Good In-N-Out experience. The price was a little more than $10 for a burger far superior to lager chains. The service was fast and friendly. They actually made my fries extra crispy like I asked. This location was busy when I was there. Place appeared pretty clean. read more

I love in and out burgers and I don't plan on eating anywhere else. This one was very disappointing. I feel I was profiled. My hamburger was the size of a silver dollar and was covered with black specks. The fries were cold, hard, and inedible. I had to ask for a new float, because they let the first one melt. The staff were smirking and laughing at me. The front receptionist looked as though she had eaten too many Double, Doubles. She asked "you want to eat HERE?" I didn't know what she meant. read more

I've been wanting to get here to try the viral flying Dutchman wrapped in grilled onions. I am so happy I finally made it. The burger was delicious. In fact, I might be going back tomorrow to have another. I've always liked their double double burger but now that I'm trying to cut back on carbs, I usually get a protein burger but I think I'll swap the protein burger for this one going forward. I suggest everyone try it out you will be very happy. read more

It's most likely the worst store of any we have been too....my wife ordered a veggie with cheese/tomato/lettuce animal style and she did not get any lettuce. She went back to complain and they took her cold meal and added more lettuce.....they should have remade it all over again to be hot and fresh. read more

Worst In-N-Out I've ever been to. Last two times my order was screwed up. This last time is the LAST for this location. Ordered a grilled cheese animal style. Came with no lettuce, no onions and a tomato the size of a quarter. I purposely poked a hole in the top bun before I took it up to the counter. Their "remade" sandwich came back with a hole in the bun and cold cheese. I thought the health department frowned on that. I know I do. Course the HD hasn't been in this location for a long time as the entire store is filthy from the seating to the bathrooms that your flip flops stick to. Soda machines and condiment bar were trashed. I live right by this in n out and its the ONLY in n out that has messed up my order MULTIPLE times, also their soda machines never have enough syrup always tastes so flat, never get my fries well done like i ask, and they always somehow mess up my burger even though its correctly ordered on the receipt, this location isn't up to standards whatsoever. read more

This business is always crowded. It doesn't matter what location you go to it always has tons of people there. The good thing is the turn around on tables is nice, someone is always leaving while someone is coming. Kids love the burgers, fries and the ice tea is really good. read more

So glad to see quality prevails across the Chain here in Tucson. Worried that with so many popping up around the area that quality would decline with the food & customer service. I have always had great experiences in California and now here in Arizona. The food is delicious & fresh. What I love most is the friendly customer service, the staff that I have come in contact with always try to make it the best interaction possible. We always leave full & happy !!! I enjoy visiting In-N-Out every once in a while but this location is not worth my time nor yours. The service was sub par at best. The employee who attended me had a large uncovered gash on his lip which was unpleasant to look at and was very rude and impatient. I had to repeat my order multiple times yet it still came out wrong. When he handed it to me he looked annoyed that I told him it was wrong and asked for it to be remade. The cooks I imagine are fine because it tasted like any other in n out but it did take around 8 minutes but it was very busy no blame to them. It's worth the drive to go to a different in n out or just a different burger place. read more

I've never seen such a small sub. I ordered a small, assuming it wouldn't be huge, but for almost $9, it was tiny. It was literally about the size of my palm and I have small hands. My husband's medium was also small and overpriced. Even the pickle spears were small and sad. We had assumed for the prices, their sandwiches would be comparable to Jersey Mike's (which we love) and probably a step up from Subway, but no. I mean, the flavor was good but having more than 4 bites to eat would have been nice. We will not be returning to eat here. There are way better places to get subs at much better prices and you don't leave hungry. Also, because of the wait, we missed our movie time and had to change plans.

I recently visited In-N-Out Burger, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was fresh and incredibly tasty, just what you'd expect from a quality burger joint. I was impressed by how fast the service was; my order was ready in no time. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the visit even more enjoyable. What we ordered on paper was correct but they messed up two of the three items and they even had us pull over after we paid to wait for our items. After you order your food, they make you wait around the corner to get it. It took a little bringer then we expected to get our food. But things were made fresh so that was nice.

They also have the best sweet potato tots and I feel like that's kind of rare -- some places have fries but tots aren't always found in sweet potato form. Also, the sauces are plentiful and the toppings for the burgers are generous, with unique free additions like jalapeños and mushrooms and onions. Most places will charge you extra for those kinds of toppings. Their shakes are delicious as well, and they often have seasonal shakes with special flavors. They sometimes have special prices for things but even when they don't they have really good prices in general compared to everyone else. Oh and if you want something smaller, they even have a hot dog on the menu.

I should have tried the seasonal shake which is peanut butter, because Graze's shakes look good and I'm a peanut butter fan. Hopefully, my next visit will be soon and I'll grab this shake then. Graze burgers are super good and am not sure why there aren't more than two locations.

Cane's, that's better. What was a little annoying is that Cane's had a sign on the highway but the fast food joint isn't right off the highway. It's a good two or three miles away. Should be illegal. But I'll forgive them because I had a great meal. Ambiance (N/A): Located on the University of Arizona's campus, I used the drive through. So I can't touch on the experience inside, but I would imagine it's similar to other Cane's locations nationwide. Service (4.5/5): This is where I was most impressed. They pulled one straight from Chick-fil-a's notebook. The line at the drive through was relatively long so they had two people outside on foot taking orders and payment. Which meant that the line moved quicker. Props to this Cane's location. Nobody likes waiting in line for too long. Drinks (4/5): Anywhere that has sweet tea and lemonade (that's not Minute Maid) on the menu, is a winner in my book. This time, I went with a sweet tea as part of my combo. Food (4/5): I went with the Box combo which comes with four chicken fingers, crinkly-cut fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and Cane's sauce. Like Chick-fil-a, Cane's menu is simple. But what they do, they do well. The chicken is delicious. Cane's sauce is addicting. The buttered Texas toast is too. The fries could be better but they're solid. Overall, they're the second best fast food joint in the country behind Chick-fil-a. And this location is doing a great job. It was worth the hike.
