I haven't been to a Burger King in a long time and it's now on my growing list of establishments to avoid. I stopped by to try the new Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper. I asked for the regular size Whopper with a large combo meal, not the Jr size Whopper version, and the person taking my order confirmed it. When I paid, they asked again if I ordered the regular or the Jr. Again, I said I ordered the regular. The employee relayed that to another employee in the kitchen. I also ordered a large side of onion rings and asked for honey mustard dipping sauce and no ketchup. When I got home I opened the bag to see only one cup of honey mustard, a handful of ketchup packets, and a Jr Whopper. I look on my receipt and saw that the employee charged me for the Jr Whopper combo instead of the regular. I wasn't mad - just disappointed and annoyed. I would have been mad if I was charged for the regular size and received the Jr. Obviously the employee put the wrong item on the ticket but after repeatedly being told that I wanted the regular size Whopper, they should have noticed the error and informed me that they charged me for a different item. The burger tasted ok but it was gone in five bites. The fries and onion rings were lukewarm at best and definitely not fresh. This was a $17 waste of a "meal." read more

Stopped in for a fish sandwich today. The service was quick and efficient. The fish sandwich was good if nothing spectacular. Rate it a "B." It garnered 36 out of 50 points on my comparative scale. It was far superior to McDonald's filet-o-fish sandwich which came in way last in the analysis at 16 points. Rate the Burger King fish sandwich a solid "B." Today before running some errands, we stopped for lunch at Burger King. My wife had the Whopper Jr. combo, and I had the double cheeseburger combo. On both of the combos, we chose the Halfsies side (half onion rings and half French fries). Both of our choices were good, but we've had better fries and onion rings. Service was very good. read more

Went this morning at about 7:40am to get my daughters breakfast which is our usual spot to get breakfast almost every morning and we are usually met by a gentleman who is the nicest he can possibly be every single time. Well this morning there was an older woman wearing glasses working the drive through window. Her tone from me ordering was rude then when I get my daughters food I ask her for ketchup and she said it's in there and I check and it's not in there and I look back to ask her and she has a handful hanging out the window already because she KNEW she didn't put it in there I tell her it's not in there and she hands it to me and has the audacity to shake her head FOR HAVING TO DO HER JOB. She should not be working this position if doing her job is an inconvenience for her because she gets paid to do it! I read that Burger King was trying to improve on the quality so I decided to give them a try today and see if they were any better from the last time. I was not impressed at all. The buffalo chicken wrap was tiny and the amount of chicken inside was pitiful. The whopper sandwich was terrible. The hamburger meat was WAY overcooked and so dry I choked a little trying to get it down at one point. Thank GOD for the mayo or I would have choked for real. Stay away! read more

If you order on the Internet at the store and have your order placed when you go to pick it up, you run better than a 50-50 chance. They have no record of it and once you have paid for it online, you have no way to get your money back. They will not return your money to you at the restaurant. I'm being forced to go through a corporate structure to reclaim $3.22. Do not shop at Burger King. It is poorly set up managerial wise. When you can't get your money back after you paid for a product that you can't get you should not be doing business at this store. read more

The night shift crew suck. Went here over the holiday weekend and got treated like crap. The lady who took my order "forgot" they had the southwest bacon whopper and the guy who took my money gave me the wrong total and dropped my change on the ground. He didn't even care when I called him out on it and then just slammed the drive through window on me. They didn't put the tortilla strips or the spicy sauce on the burger so I pretty much got an overpriced bacon whopper with guac. read more

This is the slowest fast food place i've ever been to. After sitting in the drive thru for about 25 minutes they took my payment first and then told me it would be a little longer for my order to be ready. They then asked me to pull around the front and park in a handicap parking and someone would take my order out to me. When i asked the employee if they would pay the fine for illegally parking in a handicap spot she smiled and simply said no and closed the window. I pulled around the front and parked(not in a handicap spot) and waited 15 more minutes before they took my food out to me. She handed me my order and quickly turned and walked back inside before i could tell her that i hadn't received my drink yet. At that point i gave up and left after realizing that all the people standing inside were also frustrated waiting for their order. I live in the area but i'll never go back there again. The time i went before this time nobody ever even answered the drive thru speaker and when i pulled up to the window the employee walked away from the window. That place is worthless! read more

They are so quick and efficient and friendly. I had just come from Popeyes and everything that went so wrong there BK made up for. I was greeted empty at BK, took so long to be greeted at Popeyes I thought I be sitting at a broken speaker. Accidentally gave the wrong name on the order, Bk let me know they didn't have a order under that name, gave them the right one and pulled up. Popeyes just told me to pull up. Only to find out after waiting in line for almost 20 minutes they didn't have a order under that name. Embarrassed I gave the right name and was ask to park because my order hadn't been put threw. Waited about 15 more minutes for my food. I asked for my receipt asked my receipt and the answer I got was " do you really need to know how much it was?" I was in and out of BK in Less than 5 minutes and just to test it I asked the girl for my receipt, she handed it to and told me to have a nice day. read more

Every time I come to this Burger King and they have both lanes open they take 3 orders from the other lane and I have to yell into the speaker to get their attention to take my order. Went through drive through after lunch to get a bogo offer of whopper sandwiches. Paid at first window and noticed a problem with receipt. At pickup window cashier would not address issue. Manager just looked at me and then moved around counter where I could not see here through window. After a few minutes finally got fed up and didn't want something special in my sandwich's so I left. I did not get to talk with manager nor a refund or food. I called the Bk and was told no manager was able to speak with me. I asked for the regional managers number and was hung up on. I called corporate and after a few minute of discussion was hung up on as I asked what they could do if I could not speak with someone. I will not be going to BK and would tell you to avoid the Sonoma Branch BK if unless you want to pay $16.59 for two whoppers that are on bogo. read more

I go in and this lady is fiddling around with the card scanner. I wanted a whopper and didn't even get on because this girl is messing with the thing. The drive-thru is also full because the peoples orders is not going through. If the manager is reading this, heres my message. Hi! I was the kid in the red aggies shirt. I stood there for about 10 minutes and got no service. I started to try to show signs of me getting impatient. I know your server was down, but your girl working the register could've gotten a pen and some paper (assuming you have some in these situations). Every single time I go to this specific Burger King on Sonoma ranch it never fails! They always forget something in my bag! It's very irritating and amazing that I order 2 or 3 items and something is always missing! How hard is it to check the bag before giving orders?? Someone needs to fix this asap. I even went n they messed up a order so I went back a day they re did it but forgot another item I wasn't originally missing in first place!
