My girls and I stopped into this location Sunday evening otw back home to Warner Robins Ga. there were a few customers ahead of us but the cashier focus solely on the girls who were admiring the stack of burger king crowns. She overheard me tell them no don't do that she immediately said it's ok they can get as many as they want. I was too embarrassed to tell her they were knocking them over. Once it was our time to order she asked each one what they were having and they gave her their order they begin to have a conversation about the toy in the kids meal after telling her they had that toy and this toy she showed them what she had they were disappointed but she found a different toy and made their day great we asked her name and told her we will definitely stop by the next time we're in the area. If I could give a place 0 stars, this location would get it. We stopped here for a quick lunch to go because it's close to a family member's house and we were short on time. Drive thru was backed up, so we went inside. We stood there for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged the now several people in line, but it was even longer before the first woman in line was helped. While we stood there, I couldn't help but look around. The place was not very clean and I was quickly changing my mind about eating there. Then a sketchy exchange went down between an employee and a guest who came in, received something from an employee, and went straight to the bathroom. I was just about to tell my husband we should go to the McDonalds up the road when the cashier started scratching his head with the same hand he was bagging food with. NOPE. We left immediately. The McDonalds by Sheetz is only a few minutes out of the way - it's clean and well worth the extra time. This BK is disgusting. read more

This is more of an issue with BK Customer Service and Mobile app, but it was regarding this location. The McDonald's mobile app won't allow you to check in unless you're within a certain range of the restaurant for which the order was placed. Not the BK app. You can place an order on the opposite side of the country, click "I'm here", and it'll take your money. The McDonald's app would give an alert stating "oops. It looks like you're not close enough yet. Let us know you're here when you're closer." The McDonald's app also let's you cancel an order. Here's my complaint. The BK app DOESN'T have a location verification property, it DOESN'T allow you to cancel an order, and when I contacted customer service, they replied that they cannot refund my money. WTF? So they took my money, but didn't give me the food, and that's ok in their opinion. That's similar to theft. If I could give zero stars, I would read more

Bring your own hand sanitizer, don't expect their dispenser to be full or even working. You may consider bringing your own tabletop cleaner because finding a clean table is not an option. This place is always messing up with something. If their equipment is working, they mess up on the order. The wait time is always insane with huge lines. I realize working fast food sucks. One of my first jobs was fast food. But walking into Burger King I guess they want you to share in their anger. Maybe Asia was having a bad morning, maybe the customer before me was being difficult. I'm not sure but I was not difficult, and still got treated like I just pee'd in her cereal......after sitting down the gentlemen in the back cooking had some kinda problem as the one yelled sh@t!!! My son just went over to the drive thru and this place is literally 3 minutes from my house. He ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and when he got home there was no bacon on it. My Whopper junior with cheese was colder than the 60 degrees it was outside. It's close to the house and convenient but we won't go back. Having worked long ago for Wendy's, I get that fast food isn't the greatest job out there, and that there are times when staff have an off-day. But for the Locust Grove, VA franchise of Burger King, the "off-day" seems to be every single day of the week, month after month, year after year, for all employees, including shift supervisors and management. It seems like every time I use the drive thru at this franchise, there are problems, even with the upgrades last year to the restaurant which were designed to make ordering from the drive thru much easier and more fluid. The display screen which is supposed to show your order in real time so as to verify the accuracy of the order, very rarely actually shows anything outside of ads for various meal items which the franchise hopes to up-sell you on as the customer. This in turn means you can't verify in real time, whether the cashier has entered your order correctly into the system, and you have to rely on luck and the hope that it was accurately entered (as the receipt is frequently tossed in with your bagged order). Next, you have the issue of the kitchen staff who seem completely disinterested in checking the food orders while working, and just churn out orders based on the standard prep that corporate comes up with, even if something is a special order. For example, if I ask for a Grilled Chicken Sandwich, but specify that I only want honey mustard sauce, with no lettuce and no tomato (which the cashier verified and the receipt shows), I don't then expect a generic grilled chicken sandwich to be bagged and handed to me with all the standard toppings. This means I then have to return at a later time/date for a refund (especially as tomatoes, I find, make the bun extremely soggy). I also don't appreciate being told that the restaurant has Twix pies in stock, and so I order one. They charge me for the Twix pie, and then tell me after having paid, that they are out of Twix pies, and ask me if I would like a cheaper pie, but WITHOUT refunding the difference in price to me. When I decline and ask for a refund of the price of the pie, they fight tooth and nail to not give that refund, even though they haven't provided me with what I ordered, nor offered an equal trade substitute (A pie that you sell for $1.59+tax versus a pie you sell for $1.79+tax...yeah, I'm going to want the price difference refunded to me). read more

