I've never been to an In-N-Out in Utah and this may be my first and only visit to one of the restaurants in this state. I stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and I chose to order and eat inside because the drive thru line was way too long. I hadn't eaten all day so I ordered two Double Doubles, Animal Fries, and a small soda. This is what I usually get at other In-N-Outs if I'm really hungry. I ended up waiting over ten minutes for my food while plenty of other customers who came in after me ordered and got their food in a couple of minutes. I don't know what was taking so long for my order, but I was getting impatient. Maybe it was the grilled onions. That's usually the excuse for why an order is taking longer to prepare, but I don't know. When I got my food everything tasted great as always but not long afterwards on the drive to Salt Lake City I started feeling ill. I had an upset stomach that started to hurt a little and when I got to my hotel I had to lay down for a while. Fortunately things didn't get any worse but I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day and just had small amounts of water. I don't know if I've ever gotten sick from eating In-N-Out food before. I've had this same order from many other In-N-Outs before and never had an issue. read more

Staff was polite, the food came out pretty quickly, and everything felt organized. We stopped at this in-n-out on the way home from Utah back to Idaho. I got the double double animal style and so did my wife. We also got animal style fries. We have stopped at this in-n-out many times and they always seem to get our order right no matter how much food we order. Service is typical for this place. It is a long wait but always worth it. After living in California for awhile I have came to expect it take awhile to receive my food. The only thing that could have been better with our experience was that our table was very dirty and the lobby over all needed a good wipe down which is not something I have seen at a In-n-out before. read more

