I've been wanting to get here to try the viral flying Dutchman wrapped in grilled onions. I am so happy I finally made it. The burger was delicious. In fact, I might be going back tomorrow to have another. I've always liked their double double burger but now that I'm trying to cut back on carbs, I usually get a protein burger but I think I'll swap the protein burger for this one going forward. I love in and out burgers and I don't plan on eating anywhere else. This one was very disappointing. I feel I was profiled. My hamburger was the size of a silver dollar and was covered with black specks. The fries were cold, hard, and inedible. I had to ask for a new float, because they let the first one melt. The staff were smirking and laughing at me. The front receptionist looked as though she had eaten too many Double, Doubles. She asked "you want to eat HERE?" I didn't know what she meant. read more

It's most likely the worst store of any we have been too....my wife ordered a veggie with cheese/tomato/lettuce animal style and she did not get any lettuce. She went back to complain and they took her cold meal and added more lettuce.....they should have remade it all over again to be hot and fresh. read more

Worst In-N-Out I've ever been to. Last two times my order was screwed up. This last time is the LAST for this location. Ordered a grilled cheese animal style. Came with no lettuce, no onions and a tomato the size of a quarter. I purposely poked a hole in the top bun before I took it up to the counter. Their "remade" sandwich came back with a hole in the bun and cold cheese. I thought the health department frowned on that. I know I do. Course the HD hasn't been in this location for a long time as the entire store is filthy from the seating to the bathrooms that your flip flops stick to. Soda machines and condiment bar were trashed. Not up to In-N-Out standards. read more

This Irvington location seems to have taken to adding way too much salt. I consider them inedible. The last time we were there the burgers were also covered in salt. So glad to see quality prevails across the Chain here in Tucson. Worried that with so many popping up around the area that quality would decline with the food & customer service. I have always had great experiences in California and now here in Arizona. The food is delicious & fresh. What I love most is the friendly customer service, the staff that I have come in contact with always try to make it the best interaction possible. We always leave full & happy !!! I ordered a burger with NO ONION and extra spread ... and another burger with no onion and ketchup and ONE of them came with ONION and the other came with NO KETCHUP!?!? i get messing up one but both ?? seriously ??? plus at the window they read our order back to us with alterations that could have no way been interpreted from what I ordered ; such as my burger coming with no lettuce and tomato ??? not once did i say that ... this is not the first time the irvington location has disappointed me both at night and during the day, that being the only reason i'm inclined to leave a review at this time . read more

This business is always crowded. It doesn't matter what location you go to it always has tons of people there. The good thing is the turn around on tables is nice, someone is always leaving while someone is coming. Kids love the burgers, fries and the ice tea is really good. read more

I live right by this in n out and its the ONLY in n out that has messed up my order MULTIPLE times, also their soda machines never have enough syrup always tastes so flat, never get my fries well done like i ask, and they always somehow mess up my burger even though its correctly ordered on the receipt, this location isn't up to standards whatsoever. read more

I enjoy visiting In-N-Out every once in a while but this location is not worth my time nor yours. The service was sub par at best. The employee who attended me had a large uncovered gash on his lip which was unpleasant to look at and was very rude and impatient. I had to repeat my order multiple times yet it still came out wrong. When he handed it to me he looked annoyed that I told him it was wrong and asked for it to be remade. The cooks I imagine are fine because it tasted like any other in n out but it did take around 8 minutes but it was very busy no blame to them. It's worth the drive to go to a different in n out or just a different burger place. read more

I walked passed by today thinking hmmm! Innout looks so good so i thought why not order a burger fries and a drink? Anthony cooked the most delicious burger ive ever eaten! He was so charming and kind i couldnt believe such a cook was infront of my eyes making my burger talking to me and making me feel like home at this very restaurant. I mean that. The food was all good, fresh and tasty, even the burger, which, if you follow my reviews, I am strict on, wasn't bad at all. Will it rock your world? No. But it definitely had more flavor than Culver's or Blake's, which was welcome. The service was great also, which was a shock. The cashiers (I ordered twice) were both nice and personable. Funny story, the young man who helped me remarked he hate 40 jalapeño poppers in one sitting once . Anyway, this was a great experience and I am grateful.

Ordered a veg Chicago dog, even clarified at the window that it would be veggie. Sure enough, we get home... it's a regular hot dog. No green dot on the box. Ripped a piece off the dog, its meat. Apparently the employees can't be bothered to honor their customers dietary requests. Must be too much work. This has happened more than once at this location for us. Unfortunately I've wasted enough money here that I actually felt the need to write a poor review.

They have options for grass-fed beef on your burger as well as veggie and turkey burger options. They also have the best sweet potato tots and I feel like that's kind of rare -- some places have fries but tots aren't always found in sweet potato form. Also, the sauces are plentiful and the toppings for the burgers are generous, with unique free additions like jalapeños and mushrooms and onions. Most places will charge you extra for those kinds of toppings. Their shakes are delicious as well, and they often have seasonal shakes with special flavors. They sometimes have special prices for things but even when they don't they have really good prices in general compared to everyone else. Oh and if you want something smaller, they even have a hot dog on the menu.

In addition to the usual toppings, lettuce, red onion, tomato, and Graze sauce, I added grilled jalapeños, spicy mustard and cheddar cheese. I neglected to see ketchup on their toppings list due to order anxiety, but my burger and fries were so good, I didn't need it. The burger and toppings weren't overly juicy and the brioche bun didn't get soggy. I was really surprised how well the paper wrapping stayed intact and I didn't have to deal with any messiness. The fries were also really good. They remind me of fresh McD fries - the outside hot, crispy, and lightly salted and soft on the inside. I should have tried the seasonal shake which is peanut butter, because Graze's shakes look good and I'm a peanut butter fan. Hopefully, my next visit will be soon and I'll grab this shake then. Graze burgers are super good and am not sure why there aren't more than two locations.