the food was mediocre, however, the customer service was horrendous. I had a gift card and when I told the lady I had one she said ok scan here and then walked away. My total was 21 dollars and the giftcard was for 15. We waited for 20 minutes before the cashier returned and told me to pay for the rest of my meal. I paid and then we waited for another 30 minutes for our meal to arrive. I thought the phrase fast food meant you recurved food in a timely manner. First and most important, this is a restaurant so customer service is KEY! When a customer is placing an order and you do not have ingredients to make that order there is a proper way to inform the customer that those ingredients are not available. Secondly, an attitude is not required if you truly want to work; if not, please stay at home. Thirdly, how and why are you going to have your customers leave the drive-thru park in the front of the building and wait over 15 minutes for their order while you standing inside watching the customer? Then bring out an order not correct! Heck if I wanted to walk in and place my order I wouldn't have used the drive-thru. This place needs to a serious overall or to be shut-down. There was a nice lady in the drive thru with a great attitude (so sweet) but what was soo distracting was that on her arm there were red spots that look like fresh sores that look flamed and fresh. It was spotty red. I don't think that she should be handling food or have her arm covered. I don't think FDA would approve of that. I didn't eat my food. read more

This Burger King needs to work on Social skills and communication for upper management. I went here on Sunday, June 14th on my way to Fredericksburg and I should have kept driving. I entered drive thru and a nice young lady took my order. I got to the second window and a male manager with a dirty flaky white vest on, did not interact with me at all. No eye connection, No greeting, No Friendly Smile. He handed me my food and drink..and when I asked for Onion ring sauce, he put in my hand..not once did he say you are welcome or anything. I found that to be insulting and very rude. Customers are suppose to come first. He needs to be retrained. Poor service, my large onion rings was at least 3/4 full literally 13 1/2 pieces that were cold, skin was coming off which says they were old but they would rather serve them than make new ones. We're out of onion ring sauce on a Wednesday? No receipt was given, so I try to do the survey off of the bagging ticket and no store number on it so can't do the survey to tell them how terrible they are. Phone number on the bagging ticket goes to a regional number who can't give the store number, I google the store to call them and recording says voice mail full try again later. Gave it a 1 but they don't deserve that. Where do I start . Soda was flat and nasty , threw it out . Fries, overcooked and tasteless. Burger , not the worst thing I've eaten , but close . Resturant was filthy. Staff was more concerned with talking to each other rather than doing something like , oh I don't know , cleaning something . Even though I do swear on occasion , I think it's bad form to do it at the cash register while serving customers . I saw that the manager and the assistant manager were both on duty and neither seemed to care that the restaurant was in the running condition that it was . My personal opinion is neither of them should be in management , but again , just my opinion . The place is just dated and does not even feel clean. That old commercial "Have it Your way" is defiantly NOT true anymore. If you ask for "fresh made" burger, it still comes to you barely warm and if you complain they tell you "next time don't say "fresh made", say "neuc it". I have had their burgers after they heated up in the microwave, the bun is burned, the enormous amount of ketchup and mustard will burn your mouth and the burger is dryed up. They just are content with lukewarm food. I doubt any Burger King inspector get the kind of food we are served. Today, April 19 2019 around 11:31am I went through the drive thru at this establishment and was met with nasty comments plus disrespectful gestures. My daughter and I went to the Drive Thru on Sunday and the gentleman at the window was so distracted that it took for ever to get our order done, I ordered a Icee and they were out, I ordered a Sweet Tea and they were out. When I finally got to the window to pay and get my food they put my drinks in a drink holder that was all wet on one side and they lifted it and it fell apart so they had to look around for another one.
