The restaurant was filthy. Food and used napkins on the floor. The soda area had spills on the counter. The lips were lying all over. The tables hadn't been wiped clean and food residue was on the window sills. As for the food, although the restaurant wasn't busy, all the food from fries to the chicken sandwich, macaroni with cheese was stone cold. My ice tea tasted of mold. I'm not sure what the three guys that work there are getting paid for because it isn't related to good food or a clean environment. At least one was playing on his laptop. How this restaurant has survived is beyond me. Won't be eating there again!

We called and they offered to replace this god on our next order which was fine (the restaurant is 30 minutes away from us). When we called to place our next order we were scolded and basically told they never have an off day, we were being unreasonable and taking advantage of them. Seriously???? After all our ordering and never having a problem the one time we reported that the food wasn't right we get treated like we're lying and stealing from them?? We were told that there will "not be a next time" that they fix a problem after TAKE OUT has left the restaurant. So no quality control, no humility, blame shifting, rudeness and no recourse if something isn't made properly. That isn't customer service and it's not right!!
