Was there 2 weeks ago and sat in line (4 cars) for 15 minutes after I ordered. Got my food and the sandwich wasn't even wrapped. Just thrown in the bag. Made the mistake of going back today. I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before someone took my order. Sat in line (6 cars ahead of me) for 25 MORE MINUTES! I left without getting my food and will never go back. I ordered a triple cheeseburger as you can see in the picture. I ordered it with no onions, no mustard, extra pickles. I did not get any pickles on the burger and they gave me extra onions. The service here surpasses a third-rate substandard level service. I was at the speaker I asked the associate to hold on one moment so I could get my code ..as we all can attest the app doesn't always work on command and the flamboyant chubbs started YELLING AT ME like a little snowflake saying with so much sass that I couldn't sit there while I retrieve my code HE DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT so I snapped and said I'll go to another fn mcds! This is one of the bigger and better McDonald's and one of the very few I can honestly rate as Three Stars, merely meaning that it is OK for what it is, a McDonalds. It has a children's play area, plenty of parking, I've always found it to be clean, especially their restrooms, and it has some circular or semi-alcove like seating along with typical McDonald's seating arrangements. As for the food, it isn't much and I really don't trust eating it as I'm leery about what it might contain but from what I have had when hungry and desperate, just the same as any other McDonald's. read more

I typically don't go to McDonalds because as we all know, the food isn't good for you and in most cases, the food isn't good at all. I used to use the drive-thru in the mornings for a quick cup of coffee but the service has gotten so bad that now I find it quicker to go to the gas station next door for my coffee (which actually tastes better) and not have to deal with employees that are rude, don't know how to speak, and are just plain ignorant. Tried to order breakfast on Kiosk because we were told we could not order at the counter. After 10min of frustration and failed attempts we walked out and went to Wendy's! On our way out we stopped a few ladies that were going in and told them they had to use kiosk to order. They also left. read more

I mean... it's a McDonald's. To be fair, you probably knew the reviews were going to be bad. The food is not good for you. But beyond that, customer service is terrible. I waited for over a half an hour for food this last winter while there were no other customers because they were all on their phones or screwing around. The store was maybe 50 degrees, it was freezing, we absolutely had to keep our heavy coats on the entire time. They forget parts of the order and then try to charge you twice when you don't get what you're waiting for. There's no playplace anymore, so it isn't even a good spot for birthdays on the cheap anymore. read more

The drive thru sucks you have to wait to order then they have no problem taking your money you pull up to the window to get your food and they tell you you have to pull up to a third window. The service is so bad it is almost comical. Comparable to movies where the teens blatantly don't care. It would be humorous if I didn't have a 3 yr old that I brought to play at the indoor playground during the winter. Sadly next month they are tearing down the playground for a 'lounge'. Fredonia McDonald's. Where shall I begin? April 3rd will go down as a day in history in which I pushed the limits of my tastebuds too far. I walked up to the register with a hopeful grin. Amidst the harsh, blinding fluorescent light bulbs, it was hard to view the menu, but I pushed through. The cashier walked over, a tired look in her eye. I ordered two double cheeseburgers with no onion. Fairly simple order. Despite the fact that the other customers made me question wether or not I had stumbled across a meeting place for those paced on a registry, I kept my head held high and waited for my food in the dystopian lobby. The kitchen was beeping, it was as if the place was on life support. "Two double cheeseburgers", I was greeted with a monotone, careless, blunt statement. It hung in the air, like a damp, lifeless towel. "Thanks!" I said, but the curator of my meal had already turned away. I took a peak in the kitchen to see what kind of staff this place was hiring. From the look and attitude of the cook, I knew where to go if I wanted non-consensual groping session out in the parking lot. In fact the whole staff was a sorry sight. It was certainly a B-team if I had ever seen one. I had finally received my burgers, and I was ready to indulge. I sat down at the sweat and crumb-laden table and opened up my first cheeseburger. My heart and appetite sank as an onion fell out of my burger. How could this be? I had explicitly asked for no onions. Was the cook aware of my request? Had he practiced his ABC's enough to make any meaning of my wishes? I walked back up to the counter, yet the register was empty. After some time, it became clear that no one was going to assist me at the front of the store. I assumed there must be a shortbus meeting behind the counter, so I returned to my seat. I picked up the greasy, mashed excuse for a cheeseburger, took a deep breath, then proceeded to violate my tastebuds with the filth I held in my hand. The first bite wasn't bad. I was actually enjoying it. I quickly took a second bite. The taste of the burger is something that I'll never forget. It was bad. The type of bad that take years of therapy and medication to erase. The second I began to swallow I realized my mistake, but there was nothing I could do. I sat back and felt the vile concoction deflower my esophagus. I began to cough, I wanted the foul taste gone. I needed a napkin, I needed god. I was done. I had had enough. I scooped up my bag and proceeded towards the trash. Upon reaching the trash, I was once again sourly disappointed. In front of me, there was a mountain of garbage. The molding, godless pile of plastic and paper spoke volumes about this establishment.
