Last week they screwed up my order and I called to complain but it took several times to actually connect with a person. They explained that they had had a rush (I'm not sure about that) but regardless, they offered to make it right, and they did. When I went back in yesterday, there wasn't an accusatory tone at all, they were completely apologetic and fixed the issue. I was very impressed by how good the front counter person was when dealing with my situation. That is a hard skill to train. I'm not a regular customer since I try not to eat fast food but I wanted to try the impossible burger and while I think we have a way to go when we think about plant based foods, this is a step in the right direction. My rating is based on how well they fixed my problem, averaged with the original issue. The number one way to keep customers is not screw up in the first place, the second it to respond spectacularly when there is an issue. They succeeded on the second part! read more

I am the nicest person and rarely write a bad review, but feel this is warranted. Went inside to eat with my son today (10/1/25 around 4:30). There were no other customers in the restaurant and only one car in the drive thru as we completed our order at the kiosk. It looked like at least 4 employees were there. We watched our food be made by a guy in the back, and he told the girl helping a car in the drive thru that the sandwiches were for dine in. She ignored him, and then proceeded to SLOWLY help the car in the drive thru, as well as five others that came through behind it, while ignoring us-- avoiding eye contact. He told her again as she kept only grabbing food for the drive thru that these burgers that had been sitting there were for dine in. Again, he was ignored and didn't push the issue. A lady that had been washing dishes in the back came up after 18 minutes to ask if we had been helped. I pointed to the hamburgers that had been sitting there this whole time and told her we are just waiting on our food that's been sitting there for a while. She glared at the girl in the drive thru who was completely oblivious. Our burgers were not that warm by this point. We went to get drinks filled at the little soda machine to find that most selections were unavailable for diet sodas, so I ended up with unflavored sparkling water. I should have made a point to say something, but didn't want to wait again for anything to be done. All of the tables needed to be wiped down, so we wiped one off with napkins and ate our dinner. Another employee who liked the oldest one there was on a break sitting in the dining room on his phone the whole time, which was well over 30 minutes. This is not a good way to run a business. I've worked in this industry before, and never would we have been allowed to act like this. It makes me not want to ever come back. I don't think this place will be in business for much longer. I have bought food here for the past 40 years and it has always been good. Not so much now though. I ordered 2 Whopper Jrs & 2 small fries. When I got home, there was only one fry in the bag and that's really irritating when I paid $9 for the meal. Also, if the Whopper Jr gets much smaller, you'll need a magnifying glass to find them......one last note.....they now charge 25 cents for fry sauce. Gabby and the rest of the staff are so nice and their customer service is better than any Burger King in the country. This is my daughter and i's favorite place in Ogden. We are moving out of state, but I hope Gabby gets promoted because she deserves to be treated like a Queen of the Burger King!! She treats her customers always sweet and kind as well as the rest of the staff. Food is always good and they run it out to your car if it's not fresh. Had a coupon, so decided to go here. They have good ice cream, but the machine was broken- which it is often. Made the order with the coupon. Got home- missing part of the order. Called twice- no answer. Drove back up. Explained what happened. Was handed my missing item. Asked to speak to manager. She was the one who originally helped me. She said they wouldn't charge me for my missing item. I explained I already paid for it with the coupon. Showed her coupon. She said her computer wasn't letting her enter the code. I told her she hadn't given me a receipt, someone else said the receipt machine was broken. I then questioned if completing my already paid for order was the extent of their customer service. She said yes. I looked at her questioningly and said "Really? Not even like a cookie?" She said nope. I asked her if she would rather work out *something* (I wasn't asking for her firstborn or a kidney, maybe a small drink?) or if I should file an online complaint. She looked at the car behind me and said she had been more than patient with me and I needed to leave because she had other customers. I said that was fine. As I was driving away I could hear her saying "I love when they threaten to complain to get something for free." I didn't want anything for free- I wanted to be apologized to. Like everyone else, I've worked my share of years with customer service. I was very careful with what I said and how I said what I did. I know that one unhappy customer tells about 8 people while happy people maybe tell one. I will go out of my way to avoid this restaurant as long as I live, and I'll be sure to tell every person I know to do the same. read more

I just got off work at 9pm this evening and we decided to get burger King as I haven't had for quite some time! So, we ordered our food; a bacon chicken sandwich, 8pc mozzarella sticks and a chicken club salad. First impression was whoever took our order was very Curt, rude and not paying attention because she told us to pull up to the window but didn't give us a total. We get to the window, SHE'S NOT WEARING A MASK OR GLOVES, takes our credit card, gives us our drink and card, no receipt, tells us, pull around because the chicken isn't ready yet, that's fine, well wait... Here's where it gets dicey, the lady comes to our truck hands us a bag and leaves, it did not have the salad or marinara sauce for our mozzarella sticks, so we inform her there's no salad, she comes back and says, oh you didn't order one but I made one for you anyway. Tell me how she made me a chicken club salad but says we didn't order one? Crazy how she made the right one, huh?! I can't prove what we paid for because she never gave me a receipt! Overall experience is, if you cannot multi task and be polite and friendly, don't work in the food industry! Side Note, their is a biggie, within the world of Covid-19, why are you not wearing a mask, handling money, not washing your hands and preparing food??? I sat in line at the drive thru for 20 min. Sat at the window for 10 minutes before they told me to pull to the lot so they could bring it out. After 10 minutes of that, I went in to complain and they acted like they didn't care. They still didn't have my order. I canceled the order. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I just got a terrible case of food poisoning from their food. And I know it's from them because I immediately felt terrible after eating their onion rings and chicken fries. I thought it was because I hadn't ate there in awhile so my body just didn't like the fried food. Anyways about 4 hours later I get home and it falls drastically down hill from there. I started getting a terrible headache, stomach cramping and horrid body aches. I was in tears just laying on my bed because it was so painful. I threw up all night and I'm feeling better now. To start out I called ahead because I was ordering 40 tacos. I waited about 15mins before I left my house, went to the drive thru told them I had called in my order and I added a 10 piece chicken nugget and a small fry for my child. Pulled to the window and they had me pull around and wait which was fine. When I got home there was no 10 piece nugget or fry. So I went back and got them with very little apology, came home and started eating the tacos and some were clearly old which is complete shit cause I called to make them aware and that was at 8pm at night not a busy time on a Tuesday. Further we found hair in a taco and we barely got two down before finding that. Thanks for ruining our dinner. I don't normally complain I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this was complete shit.
