It was so overly sweet and disgusting and I asked if I could just get a regular black coffee and they were going to charge me for a brand new one. Visited this evening and waited 10+ minutes in line to order in the lobby. The worker told us to give him a minute before taking our order, which we understood. The Person in front of us got their food, and then the worker returned to the kitchen without even acknowledging us. After 10 minutes of him focusing on the drive thru orders, we decided to leave. In the parking lot we noticed that all of the cars had been taken care of in the drive thru lane. I definitely won't waste my time ever coming back. read more

Always have an issue when I come to this location. I've order their chicken strips countless times and they never give me any sauce, even when I request it (which I shouldn't have to do.) Food is always cold, service is terrible. Employees are rude and inconsiderate to their guests. Service is always slow. There's no reason for 6-7 cars to be sitting in the drive thru. I order a number #2 and said all I want on it is extra cheese nothing else and I ask very nicely and said I was willing to wait for everything to be fresh even the fries waited five or so minutes get my bag head back up the road to my house which is five minutes away and my sandwich was ice cold and had everything under the sun on it I mean how hard is it I was the only one in line and was more then willing to wait for fresh food and you still could not provide that always something at this location they should just close it up does the owner look at these complaints there are tons of them all saying the same thing read more

This place has terrible service and worse food. Complain about anything and you don't get a receipt so you can't complain. On a previous visit they were out of French fries and day before yesterday they were out of patties for all the large beef sandwiches, you know, like a Whopper?
