After reaching my home I called the store to speak with the manager and that's when I was informed that the "friendly accusatory voice" on the other end of the speaker was indeed the manager. She stated the line/head sets were "recorded" and all employees heard the same thing. I find this awkward as the last lady seemed very apologetic for the statements made. She said her district managers name was "X" and she already called him to let him know. unfortunately I'm not an idiot. I did a 2 second search found the other stores and found that the true district manager isn't "X" and it isn't a man. My name and number are sitting on those store managers desks and She will hopefully be calling me soon. Macomb is lost on small town fast food. Save your money on their overpriced poorly serviced food and as those choices are yours, health doesn't care if it's a frozen pizza or rolls at home.

When the drive thru cashier again announced the total, I informed her that it was wrong. She said that the price was correct, so I repeated that it was not and to check the McValue menu---from which I have ordered 2 double cheeseburgers many times in the past 6 months. She then told me the cash register would not honor the app code because.......she didn't know why! Then, I asked her to get a supervisor who could show her how to get the app deal on the register. Nobody was able to find a way to make it work, so I was told to pay the posted price and that I could not get the app deal and there was nothing that could be done. When I asked for the name and a telephone number for the owner of this franchise location, I was told, by an employee with a very smug attitude, that the information was confidential and could not be given out---even though the same information was readily available when requested many months ago to commend an occurrence at the same store. I finally ended the conversation with the remark, "You're full of baloney" and drove away without making a purchase. Finally, I deleted the app from my mobile device and have decided to avoid doing business with McDonald's for the time being. It seems that both the supervisor and employees at this McDonald's need a reminder that they have to be there since it's their job; but the customers have a choice!

As per usual, there was no sauce in the bag (should have gotten sweet 'n sour with the nuggets, but also paid for BBQ and honey mustard). The cheeseburger was missing most of the toppings, and looked like the burger had been torn up. Not they do. But they are still super bland sandwiches. I got one of the Italian sandwiches and it was just dripping in oil, couldn't taste the vinegar or oregano, and they are still skimpy on the fillings. Even the salami didn't add any flavor. Such a waste.
