This place puts McDonald's to shame. The remodel is nice. They make efforts to keep the place clean. BK knows it's niche whereas McD is still searching. The help was friendly. BK offers my favorite senior meal of two whopper juniors and two small fries. Today I realized there is a senior drink too so I had lunch for just over $5. There are other meal combos but I find this fits me perfectly. I don't live here so it is nice to know the app coupons work here too. read more

Absolutely terrible service. Only car in line to order. Place order, drive up and wait over 3 minutes at the window. Still only car. Finally the attendants says he's having trouble with his computer and I will need to drive back around to reorder or come inside to order. I say I'm the only car in line can't you just retake my order right here or enter it on another system while I wait? He says no, their [internal] clock is, well then he hesitates and says I couldn't stay in line any longer. Meaning I'd already exceeded their dumb ass internal time management system and needed to get out of line before they get punished. What stupid nonsense is this when your system is at fault and you have a paying customer l with money in hand at the window, who already in fact ordered? I was still the only car in line and now we understand exactly why with good reason. This is not customer service. This is low IQ, high pressure policy stupidity and it's in the management for severe lack of screening in the hiring process and piss poor training. This branch needs to improve on everything, service is awful poor attitude, food quality very poor, they don't make food as posted. No want to even get it right. This franchise owner should take a look at who they have running their branch. Worked at this branch many years ago years ago, it's not that hard! Hands down the best fast food burger for the price! We like the Whopper Jr burgers with no cheese and added bacon. We do not eat in. But the window service is great. Don't know about the ambiance since we've not eaten in at this location. BTW, BK's fries put McDonald's to shame. So good that we always order the large size. They are always hot, fresh, and cooked just right--never cooked using old oil which often comes occurs at McDonald's. read more

Yesterday at 12:42 pm we stopped at BK for a quick burger. We followed two cars into the lot, they went through the drive thru and we parked and entered the store. There were four people present waiting for their food and no one in line. We ordered the two Whopper Jr special and one small drink. I counted six staff on duty. The two cars in the drive thru were already in the parking lot waiting for their orders. Order took 17 minutes to complete. the Two cars didn't their orders until after ours! I watched the employees who were preparing the burgers and they were so sluggish it was comical. they kept looking up and pointing to a monitor and frequently switched positions. It's no wonder BK is on the verge of bankruptcy. read more

Really great burger King location. Despite being short staffed everyone that worked the lunch shift was very friendly and patient with the demanding in restaurant in drive thru customers. Food came out as ordered with modifications and the employee even offered to wait to serve my ice cream until I had finished lunch so it wouldn't melt. They shorted me fries on my order. I won't bother to return. The staff is not only uncaring, they obviously don't know what their doing. Also in a weird location. I normally like BK. I understand businesses have their good days and bad days but today just happen to be one of those bad days. Between a spill on the floor no one cared to clean and just put a sign on, to having absolutely nothing that did not have massive amounts of sugar in the drink machine (having a location in a retirement community none-the-less), to a spilled drink on a table no one would clean, it was a disaster inside Burger King. I was inside a total of 30 minutes and not once did I see a mop to come out to try to clean the location with the spill. There were quite a few people of retirement age (as I said it was a retirement community) that could have been seriously hurt if they were to slip. Drinks were running extremely low with no sugar free options in their state of the art drink machine. Trash cans were starting to overflow and the sweet tea was in a "pitcher". This will be the last time I will be at this location unfortunately. read more

Burnt bun but friendly service. Fish fillets are pathetic in size. Recommend you break the fish in half and cut the half of the bun that isn't burnt in two so you can sort of enjoy half a sandwich for the price of one. read more

It baffles me that companies promote things and just cannot seem to follow through. I placed an online order from home, 20 minutes from the store, and awaited the message that the order was being prepared before leaving. I requested to pick up in the drive-thru and arrived about 20 minutes later. I order online because I have a family and order a large order often, not 99 tacos or anything, but 8 burgers, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 nuggets. As I sit here typing, my order is still not done. Still not brought to my car. They'd not started it when getting to the drive thru and we were told they'd start it and it'd be a bit because it's a large order. No kidding??!! This location has ways been clean on the inside. Staff friendliness is hit or miss. Service is fairly quick. Food is right on with all other Burger Kings. We usually go here when we get the "family coupons" you can also download the app for coupons as well which is usually a good deal. This Burger King is awful. Every time I've come here the staff is really rude. Always rushing you to order even if there is not a line. The first time I went, they were rude. I brushed it off as maybe they're having a bad day. Second time I went, same attitude & still rude. I thought maybe still, just a bad day. I asked Y & was told that they were changing over from the b'fast menu to the regular menu. Wow... upon entering the restaurant I didn't think it looked too bad. When I approach the counter to place my order I looked behind the counter. What a mess, ground beef patties on the floor french fries. The floor was covered with mashed food and being trampled on. Watch them fill the fry containers, fingers and hands were inside Where to fries were going. Same with the drink cups. When they were picked up to hand to the customer the thumb and forefinger went inside the cup. read more

My wife and I swore we would never go back to this BK but we thought we'd give them another chance. Unfortunately it was as bad as previous visits. After 15 minutes we received our order - food was cold and order was incorrect. 5 minutes later and received corrected sandwiches but COLD. Noticed DRIVE THRU customers were not waiting at all but we were not the only "DINE IN" customers waiting for cold food. After several visits to this BK in the past year we will NEVER return. This is the 4th time in a month that cashiers/order fillers have taken my order croissant breakfast let me pay for it then tell me they don't have any croissants and would I like to try one of their other sandwiches. This place has really come a long way! They completely remodeled this location somewhat recently and it looks great now. I don't come here often because they don't have a lot I can eat, but every time I do it is extremely clean. They have never gotten an order wrong, and the staff are all very friendly. This is definitely one of the better fast food places here in town. read more

I like this Burger King. The current employees are efficient and friendly. The atmosphere is homey and since Green Valley is primarily a retirement community, its generally a quiet and relaxing place to eat. The prices are reasonable and the coffee ....yes the coffee is super! read more

They precook the burgers( and I assume chicken and fish) and place them in holding boxes and then server them when ordered. Thats why Five Guys, Culvers and Chicago Deli taste better, their food is cooked to order. read more
