This Burger King is usually my last resort. Today will be my last day. I have a 90% chance of having a bad experience here and I still continued to go. For breakfast, they rarely have iced coffee or maybe too lazy to make it. I'm usually asked to back my car up so that they can make their time on the clock, & they did today also. I was asked to pull forward next, but then asked to wait so that they can bring my food out. Today though after getting my food brought out, I pulled out a long strand off hair and my food is still cold. "New Orleans East will make a comeback". The Manager be rude and they never open on time, I know it's harder for them because of the pandemic and every fast food restaurant is short on workers but that don't give them the right to be rude to the customers. Half the time they don't have what you come to get. They lobby never open and it takes 35 mins. To get thru the drive thru. Food be cold when you receive it. They are very rude to dashers that come to pick up for customers and they make you sit in drive thru just to tell you at the window they they have what that customer order. Pulled in to driveup behind 3 cars. Waited 25 minutes just to get to the speaker to order. It's 10:15 and the breakfast menu is up so I kindly asked when lunch started. The young lady stated, "its breakfast and there will be a long wait on lunch." I asked if I could still order and she said "NO" and did not further respond to the speaker. Mind you I'm having a medical crisis as my glucose was extremely low and I needed something to eat quickly. I left the drive thru and proceeded to the gas station to get a snack until I was able to eat. Moments later I called the store and asked for the manager, the very young immature female who answered the phone stated she was the manager but refused to identify herself. I work for an automotive group nearby and being in the East we do not have many "quick" breakfast options. If I could give 0 stars I would. Every single time we order breakfast, mostly small orders under 3 meals, they get it wrong. It's usually something so simple. I waited in line for 20 minutes before reaching the speaker to place my order. There was No electronic or digital menu board, just a limited poster menu staked into the ground. No one greeted me after waiting a couple of minutes so I said hello. No response. I waited a couple more minutes and said hello again. Still no response. By then I figured the electronic system must be down or something which would explain the long wait time. I couldn't move forward because of the cars waiting ahead of me so I didn't get to the cashier's window for at least another 10 min from the time I reached the speaker. When I got there I tried placing my order for 3 combos and was told they don't take orders at the window. I calmly explained the situation and was nonchalantly told I'd have to get back in the drive thru line to place my order. I told the lady I would not do that as I had already been in line for 30 min. She then went to get the manager and another lady took my order and told me to drive around to wait for them to make it. I had to walk back to the drive thru window myself (while another car was at the window) to get my food. By the time I got my food, I had been at Burger King for a full 50 minutes. And the food was not hot. This was by far the worst experience I've had at Burger King or any restaurant for that matter. read more

Life is all about getting things faster, better and cheaper! Who has time to always sit down and dine all the time besides Ivanka Trump and Kimora Lee. Food on the go is definitely the way to geaux! Love eating out, but grabbing a quick bite with a hectic schedule only makes PERFECT sense. I am a fan of the chicken salad at BK. The chicken tastes flame boiled, which I can definitely rock with. The dressings are cool, but please don't skimp on the greens. Some BKs manage to give you an even proportion of everything. This one happens to be close to my house. Can't beat that! I don't like waiting in long lines (even in my car). BK can do better in that area. All in all, great healthy substitute to dining out. read more

I would never recommend anyone to get food from this establishment. I once ordered a mocha iced coffee from them and they gave me a mocha fray with a big goon of chocolate syrup on top. My best friend got the wrong order twice, my bus driver had to wait the longest, i had to wait for almost and hour, and my other friend was waiting for just fries.
