This location is inside a 7-11, so the parking lot is a little hard to navigate. I used the drive-through and placed my order. The woman that placed my order was absolutely rude. I asked a question. I got a very short response when I gave her my order in a snarky way asked me if that was it and then told me to drive to the second window never told me my total. When I arrived at the window, she gave me my total. I handed her my card. She gave it back. I had to ask for a receipt and then I was told to move to the black door because my order was not ready yet I drove my car to the black door in line the driver side window up with the door And then I was beeped at and screamed at by the cashier to move up because another customer was trying to get out and didn't wanna hit me while I appreciated the fact that they didn't wanna hit me. I did what I was told. I moved up and it wasn't enough so she screamed out the window again for me to move up And then when I moved up about a minute later, I don't know if it was the same person or not because I couldn't see them handed me my food. I could not reach because I had moved up and they would refuse to come all the way out of the door. They gently tossed my bag of food into my open car window, spilling my food all within the car when I went in to complain, having to park my car now after waiting, I was told that it was my fault and that I should have been ready to receive my food if I could leave a zero star review I would that is absolutely unacceptable to ask me to move and when I do then blame me for the person being too lazy to come out of the car. They didn't want to take my order and I literally sat there 5 mins everytime they would walk by and see me and not bother to ask me if I need help or if my order has been taken. I called them on my phone to get them to come to the counter and they wouldn't answer the phone, I asked her name she refused to say, horrible horrible customer service I've ever dealt with, coming from a assist manager of a food establishment himself. One of the worse burger kings in the 803 area. Used to be great but the last couple of years have been terrible. My brother and I recently went there and half way through his food my brother found 3 long hairs at the bottom of his cinnamon minis. This has got to be the worst Burger King ever. First was the remodeling, what a pain. The food here is terrible. I ordered a fish sandwich yesterday when I went to eat it my first bite tasted like fried chicken. The fish itself was very dark colored and way over cooked. The same goes for any chicken sandwich you order, all over cooked. One was so hard I swear I could have used it to set a nail in wood. Do they ever change the cooking oil? The Whopper is the only sandwich they even come close to getting right but no one seems to be able to put the sandwich together properly. When you open it up there is lettuce onions and everything else on the paper. I basically have to put the burger together. They can't even get a small cheeseburger right. Meat sticking out of the bun,pickles on the wrapper along with mustard and ketchup. I will not go back there again. What a shame since this was one of the best BK's I went to. If you like your food over cooked, your fries way to salty and employees who could care less then this is your place. I went to get a pizza, saw Burger King and decided to pull in there instead so I didn't have to get out of the car. First, they had a problem taking my order mainly bc the person taking my order was talking to a coworker and laughing thru the speaker. Second, when I handed the guy in the drive-thru my debit card he acted like he didn't want to touch it and gave me a weird look. I ignored it, what with the coronavirus outbreak and all. Third, he didn't give me a receipt nor was one taped to the bag like burger King's do sometimes. Fourth, I was asked to pull up and wait outside of the drive-thru. No big deal, maybe that means my food will be fresh, cool. Fast forward at least ten minutes later and he brings my food. The drink is not what I ordered, I asked for onion ring sauce and got honey mustard, my onion rings were COLD and old like they had been sitting there for hours. And to top it off they managed to burn/cook my whopper patty to the point I gave it to my dog. I'm a manager in a fine dining restaurant in the area that just shut down yesterday bc of the coronavirus outbreak, so I decided I didn't want to cook and instead I'll get a little bit of comfort food. The manager has no concern for customers. She will not take an order. I stood there 10 mins. No one at the register the entire time. 2 people left. I think the manager is trying to make it look like they are helping customers timely by not taking orders but a few at a time. The manager even came to the resister and put in a cash drawer never apologizing for the wait or showing any concern that there wasn't anyone at the resister to take orders. I tried to fill out bKs online survey. However the ticket number does not fit into the site. Also BKs website has no customer service number you can call. Therefore customers beware.
