Another trip to BK only to be unsatisfied yet again. You now have to go into the store to get your food when ordering through the mobile app. Why have an option in the app to pick food up through the drive Thru, only to have to go in??? Get with the times BK! Alll the other fast food places don't treat their customers this way. Drove up to the Drive- thru and they didn't give me no response. Waited for a response until I decided to drive to the next window, and there wasn't a person standing there. So then I decided to get off the car and order my food. When I walked in the restaurant there was no "Welcome to Burger King". Instead there was a guy in a ladder who was sanitizing in the front counter by the food. Waited for awhile until I had to speak up, and ask who was in the front counter. Then out of nowhere comes the girl in the drive thru, and she was just talking to some of the other workers about her weekend. Then I made eye contact with one of the worker's in the back making the food and I asked her if there was anyone in the front. She asked if someone was in the front, and that's when the guy who was in the ladder decided to help!! These workers here are just lazy and are just worried about their lives. read more

This location sucks. There not nice in the drive thru. They get your order wrong. The order I received I decided to eat due to I wasn't going to drive 10 mins back there. When I bit into the hamburger the patty was cold. Not even baked/cooked/char boiled/ it was like eating a half way thawed frozen burger. This is a nasty Burger King. The people are rude and don't know how to hear a patty. Won't ever go here again. read more

Great customer service. Food is always good, never have any complaints. Love that they have an app where you can get coupons and save big time ... I'm always down to saving a few bucks , so them having it is a bigger plus and freaking AWESOME... I LOVE IT !!! TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT!!! read more

I had went inside to order my food and one of the male workers was cleaning the restrooms and told me he would be right with me. I waited about 7-8 minutes then he finally came and took my order. He told me I needed a mask before he could give me my food which I was about to go get when one of the females from the back came and started yelling at him for having have taken my order. He then came to me and said I needed a mask which I was about to go get in the first place but because the female was such a bitch I decided not to. The worst customer service. The food is decent. If you order something to go, make sure to check that you received everything you ordered before you leave the Burger King in Dinuba. My family and I ordered something to go and they "forgot" (?) about 2 items (like a chicken sandwich or something). We had to go ask them about it. My parents told me that one time they had driven all the way home before they realized they were missing something from the Burger King order. read more

Every time I come here no matter what I order I am told to wait for it in the parking lot even though no one else comes through the drive through the entire wait. It is very rare to have a fast food place do that because of the way they manage the orders and use radios. I won't be back. read more

5 stars for the fast drive through. The food is consistent and delicious. This BK has a large seating area and provides a large flat screen TV to view news for your dine in experience. And the facility is CLEAN. read more

ALL EMPLOYEES ARE BEYOND RUDE! They roll their eyes when you politely mention that they forgot the drinks to all our orders and two more meals we ordered for our children, they speak in a rude way when you're ordering and honestly they always forget to give the customers something from their orders. This is NOT the only time this has happened. They All need to be trained on customer service.... I get that sometimes you get rude customers but not ALL customers are rude to the employees like myself and we still got dirty looks and rude customer service... I would not recommend this place at all I would suggest going to a different burgerking in a different city... read more

Overall great service. Orders could be faster when dining in. The burgers taste soo good! Went there recently and they had no tomatoes.

My husband tried to get a hamburger for lunch today but they were all out of beef! They offered him a chicken sandwich but he passed on the offer and went to McDonalds instead. It's pretty sad when you can't buy a burger at Burger King. read more

I love Burger King, but this branch has horrible service, they're always rude in drive through , and always mess up our orders. My husband ordered a mango smoothie...the drive through chick hands it to him, dripping with overflowing smoothie. She says "the cap won't go on because it's too full"... Yah don't say?! Also, they forgot to give me my fries, and didn't give me the right kind of coffee. I wouldn't be complaining if this was a one time thing, but it seems every time I give them another chance, they mess it up all over again..
