They open when ever they feel to open the doors , lazy people and also racist . Lady was putting drinks in the coolers at 7:30am . And wouldn't let me come and get myself a drink or breakfast from Burger King but the person that works the gas station she had just let a couple of people in and out and when it come down to me and my boyfriend she didn't even care what we needed or anything . If they don't have what you want already available they will not cook it , you have to choose something else. my pregnant wife was craving Burger King, the food I ended up getting her was hard and old ! I went thru drive through to order deal from my mobile app boom she got it in the system then I was like I have another code a drive thru order that had been paid for and placed before getting in drive thru so then the lady in headset was like it has to be a 4 digit code and I tried telling her I had already paid so I was I just drove to the window got my first order then I asked about my order which was just a large drink and small fries and the lady at the window gonna say that why didn't I tell her on headset I was like bruh I tried to that's why I drove to the window so you could better listen smh then she finna be like you gonna have to go around I was like why it's literally already been paid for and my order was supposed to be ready at 12:37 and it was already 12:48 smh then I was like it's literally not that hard to give me a large drink and my small fries acting like I ordered a whopper then the manager comes and says the same thing smh y'all not even McDonald's is that this Burger King ass especially this manager she a white lady with white old hairr no wonder they have 1 star review read more

I had a terrible experience in the drive through at this Burger King. My order was wrong, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the manager (Angie) accused me of lying when it was her own mistake. They were lazy, rude and unprofessional refusing to make the missing $3 chicken wrap and making it seem like I was being deceitful. Completely unacceptable. This horrible leadership on the managers part is also a reflection of how their employees also treat customers had the window slammed in my face twice another employee told me if I wanted the issue resolved that I had to walk inside when all of this could've been resolved with an apology and correction and being professional and giving me the rap that I paid for and at the end, the manager said "well I'm just going to give you the rap so you can get out of the drive-through there's other people behind you" when it was my second time already going through the drive-through because they did not want to resolve the issue. when it was her fault to begin with read more

Do not offer online and go through the drive thru to pick up. They will SPIT in your food! I called environmental health of Wayne County to file a complaint. They are going to "talk with" the employees! No manager has contacted me. I emailed the burger king app. They only "apologized for my experience" after three days. I've stopped here to use their restroom a handful of times on my regular six hour drive to visit my family. Each time, the place is absolutely filthy. I'm talking piles of crap that were swept, but never bagged/picked up. If this was a one-time occurrence, I'd ignore it. It's happened 100% of the time on 3-4 visits. RUN AWAY! I went drive thru the other day. I wanted my burger cook freshly cook. The order taker told me I have to come in for fresh cook food. I don't understand why? Drive thru was empty and employees was hanging out. I could had pull up for order. So I park to go in. The entrance in the back was lock. Why? Remind you it's raining. So I go in thru the gas station entrance. Burger King section is block off Now I can look at the menu board. I ask for a manager because this set up don't make sense. I ask her when they start making people come in order fresh food. She said oh it been like that over 2 yrs. Lies, I been living in the area over 6 months. Even if you're starving, keep going! Bojangles just down the road. If you like to see men with no shirts in line ordering food, this is the place to be! I can't believe how many times I've witnessed this, and staff says nothing to these customers. That has got to be some kind of health violation (gross!). If I ever do visit this location again I'm going to make sure to get a picture of this and report it. Half naked men and "family friendly" food don't mix!! My second complaint about this place is that the people who own this franchise are terrible at customer service. If you've got a complaint or an issue, you may as well just phone a friend to complain - speaking to the owners or raising a complaint with the management will leave you angry and appalled regarding how they treat customers. Speaking as someone who visited this establishment at least two times per week for the last 3 years (Since I moved to Goldsboro), be it for food or to go inside to visit the attached BP store, don't even waste your time here.
