What truly matters is how a business handles it and this team handled it with integrity and professionalism. The staff were clearly under a lot of pressure from frustrated customers, yet they remained respectful. I especially want to acknowledge General Manager Holly. She personally spoke with me, sincerely apologized, refunded my order, and offered a complimentary meal for me and my husband. Her empathy and accountability really stood out. Having worked in customer service myself, I know how tough those moments can be especially when you care about your team and your customers. I could tell she genuinely felt bad about what happened, and that means a lot. This Wingstop has always had great service, timely deliveries, and friendly drivers, and one rough night doesn't change that.
