today's technology, situations like this should be prevented to avoid wasting customers' time and creating unnecessary frustration. Having to wait in line only to be turned away with no real solution is unacceptable customer service. If a location already has low customer ratings, experiences like this only reinforce why improvements are needed. Customers deserve accurate ordering systems and clear communication. I'm rarely satisfied with this location, and this experience only adds to that. You're a billion-dollar corporation, and this simply doesn't add up. Do better. This is one more reason people start walking away.

After the below incident, I went to the Carl's Jr. webpage, and filled out a feedback form. I got a call back from the franchise owner. I explained what happened, and he was very apologetic that nobody acknowledged my presence. Aparently there was a language barrier between me and the kitchen crew, but he agreed that someone should have flagged down the shift lead to come to the counter. He also apologized for the manager, who he said is new, and is still a little "rough around the edges." Hey, I understand... *I* am far from perfect. Everyone can have a bad day... He said he will talk to the restaurant crew. Based on the fact that he was willing to follow up with me, I will give the place another try the next time I am passing by ========================================== Not a very good experience at all. I stood there, and nobody came to the counter. I politely said, "hello, hello," they looked right at me and didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. No "I will be right with you", no "Please use the app", nothing. I just grabbed a cold sandwich from the convenience store that this restaurant is a part of, and I left. I called back, trying to find out who the franchise owner was of the store, so I could tell them about the situation. When they answered the phone, I heard, who is it? Who is it? The manager came on the phone, and when I politely asked who the franchise owner was, was like "why? Who are you?" I told him I needed to speak to the franchise owner about something, and again, he was like... "Why??? Why can't you tell me?" I just hung up, and will follow up directly with corporate.
