He asked if I wanted fries and I was unsure. Jonathan then offered some fresh fries for me to try. I proceeded with ordering both the burger and fries but I wanted the fries to be extra crispy. They were so accommodating. The Burger took a bit because they are made fresh to order and I didn't mind that at all. I didn't order a drink because I had an Olipopin the car. I asked if I was able to drink it inside the restaurant. They said yes. Whoop hooo! I was shocked because most restaurants don't allow you to bring outside food/ beverages inside their establishment. Overall, the burger was nice. Good flavor. It wasn't anything to write home about but I could tell it was a nice and fresh burger. I was very satisfied. I went around 1pm and didn't need to eat anything else that day. The fries were great since they were extra crispy. I think had I not asked for extra crispy, I wouldn't have liked them simply because I'm not a huge potatoey flavor girl. I don't like when I can taste the actual texture of the potatoes of my French fries. The burgers themselves are definitely a great size and very satisfying, and the grilled onions take them to another level. I especially want to recognize Delmi, one of the workers I see often, she is so personable and truly stands out. She remembered my order from a previous visit and even asked how I enjoyed the spicy cheese fries when I came back. That level of attention made the experience feel genuine and personal, and for the record, those fries were incredible. The rewards program is another nice bonus. They actually keep track of your points, and the benefits seem really good for regular customers. I'm actually here again now, and Joshua was very pleasant as well. Looking forward to enjoying my order. Another thing I appreciate is the atmosphere. It's always clean, the seating is comfortable, and sometimes I even come during the quieter hours just to get a little work done while enjoying a meal.
