Before you all start thinking the 1 star reviews are just old, allow me to assure you nothing has changed. I don't expect much from any notoriously crappy fast food hustles. It's just that, when I plunk down 40 bucks to some goober who doesn't care at all about anything - least of all other people's food, I'm reminded I could hit ANY sit down service in this area for the same price. Support local - don't be dumb like me. Several issues, but here's just one - in the picture, what's missing in the sandwich your chef du jour created, compared to the one I paid for? Y'all can hate your customers all you want, and even your moronic franchise owner (who never even sees these reviews), I don't care, just have a smidgen respect for the bucks I did decide to plunk down. Second time trying this location and will be the last. Morning staff is always rude even when there is no rush.

Well-this location has had it challenges in the past-dirty,lack of staff and at times the drive-thru was the only option...sometimes the whole store was unexpectedly closed... But!! Now for the good news! That seems to be in the past!!! We were in the mood for Whoppers-actually,the Whopper junior!! The store was clean! Katie, the manager was so efficient and cheerful!! Our food was perfectly prepared! And was hot and delicious! Also we got to use the new soda machine! We even ordered ice-cream cones!! 50 cents each! What a deal! Also made beautifully and presented by charming Katie! So in conclusion-if you have been disappointed here before-please give it another try! read more

Drive thru was empty and the person who took the order wasn't rushed. We ordered what we wanted. One thing was a Whopper NO onion. Asked if I wanted cheese or bacon to which I said no. Cars filled in behind a may have put pressure on her. Don't know. When we got home everything was fine except for the Whopper. It had cheese (lactose intolerant) and bacon which I do not like. Not the first time I was upgraded (higher priced) fortunately I was able to exchange my Whopper for my son's plain burger. They just have too many issues for me to go there again. Kept seeing commercials about barbecue brisket burger, looked & sounded great, don't waste your time or money. We both got the whopper jr, because other looked pretty big! Served me the wrong double meat croisanwich, I wanted double sausage but got a sausage/bacon. I brought back but manager said its a double meat, what is my problem, and I stated I wanted 2 sausage, AGAIN. She looked at the bill, pointed to the error and said I got what the receipt said. Peeved, I again asserted I asked for double sausage. She smirked, said I got what is on the bill. She was very condescending, arrogant and dismissive. No masks on the employees!!! Seriously?!?!?!! Plus, clearly, the employees could not be more miserable to be there.

I stopped in tonight to get a whopper, whopper jr., large fries and original chicken sandwich. Sorry I did! The price for a light dinner for the family was $17.00 which would not have been outrageous if the food was good. I love Whoppers, this one was dry, no onion, no tomato , no lettuce or pickles. The server forgot the napkins, and tossed me the order in a large bag. This was the worst treatment I have ever had at a burger king. this place is the worst burger king ever...i pulled into drive-thru with only 3 cars ahead of me.....waited 25 minutes to get to place my order...when i placed my order i was told they were out of biscuits!...this was at 10am with still open for breakfast for another 30 minutes!....this isn't the first time for slow service i had here....but this was really bad!....has got worse recently....from now on i'll drive the extra mile to mcdonalds....the service there is super fast and the food is just as good!....also much cleaner than this burger king! read more

The ordering through the drive thru was a mess. We heard two different voices on the speaker. We had to wait several minutes before getting a response and then we were scolded for not being patient because the person working was new. We had simply asked if they were there because we were ready to order. Ordering took several minutes with many pauses on the workers side. He repeated our order but stuttered and said "small fries, I mean chicken fries". We ordered chicken fries. So we said yes and pulled up to the next window. The worker, Carl, charging us did not have gloves or a mask on. We pulled up to the pick up window. We waited and watched 2 other employees work without gloves or masks. The window opened up and Kate handed us our drink without a word. She walked away and we had to wait a few minutes for the rest of our order. I noticed they charged us for both a small fry and chicken fries. We only ordered the chicken fries. When Kate handed us our food, we said "It shows you charged us for small fries and we didn't order fries." Kate said, " I heard him repeat back to you about the small fries and you said yes so..." We stated that no he had corrected himself about the small fries/chicken fries. Kate yelled, "Dave!" And walked away! She came back two minutes later. We said Nevermind, we'll just take the fries and we drove away. We are very unhappy with the service. Every employee was rude and extremely lacking in customer service. They were yelling at each other, argumentative with us as a customer, and just very rude and off putting. It was very concerning to see every employee NOT protected by gloves or masks, and were not practicing CDC guidelines. I ordered a number 6 (double whopper meal). It tasted really funny like it hasn't been cooked recently. The fries had a weird taste too. I also received two cookies and they tasted very old and stale. I mean yes it's fast food but the quality of their food is not even worth the cheap prices. this morning 10/9/19 i ordered 2 biscuits with bacon & cheese and a black coffee at the drive thru...well atleast the coffee was right....what i got was biscuits with sausage and cheese....good help must be hard to find these days....i called the phone number on the receipt for this burger king....all i got was a recording asking me for my access code!....wtf?...i guess i should have checked my order before pulling away from the window....such a simple order to fill....and they still screwed it up....i guess denny's from now on! read more
