Everyone we interacted with on this trip was very kind and helpful. I could hear the cashier making small talk with the mother and son ahead of us and was being very pleasant. I tried a Crunchwrap Supreme for the first time and loved it. I mean, it's fast food but sometimes it just hits different and this was really good. They didn't have any mild sauce out for customers to grab, but were quick to refill once it was brought to there attention. While we were waiting in line, there was an older lady waiting at the other register and she looked pissed about something and kept asking about a refund and was told at least twice that she would have to wait for the manager, who was busy in the back. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Twice now I've had DoorDash delivered and they can't seem to count the number of sauce packets I've ordered. I've had this problem in drive-through before as well. Tonight I was told by a very rude manager or assistant manager that I'm only allowed one sauce packet per item. When did that happen? I don't waste hot sauce but I use a lot of it. It is part of why I go to Taco Bell. She has just guaranteed that I will never go to this Taco Bell ever again. When I asked for the manager's name and number I was told that she did not give that information out. What a crock. To some this may seem trivial, but if it is too much to ask for then charge extra. But don't let me leave without what I'm asking for. Without the sauce, the food to me is worthless. read more

I don't see an option for negative rating, I would have given that. Being in the QSR bussiness for 10 years & managing multiple locations, I know how much hygiene is required run a fast food chain. The employees don't wash their hands after they smoke right by the front door. I had to point it out on my way in. Gave them a second chance again, this time only to mess up my bean burrito with beef in it. My Sierra Mist order was filled with plain water. Spoke to the female manager, who had no clue about customer service or even to acknowledge that one of their employees made a mistake. They had a better management couple years ago. But now it has gone down the drain. I understand that mistakes happen & you mess up the order, but cleanliness & hygiene is of utmost disgust. I would not eat at this location ever. read more

I don't know what's going on there during the night shift but there was a guy waiting on me at the drive through. As he bagged my order he looked over at the young lady at the cashier who then looked at me and then she smiled back at the server. I got home and bit into the "7 layer" burrito I ordered and it was all lettuce. It was COLD LETTUCE & SOUR CREAM 1/2 way through the burrito. When I finally did get to the other ingredients it appeared to be re-fried beans, rice and guacamole. My stomach has been gurgling all night long and I did have trouble digesting what little I consumed of it. I believe there should cameras online for the public to monitor food handling employees in restaurants. At the very least they should be recorded by their own employer. We just ordered online and went through the drive thru. My friend is a vegetarian so they modified her burrito to have no meat and added rice instead. When they went to the drive thru to pick it up she was immediately harassed by the rude drive thru lady. The lady immediately said in a very condescending tone "what is it you even want on this thing?" Then when my friend explained it to her she scoffed and slammed the window in our face. When my friend arrived home she opened her burrito to find that they added NONE of the modifications they requested and the only thing on it was brown lettuce and beans. I came to Taco Bell expecting the great service i usual receive but was highly disappointed. I ordered 2 crunch wrap supremes one without Tomatoes, 2 tacos, and a chicken quesadilla. I returned to Taco Bell around 1:59 to complain that my crunch wrap barely had any meat on there and I'd like another crunch wrap or ny money back. But Abby Weaver decided to tell me I to leave Taco Bell and I wasn't getting my money back when I showed her the amount of meat in my crunch wrap and racially profile me. The drive through window was slammed in ny face and locked with them thinking I had hostile intent when I was just asked one simple of question of if I could have another crunch wrap or my money back. The worker in the building recorded me while I sat outside Taco Bell while I asked for corporates number and asked for Abby's name and the cashier who slammed the door in my face but they just sat and pointed their cameras at me. I feel disrespected and taken advantage of. This Taco Bell location will never get my money again Abby Weaver is a racist and her coworkers are disrespectful. For Taco Bell to be on a college campus doesn't seem like they cater to a college campus. read more
