The interior is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Also, I was impressed that the bathrooms were well kept and clean. Honestly, those are the factors that are keeping my review from being a one star, because their food was really bad, even by fast food standards. I got my food. We have a mobile order and my fries were cold, the batter on the onion rings wasn't fully cooked, and my impossible whopper was fine I suppose, but definitely not anything to write home about. A member of my party got a chicken sandwich and even though we had to wait a while for it, it tasted to hurt like it had been sitting for hours. Overall, definitely not our best fast food experience. However, if you need a decent place to pop into on a road trip for some drinks and to use the restroom, I'd recommend this spot for that. read more

Onion rings weren't warm but not cold ...I was like wth I'll deal with it ..even though I was dining in . The Band Ace asked the question "How Long is This Been Going On"? They went on to say I am not dumb as I may seem. I stopped at Burger King for a quick fast food meal. I decided to just set down and eat inside for a change. Upon existing I noticed a dark spot-on the floor and got closer for a better view. Any fast food chain with a 98% by the Harnett County Health Department of Lillington NC is expected to be a life line for revenue. The dark spot was a roach! While waiting for the supervisor I took photos of the roach. Upon arrival of the supervisor I asked him what it was. He immediately started "it's just a piece of trash and reached down pertrevied it by his bear hands before putting it into the trash. you will wait in the drive-through for 30 minutes and they will leave you at the first window so they are not messing with the timer. Also, if the drive-through is busy don't bother going inside. They will act like they don't even see you. there is no customer service at this location. if you think after waiting 30 minutes in the drive-through you think your food will be hot you are sorely mistaken. read more

Went through Drive thru on Oct 6, 2021 around 11:15 a.m. Order a Family Bundle. Had a Coupon. It's 3 whoppers (we added cheese), 3 cheeseburgers, 3 small fries for $12.99 Since we added cheese on the whoppers it came to $15.83. Drive up to pay. Didn't get a receipt. Got the food. Got all the way home. They forgot the cheesburgers. On my way back to Burger King, I called them. The manager or whomever answered was very rude. I tried telling her what I ordered and she kept yelling over me that I got what I ordered. But how would she know when I couldn't get a word in. She ended up putting the phone down and walked away. But I could still hear her in the background yelling that I got my order. Someone else then picked up the phone. I explained to her. She said they only sold one family bundle and the person just left Burger King. So I'm trying to figure out what did I pay for? They kept asking me if I ordered it from Lillington? I get to Burger King. Mind you it's only been about 5 mins. The girl in the drive thru acted like she never saw me before, when she was the one that took my order, my payment and had me sit at her window until the fries were done. Because if I had gone to the 2nd window the clock timer on serving customers would have started. They do this all the time. I finally got to the 2nd window. A girl hands me a bag. It was filled to the top so the one time I didn't check the bag. Food was missing. I always check the bag. But was in a hurry so I assumed it was all in there. They made me feel like I was lying. The manager went through the orders on the drive thru computer and never found my order. I'm still wondering what I actually paid for if my order wasn't in the history. Angela is the only manager at that place that is polite, professional and has great customer service. All the other managers are rude, disrespectful and they treat their employees and customers badly. We will not be going back. Everytime we go we have a bad experience. But never have I had a restaurant make me feel like I was lying about my order. When I had proof I ordered from them from my charge card showing Burger King Lillington, NC $15.83. They need to check the drive thru girl and find out how she put my order in or maybe she cancelled it. I don't know.
