Typically, I love five guys. The flavor was lacking. The juiciness vegetables was lacking. I understand it was about to be the dinner rush, but that would be when it should be good when they're not busy. Either way the facility was not clean. Came for a late dinner with a good friend and the food was sooooo good! We both got the Bacon Cheeseburger and Regular Fries. The service is good and fast and the food was very fresh, despite it being an hour before closing when we came. Burgers are big! Fries are tasty, I like to add malt vinegar to mine. She walked to the salad area and started helping to make burgers. No hand washing, no glove change. After finishing our burgers , the guy cooking stood back and put his hands in his pants. Food and service is always good there but this last time we went(06/19/23) yesterday, it was not. Halfway thru the burger got soggy and fell apart! Couldn't eat the rest because it was as all apart. It's the first time I've been to this location. Love 5 Guys burgers! Anyway, wow, super busy! But the burgers kept coming, and the cooks kept up! We didn't have to wait long to get our order. The place was clean and well kept. Props to the lady that cleaned the tables as soon as someone left! She was on top of it! The only bad thing is that all the tables are close together, so if you're a little claustrophobic, you may not like it especially when they're super busy, lol. Now for the food! Burgers are amazing! You get all the toppings you want on it, and it's free. If you're hungry, order a regular burger, otherwise, as a normal person, the little burgers are perfect! And they are not "little" at all! Oh, also add some cajun fries to your order! A little order will do too, cause they always overfill the cup and fill the bottom of your to-go bag, almost enough to fill another cup! This was a wonderful surprise Bacon & Cheese Hamburger & Fries lunch! The fries were fresh cut from Russet potatoes grown in Pasco, Washington which was acknowledged on a sign, very cool to me! The bacon cheese hamburger I ordered was 1 (or you could order 2 patties) which looked hand formed and was about a 1/2" thick. I added grilled onions & mushrooms, sliced tomato, pickles and lettuce. Really taste burger I think all that was added was ground pepper & salt. The fries were nicely crisp on the outside and soft in the center just the way I love them! The staff don't act kid friendly because they are all touchy-feely with each other and they don't wash there hands as much as they are supposed to. The first time I went to 5 guys, I was surprised to see 2 hamburger patties in my bun. I thought I got away with something and debated....should I give one patty back? I decided not to do that as they would not use it again. On my second trip, I noticed 2 patties again and realized I was not let in on some very important secret. Now, I am clear. The cajun fries are also outstanding, as well as the beverage options in those "do it yourself" machines that can make just about anything. Also can somebody explain to me why the cheese is more expensive on a bacon cheeseburger? The difference between a burger and a cheeseburger is $0.60 and the difference between a bacon burger and a bacon cheeseburger is $0.80. Is the cheese bigger? The burgers are very good. Much better than most of the competitors I've tried. The meat is always fresh. I like that I can pick the toppings and it's free. The place is clean too so that's a plus. My only complaint is the prices are bit high but if you want very delicious burgers. This is your place. The fries are also pretty good but I personally find the peanut oil to ruin the taste somewhat. Too nutty in terms of flavor. They probably should cook the fries in a different oil. To preface - we love Five Guys. The burgers are juicy and custom and it just hits the spot if you're craving a burger. I don't usually leave reviews, but we left super-impressed. We came here about a week ago, and they messed up my wife's burger. It wasn't a huge error but it was enough that her burger wasn't as good. The staff was super professional about it though and that's what made me want to leave a review. It's nice to feel like a company values their customers. We talked to Mario and Riley, who I believe were the managers on duty, and they made sure we were taken care of. Their customer service was top notch. They listened to my wife, apologized, made her the burger she had been dreaming about, and they were kind about it. That's not as common as it should be.
