This BK 4 years ago was run by an Indian gentleman that knew many customers by name. Place ran so well they closed Wendy's across the street. Moved back recently looking forward to the best BK in town. Nope. New crew. New very, very slow crew. Have been there many times because its convenient. Even GrubHub peeps have to stand around waiting on food. Drive-thru even slower. 20 minutes to get one combo. Told me the receipt was in the bag. It wasn't. She told me it should be. It wasn't. I placed an order today via the Burger King app. When I arrived at the restaurant, I alerted them through the app that I had arrived. I then went in and waited a few minutes before telling one of the counter workers (whose face mask was not covering her nose) that I was waiting for a mobile order. I gave her my name and order number. She had no record of the order on her screen. A man stepped in. He had disheveled gray hair that was long enough that it should've been contained, but it was not. Belligerently, he insisted that he had only one mobile order, and it wasn't mine. I had been nothing but polite, so his attitude was shocking. I pulled the order up in my app and showed it to him. He said, "I don't care what the app says. I don't have an order for you." Calmly, I said, "OK, well, here's the order, and it says it is for this location of this restaurant, so how can I get you to make it for me?" He sneered at me, "You can go to the register, place the order, and pay for it. Then we'll make it for you." I said, "But I've already paid for it. The receipt here says that." He raised his voice and said, "I already told you that I have only one mobile order, and it isn't yours. If the money's not in this store, we're not making the order. If you want to take it up with customer service for the app, then go ahead!" It was at this point that I asked for a manager and was dismayed to learn that this jerk actually is the manager. Went through drive thru and placed my order and as soon as I paid I was pulled so I wouldn't hurt their precious drive thru clock even though no other customer were there. They brought me my food and of course forgot some items and since I was in my pjs I had to go through drive thru again. My shakes were at this point melting at a high speed rate. A shake then spills all over my car because it wasn't sitting in the cup holder correctly they placed it in and at this point was undrinkable. I will Not be returning to this location. We dropped by the newly remodeled Burger King to try the Impossible Whopper. The restaurant was clean, and the service was adequate. Our order was accurate and the food was hot. I think my onion rings were perfect and the Impossible whopper was cooked well. The workers were busy cleaning and that was why the restaurant looked good. My only complaint is that not one single worker had on gloves. I think it's pretty standard for workers who are handeling food to wear hair nets and gloves, but maybe not in the burger kingdom. read more

When I walked in there were flies all over the place. Tried to give it the benefit of the doubt because I was hungry. Ordered a rodeo cheeseburger, fries, nuggets & a drink. This location has been around for a long time and when it comes to fast food chains I've liked Burger King over other chains, but it seems like things are going down as they try to "keep up" with competing chains. I tried the new "king" I guess it is their big mac, but the middle piece of bread was hard and chewy...and I think still slightly frozen, it was discussing. Other than that everything is average. This weekend there was a mishap, however. The driver from DoorDash delivered only a beverage - no food. (Seriously, a lone cup sitting in front of my door.) So I called the store and spoke to Greg, who I believe is the manager. He is awesome. All Burger Kings are not the same. Only one in the area so I was dumb enough to go back again over the last 10 or 12 years. Every bun has been stale. When you open the wrapper, the sandwich looks like a toddler put it together. EVERY TIME. To top it off, I have never seen an employee be even close to pleasant.