Main reason I'm writing this review is because this new Russian guy was harassing my wife by asking if she speaks Spanish and if Spanish girls like guys with earring and that he just came from Russia and Russian girls don't. What the hell does that have to do with food service. Fucking creep alert. Second the meat seems to be in the rare side the 4-5 times I've gone there even when I've asked for it well done. This place is so frustrating. Every single time I come here they get something in our order wrong or are just missing something completely. It sucks cause the food is always so good that's never a problem. I have gotten someone else's order in the drive thru before, and the only reason we noticed was because we knew to check the bags before leaving. We have been going to this in n out for over two years and it's been so bad I had to leave a review. Also, this is the slowest in n out I have ever been too. There isn't a long line half the time, and somehow it still takes an 45 minutes to get our food. I would recommend this place for most people. Quick service and small menu. The only issue I have encountered is that when requesting a well done burger, the person taking the order just tells back to the cooks for a well done burger. Don't know how they can tell which order it goes too. So this time the burger came back with a pink patty! Unacceptable and they did cook another burger, but in the meantime I lost my appetite. I can't believe I had to drive all the way from Washington to Utah for In-N-Out but alas here I am. There are 11 locations in Utah but 0 in Washington, like what are we doing here? Regardless, on my drive to Salt Lake City I stopped by here and was excited to take a bite back to my California roots and it did not disappoint. The set up here is similar to all other In-N-Out locations with the palm trees, the building look and feel, and the layout inside. One new thing that I saw was that their soda fountain station is touchless! Such advanced technology! I ordered the 3x3 animal style ($5.45) and fries well done ($1.95) which were everything I was expecting and then some. We've never ate at this franchise before, always wanted too glad we stopped here on the way out of town. I got a "grilled cheese" my husband got the double double and we both got animal fries and a milk shake First, loved the milkshake my husband liked his burger the animal fries were ok very salty. So, on my latest visit to Utah, when my granddaughter requested In-N-Out Burger for her birthday dinner, I really couldn't say no - especially since I'm a HUGE burger fan. Located in Ogden and, surprisingly, amongst some of the worst traffic I have experienced in Utah. Service was efficient. Quality was very good (although not extraordinary). Reasonable cost. Due to Covid the seating is limited, but we were still able to find a spot! I always get the #2 with grilled onions, fry & drink. It is so tasty and cheap!! Make sure to get spread for your fries too!! My sister has been craving in n out (she currently lives in Virginia) so while she was FaceTiming, we took her with us to get dinner!! :) the drive thru was busy, but it all goes pretty quickly. The cuisine here is no mystery, it's burgers, fries, drinks (including shakes) ... the end! This is part of the reason I like it, they do just a few things and they do it well. The burgers and buns always taste fresh, the fries aren't greasy, the service is good, the employees are polite and look like they are having fun, and it's a clean place. Long lines at the drive thru also seem to go pretty fast. This may sound like a commentary on the franchise, but this location hits all those marks exactly. My only negative is the lack of a chicken option. I hate to write this review as I've always enjoyed a burger at In-N-Out at other locations. I was at this location last Wednesday afternoon about 2 pm. I just ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, onion and ketchup. Nothing else. The order took a longer than normal time to be completed. Secondly, the onion slice was far too big. I like onions on my burgers, but this slice was a 1/4 inch or more. I want a slice of onion, not a chunk of onion. Lastly the cheeseburger was unusually dry, especially the bun. They gave us 3 different orders that weren't ours. Then when we got our order it wasn't correct I can't have bread so I ordered the flying Dutchmen so the grilled onions would be in place of the bread. Ok, i went to this place. It's was a Friday afternoon and i was going here with my kids. I get Animal Fries and my kids got 2 cheeseburgers. Excellent burgers. Fantastic fries. Service is fast. The best part that stands out is how clean the place is. This In-N-Out has been open for a while. Which usually means once a place goes past the novelty state and settles in as a regular operation the quality of upkeep usually slides off. Oddly, not this place. The burgers are as good as usual. Don't really remember how the burgers were back when I lived in LA. I remember they were good, just can't recall how they compare to these places. But who cares! I like In-N-Out, but this location is bad and I will be staying away. Three reasons for the 1-Star review: 1) We ordered a cheese fry and a regular fry. We noticed that the fries looked strange. Then we found a fry that was green and a fry that was covered with fuzzy mold. I brought it back to the manager and informed him there was mold on the fries. 2) The manager responded to this by telling me, "it's not mold, the potatoes are just really bad today." I laughed and said that it's definitely mold. Potatoes don't have hard white fuzzy hair and, once they're fried, there definitely should be no green. The manager said he could make me more if I want. I said I lost my appetite and he walked away. 3) The cheese on the cheese fries was hard like a plastic film on a badly reheated microwave dinner. So, moldy food, failure by management to even acknowledge that it was mold or take any responsibility for the food safety issue they were serving us, and the cheese fries were bad even if the fries weren't moldy. LOVE In-N-Out Burger!! It was my first visit and I wish I could had one where I lived because I love their burgers! I love their service, restaurants cute, prices are fantastic and they're so friendly!. Went with my nephew and it was both of our first time going. I told the guy at the front counter was my first visit when you made a big deal about how great it was to have us come in. He was good about description and was quick about taking our order. We didn't even have to ask and he gave us cups for drinks as I forgot to ask for a drink. My nephew ordered a strawberry milkshake and said it was great. The fries were okay but the burgers were great! I ask for fry sauce in the stuff that they gave me was really good too. So overall it was a fun visit. The restaurant was really busy and it didn't take them too long to get our food. It was cool to be able to feed two people a full dinner for under 12 bucks and get full too. We really need to get one in Boise though because I can't just be running down to Utah whenever I want In and Out Burger lol. read more

I've been to several of their locations in Utah and California, and it always amazes me how consistently good their burgers and fries are. And where else can you get 2 great burgers and an order of fries for under $7? As usual, my food was served up quickly. The fries were piping hot and crispy, and my burger came loaded with a generous amount of grilled onions and pickles. This location particularly impressed me with its helpful employees. In N Outs usually have employees out in the front of the store sweeping up and keeping things clean, but I was impressed that at this location, an employee came by to take my tray and trash soon after I finished my meal. read more
