This place is absolutely disgusting. The staff doesn't care about the nasty conditions. I reported the conditions of the bathroom to the staff and they don't care. The same toilet paper has been mopped around for going on 4 days. The toilet is in such poor conditions, I won't even go into b/c people would get ill just reading it. There is black mold coming out of the vent and all across the ceiling. The place needs to be shut down immediately and the conditions fixed. I am absolutely appalled at the deplorable conditions of the "restaurant". This place isn't fit for dogs, much less people. read more

7 minutes for a chicken biscuit! That's ridiculous during lunch rush. If you can't provide it in fast food time don't offer it

All I can is there is way too much playing and goofing off here. Loud laughter and loud talking by employees criticizing KFC next door as though they wish people would go elsewhere to eat. Really bad here. read more

I asked for a five piece after driving over from kfc not realizing they only had a four. I got five :) it's the little things. The staff was nice, the food was great, they made sure we had everything we needed. Good food, napkins, sauce, straws, and utensils without having to ask. That's rare these days. This was probably one of the best fast food places we have eaten! The Burger was great and the chicken strip were battered like you would do at home! The fries were our favorite! When we walked in we were greeted by a sweet lady that was singing!! Service was great!! read more

I love Jacks but this visit was awe full! I went threw the drivethru. Buns were hard, burgers burnt, and fries were nasty. So bland! Absolutely no seasoning. My daughter just asked for ketchup only but had Mayo on it. I took it back and just asked for a burger with ketchup only. I also told her about the fries. The manager had a attitude and handed me a container with seasoning salt. Needless to say dumping seasoning salt on the fries did not turn out well. Am bit of a burger girl. Worked at one of the Big 3 for many years. Just found Jack's since moving to the South. Got a double chsbgr no onions - burger was good, bun was just a little too soft, cheese was melted just right. Fries were crinkle cut, thicker and salted oh so right. Couldn't leave without a shake - orangesicle - thick and yummy. Interior was interesting - a cross between QSR and fast casual (had a gas fireplace). Bathrooms were clean and modern. I dont stop in here much due to living at the other end of town but the food is good,hot,fresh and given in a timely fasion. Some of the employees need to quit with the loud behavior but other than that ,the store is mostly clean and smella pleasant. The hostess Ms.Stacy is awesome...shes always in a sweet mood and is always there to help when needed. read more

This Jack's offers the typical food that you can expect from Jack's; biscuits, fried chicken, hamburgers, ice cream, and milk shakes. This location is conveniently located off of interstate 20. I found the service at this Jack's to be an outlier when compared to the typical Jack's experience. I'd recommend going to the Oxford/ Coldwater Jack's which is two exits East of this one. read more

Over the last 10 years I have rarely eaten fast food but this is my one exception. I often stop here between Bham and Atlanta for the milkshakes and the ease of getting in and out and back on I-20 quickly. But sometimes chicken fingers and fries end up ordered too. I have only ever had positive and good customer service here. I know that's not easy to achieve in the restaurant world but they do it here. When I was a Kid I worked for Jacks. We warmed buns on grill then. I have seen a microwave I think being used. May relate to what Sherry was saying. We used dehydrated onions back in day they were good The .fries are over salted. Shakes are to die for very nice. Regardless I remain a fan. Keep it Southern yall! read more
