Trying to drinks with meals was very confusing for them. They charge for refills the play place was HOT sweated just standing in there. Food was okay not clean. Didn't have toy they have on board. read more

At least once a week, my mom and I go to Burger King to pick up breakfast before going to her office. There are many fast-food restaurants in town in which we can go, but Burger King usually has the shortest line and consistently gets our order correct. A couple of weeks ago, they messed up on our order. They forgot to include my mom's ham, egg and cheese croissant in the bag. Once we got to my mom's office and realized it, we called the restaurant to explain what was not included in the bag. They apologized and asked if we could come back to get it. We told them we would be back in about ten minutes. The employee who answered the phone was the most polite and understanding fast-food employee. Usually, when you call a fast-food restaurant, the worker who answers the phone is anything but polite. We thought we would surely get the rude comments when we went back to pick up the rest of our order. Surprisingly, when we got there, not only did they give us the croissant that was missing in our order, but they completely remade the order, including an extra ham, egg, and cheese croissant. This was the best experience we have ever had when getting a fast-food order corrected. read more

This location is trash. They employees were snarky, they were out of several items I wanted to order, my order was incorrect and my fries along with one of my sandwiches were cold. I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews first, but I was on the interstate. I generally enjoy Burger King but this was one of the sorriest examples of their food I have been unfortunate enough to experience. read more

The Lincoln Burger King is deplorable. I ordered 4 items. Two were pre-made, two take 2 mins total to cook. I know bc I heard them say so. I watched SIX employees chat and laugh for 14mins. I watched the manager go outside for a break of some kind. When he came back in, he just barked at the employees "What is she waiting for still?!" They were apparently too busy with the other nonexistent customers to be bothered to notice I had two orders of French toast sticks so they had to make them twice. How is this place still open???? Can we get some leadership or an Arby's or something? There were twice as many employees as they need and still, in the time it took them to drop some pre-made French toast into the fryer, I filled my car with gas, got coffee, surprised my kids with snacks, and chatted with my favorite clerk. Horrible service. Nice employees but they had no idea what they were doing. Waited 15 minutes for food. Then not one thing was right. Didn't give us all the fries ordered. Waited on fries then all the other food was cold! Unless the kids are driving you crazy about food I say drive right on by this place. Unless you want to pay 30 bucks for smiles and apologies. Never had an good experience here and I've lived in the area my whole life. Always out of everything and one of the slowest fast food place

What a terrible experience. I'm in the middle of a 6.5 hour drive, and I just wanted a quick bite to eat. I stopped at Burger King just off the exit and ordered an Impossible Whopper meal, and that's it. That is not a big order or particularly difficult. After I ordered, I checked my map and it said I would arrive back home in Savannah at 11:08pm. I pulled up, sat at the window, paid, and sat at the window a little longer. While I'm sitting and waiting, I look into the restaurant and no one is wearing a mask. The one guy that is, is not wearing it over his nose. The woman working the drive through comes back to the window and tells me that they're making my Impossible Burger, and it's going to take them a while, so if I could please pull ahead, I would get it soon. I tell her that I'm in the middle of a 6.5 hour drive, and I'm trying to get home. As I'm sitting and waiting, I can see the estimated time of my arrival back home continually ticking later, and later, and later. Meanwhile, no one else comes in line. I'm it. I'm their only customer. I can see inside the restaurant, and there's no one in there either. When I was at the window, I saw at least 5 people working. So why it's taking 15 minutes to make my Impossible Whopper with fries seems a little excessive. When she finally brings my order to the car, my estimated time of arrival was not until 11:38pm. I'm not saying that Burger King is wholly responsible for the extra half hour of travel I will now have, but taking 20 minutes for my fast food when no one is in line ahead or behind me for those 20 minutes just smacks of incompetence. And again, no one was wearing a mask. Not the cooks, not the woman at the counter, and not the General Manager that I could see in the office doing paperwork. It is unlikely that I will return to this establishment, and I would suggest that you don't either. read more

If I could give this Burger King zero stars, I would. It took me forever to order and I witnessed several customers orders being wrong. That wasn't the thing that cause me to rate this Burger King so low. It is the fact that I witnessed the employees and the manager discriminate against a lady with a service animal. People use service animals for many things and the fact the customer was discriminated against due to a disability had cause me to never come to this location again. Maybe the manager needs to focus on doing the job and not being disrespected. This store really needs work read more

Stopprd in this location several times. On a few occasions they were out of items. Stopped by on 2\28\15 and ordered the 10 piece chicken that is being advertised only to pay twice the amount. Was informed this is a family owned store and they did not honor. Then they need to change the name Burger King should not allow this. read more
