The guy looked like maybe a customer since he was at the cash register talking with the female there. Then, as we are making our order, we realize the guy is either a friend, boyfriend, or whatever of the female at the cash register. While the newer female was making our food, 2 people came to the drive-thru. The girl at the register takes the orders, then walks the tickets over to the girl, making our sandwiches, and goes back to talking with the guy. She literally did nothing while customers were waiting in the drive-thru. No reason at all why the girl that took the drive-thru orders couldn't have made them. The food was good, just very aggravating watching one girl work while the other just hung out.
