About your average BK. Service is decent, not exemplary and not horrible. The food is always decent, the times I've been there. Hot and haven't had issues with any incorrect orders here. I usually just stick to the drive through and don't go in to the lobby but there is a little play area inside. On some occasions, though not busy at all, they'll pull you around to wait your order. Once, they ran out of whopper patties--not sure how that happened. read more

I LOVE this location. Yes, the building looks a little sketchy, but it's yummy. I decided to splurge on myself for breakfast and ordered a four dollar breakfast biscuit with hashbrowns combo. I was behind some other guy in the drive-thru and waited over five minutes, but I was fine with that. The awesome worker gave me my food and I went home to find that it was only the sandwich and no hashbrowns in the bag which really sucked since I normally don't go here and to spend money on fast food breakfast is out of my norm. I'd still come back to buy food here but I think they need to breathe and slow down during peak hours. They screwed up one of my recent orders badly. They got my promo coupon right however, instead of giving me my Double Whopper meal that I asked for, they charged me with a Whopper Jr. sandwhich, a drink, and fries all separately. Watch out for that lady at the drive through. Seems like some shady stuff going on. Went the first time and she forgot to give me my credit card back. Went there a second time a week later and it seems like she purposely gives the food first and not my card expecting me to leave without my card again. I just ordered a 4 piece chicken kids meal and an impossible whopper meal. When I got home there were 2 nuggets in the children's bag. I see that a lot of people have reviewed this place very low, but I beg to differ as the staff the night of May 15th 2025 was nothing but kind to us. My family and I came in with about 15 minutes left to eat, but we were still able to dine in. We not only got our food within 5-10 minutes, we even got a drink on the house. If I could tip, I would. This is complete garbage. My family ordered two double cheeseburgers, 8 cheese tots, and a fish sandwich. It would take like 5 minutes at best. So, we went through the drive thru, The person was STONED. Here's how I know, His eyes were bloodshot, he was slurring his words more than Joe Biden, and they took like 15 - 20 minutes!!! So I came in to keep my dad company, and here's what I saw... I saw a floor that looked like it went through WWII, a baby screaming like somebody shot his mother, and just, don't go in the bathroom. The man, or woman. My mom went in there. Then it was time to "eat". There was just a fish sandwich and 4 cheese tots my mom said, and I quote, "What the f*** is this?" And of course the stoned guy was there, he went "oh, my fault". We eventually got it, but the food was pretty hot, but that doesn't make up for s***. I just got home from picking up some fast food from this Burger King location in Cottage Grove (7:59 pm on 6/26/24) and they forgot to give me my large fries! Now my toddler has nothing to eat. I'm so piss because they are closed now so I can't go back to get my fries. They just lost a loyal customer. read more

Great new staff. The gentleman working the window was incredible. It's always great to give a place a second chance, and they nail it! Woppers were hot and fresh, and the staff was very freindly. Why isn't zero stars an option? It is shocking that this dump still has it's doors open ... sometimes. Twice I've been there during hours they claim to be open and it was closed. When I did get a Whopper it looked like they threw the toppings at it from 50 feet away. Once they told my wife not to bother waiting in the drive thru because the wait would be too long. Other times I wish they had told me that because the wait WAS way too long. The McDonalds up the street is closed for remodeling and you'd think they'd take the opportunity to put their best foot forward but they must not have a good foot. Where do I start???? My family came to this Burger King tonight for the Halloween Burger. I ordered mine with heavy all. When we brought it back to the table, I took out the food. What we received was a regular Whopper with A1 sauce. When shown what I got, the manager came up and said that the cashier wasn't aware that they ran out of buns. No apologies. Nothing. The last two times I've been to this location has been horrible on both accounts. First time we waited at least 25 minutes at the drive thru. We were in a rush so didn't want to take a chance to leave and go to another restaurant. The food was cold and they didn't even get our order right. Then today we decided to go again, ordered the Bacon King with lettuce and tomatoes. Again. They got the order wrong. Just disappointed and we won't be coming back. This place is awful. One girl running the front and the drive thru, although I wouldn't say running as she was slowing putsing around. Apparently she's the the Assistant Manager. Took 10 mins to even be acknowledged and have our order taken. Then it took 20 mins to receive our food (which I could see sitting on the warmer for a good 15 of that). THEN another 5 for her to finally make my shake, only to not have the whipped cream on it. All of this I could forgive if she was actually hustling around like she should have OR if she actually had a personality and was kind. Me and my youngest ended up with food poisoning, can't say I'm surprised since the fries were cold and the food was sitting there so long before being given to us. I went Friday and the lady said she was the only one working and she had to cook food before taking my order. Being boxed in by other cars I waited 15 minutes to place my order. I went to order my food when a young lady said okay what would you like I started to order as I was finishing I was interrupted by the same young lady saying you're going to have to wait my register isn't even open!!! To which I replied yeah nevermind I'm going to go to McDonald's where they know how to treat a customer ... to which they replied yeah okay whatever???? Horrendous is the best word to describe my latest experience with this location. The workers are all loud, careless teenagers. I got sick from after ordering the 2 for $10 Whopper meal and missed a night of work because of it. The manager didn't seem to care about the fact that I got sick and he was acting like i didn't know what I was talking about, like I was lying which is rediculous and completely unprofessional. The service at this location is absolutely horrible. I've lived near by for 30+ years and the past few years everything has gone down hill it seems. I get a chicken sandwich when I go. The last time I went when I got to the window I paid and waited. The gentleman came back a few minutes later and told me they forgot to drop the chicken in the frier. Now the whole drive thru line is backed up. I pulled around to the front and waited an additional 10 minutes before my food was brought out, without the honey mustard I asked for twice. He said he'd run back and get it and I didn't see him. After 5 more minutes I went in. Didn't see him anywhere finally got a employees attention to ask for my honey mustard. The service was slow with over flowing trash cans ( it might have been from the 6 people in the restaurant at 1pm on a Saturday) 2/3 of the food that we received was over cooked. The play land was so small that my 2 year old daughter could run around and climb more inside my suburban which doesn't offer a slide either. Went here last weekend and was concerned if I should even eat what I ordered. I'm no clean freak, but while I was waiting for my food I had a chance to notice that every single surface I saw was filthy and disgusting; counters, walls, floors, tables, even the signs hanging from the ceiling! I work in customer service and am very patient with others that do, but not today! It was a busy lunchtime on a Wednesday but I was able to pull right up to the drive thru window behind 1 other car. Once my turn I wait at the window, probably waited a good minute or two before I finally said "Hello?" The girl responds in a harsh tone "You're gonna have to wait longer because we are really busy right now". I say "oh, I didn't know because no one said a word". I wait more minutes and the line grows longer behind me. The gal who came on to take my order sounded like she talked in a whisper, I'm surprised I even heard her ask to take my order. I mentioned that I could barely hear the gal when I got my food and she just smiled and closed the window. When it is your job to speak loud and kindly thru a speaker you should do so, no one can read your body language and shouldn't be scolded for saying hello, I would have left if I wasn't trapped in a line. read more
