Probably the worst Burger King in the United States. Always super slow even when there is 0 other customers, Fries are always cold, my orders are wrong more than correct. Not that I eat there often. But usually when I do, it's not the best experience. Unfortunately we have slim choices for a quick meal. read more

I went in to this Burger King in the evening. They were busy; I get that. But when I ordered my food there were two customers waiting for their food already. I got my soda and never did get my food. After 10-15 minutes, I couldn't get anyone's attention to get a refund; so I finally just left. Neither of the other two customers waiting got their food either. One left when I did. I've called a couple of times to get my refund by I'm still waiting. They were polite and professional, but I a polite restaurant that doesn't give you food is not exactly what I'm looking for. read more

If there was a zero rating, that's what I'd give. Dirty, dirty, dirty. I mean dirty, everywhere. Tables, chairs, floor, what I could see of the kitchen, bathroom (yech!). Went into the play area with my grandson, also dirty. Nobody cleans this restaurant. The hamburger was marginal, hardly fit to eat. Prices are still pretty high too. Won't be going back. Now I know why the parking lot is almost always empty. This owner needs to hire competent people, badly. read more

The food just keeps getting worse and worse here. The Burgers today were cold and old and I asked for no lettuce and tomato and they still put it on. " You can have it your way " doesn't apply at this place. They have the worst french fries and if you ask for a fresh new one they say it will take time to get a new one. The Strawberry Shakes were terrible and we usually enjoy them here. The worst part is the bathrooms were filthy and stunk to high hell. I don't hardly EVER do fast food...outside of occasional Subway, but I wasn't going to make it home and not be completely hangry so I caved. I just wanted one cheeseburger to tide me over. I waited in the driveway for quite a while. I probably could have made it home in that time and just grabbed a snack there. Breathing the fumes from the Superduty Ford in front of me wasn't a picnic either. Although, with that being said, the burger was hot as ordered, the gal was nice and even comped me a small fry and drink for the trouble. Customer service wins over frustration! read more

Of all fast food joints, BK is my favorite. Let me be clear in saying that I ALWAYS EAT INSIDE at this location. This place is slow and I do mean slow... Why the five-star review? Well my order is always correct and the fries fresh, hot, and overflowing. Burgers could be a bit warmer and would certainly be cold if you try and use the drive-thru. The drive-thru is always slow and crowded, so it's beyond me why anyone uses it. But if you have the time to come inside and sit down and relax a while, you'll get fresh, hot, well-made food every time. They also have tables with video games. so I like to kill time waiting while playing video dice to keep from getting bored. This location also accepts BK coupons that are past the expiration date - which ensure that you are getting a decent price for your food. If you can deal with the shortcoming of this location (they are SLOW), and you eat inside, you'll probably have a really good dining experience. read more

I love BURGER KING. That being said this is the worst burger king ever. It is always busy, you would think always fresh food then. Nope pretty sure everything is made yesterday. Bread is always stale chicken nuggets that my dog wont even eat. It breaks my heart that I now have to go across the street to McDonalds. read more

Slowest service in town, if your car overheats NOT RECOMMENDED to go through drive through . Not very clean for kiddo's.

This is by far the worst BK I have ever been to. I've been coming here on and off since they opened and the service has never been good. The burgers are ALWAYS cold. Every time, and I'm not exaggerating, EVERY time, I get a burger here it's luke warm at best. It's as if they just refuse to actually heat it up. McDonalds gets me a hot burger every time, why can't this BK? The wait is typically 20 minutes on an average morning in a small town. Which is 100% unacceptable for fast food. The staff clearly don't care about the bad service and honestly I'm done giving them my money. read more

What it has going for it: - new building so updated dinning area - 2 drive-thru ordering kiosks - relatively clean in customer areas What it has going against it: - slow ticket times, expect to wait 1/2 in the drive-thru lane at lunch hour It's a Burger King.... new building makes it nice to look at but slow ticket times hurt this place. read more

Without a doubt the worst BK I've ever been to... they have given me the wrong order more than once, the wait at the drive through is ridiculous and don't look through the window at the drive through, last time I was there it was filthy! It's been a while hopefully they're getting it together. We don't have a lot of places to choose from around here. read more

I recently started attending this burger king, gotta say, yes it gets busy, but most of the time when I ask about the wait most of the time their training new people, I can't really fault them for trying to train, and serve food at the same time that's just how it goes. I hear people complain all the time about the wait, the food, folks just gotta understand the people who work there are mostly young people some fresh outta High school, some still in they don't come to work and think ok I'm going to make everyone suffer with a long wait time. it's ridiculous how full grown adults attempt to chew out these kids, just wish some folks had an ounce of kindness instead of a truck load of expectations. no matter these guys try hard and at the end of the day that's all I really care for. read more

I was a good customer with them. I received a come ad for free french toast with a order of $3.99 + so I ordered it to pick at the window. Well I made the mistake of not looking in the sack too see if the order was correct. Well I got home and realized the free french toast sticks were missing. When called the mgr. On duty told me I didn't order it. I said thats the only reason I ordered breakfast from them it was a first & now last. When I told her this she did all but flat call me a liar. Then told me I had till 10:45am to come pick it up very snotty. It was nearly 10am. I said fine I'm not leaving my hot breakfast to come get a free item. She told thats my choice. So i called the corporate office and told them what I was going through. Well they did nothing to correct the error or apologize for the mgr. Bad PR work and addittude toward me. 2 weeks later I got a email still no apologies with $5 off coupon when I bought more poor fill order and calling me a liar. So I still have not purchased from Burger King & never will again. If they had apologized I'd have let it go. The Burger King corporate office needs to learn PR... read more

Terrible service ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches waited in drive through line about 15 minutes there was only one car in front of me that only has food in one bag so not a giant order. When I finally received my food, I asked does it always take that long? Her reply was well it went off the screen and were having technical difficulties....you can't see that the same person is sitting at the window it was not busy I think they had one table inside.....so I do finally get my food only to find that my 2 sandwiches are cold my order should have taken about 45 seconds in the microwave read more

Slow as can be. 20 min with 2 cars in front of me and nobody in restaurant. Then they blame their credit card machine being slow.

Coming to Burger King is a twofer for me! It's a nice-looking Burger King, feels clean, and I can give my order with absolutely zero problems.. but once you leave the ordering area the real fun sets in! You now find yourself in a line of unmoving cars and trucks. All just "parked" while the cooks and wait staff fulfill ONE L-O-N-G order - at - a - time. Now, I know it would be easier to tell someone to pull forward and someone will be out shortly, but if that happened you wouldn't get to stare at all the people, eating at their tables, right on the other side of the glass, you wouldn't get to wonder WHO IN THE WORLD decorated the children's play area in a BLOOD FONT, straight out of the movie SAW, that is sure to bring night terrors to those innocent kids wearing a Burger King crown, and you sure as heck wouldn't get to clean out your truck, sing 99 bottles of beer on the wall, and practice your Rosetta stone ..all while you wait on your order! read more

I had entered the esbalishment and it was slow there was no one there so they weren't busy everyone was standing around and the employees ignored my presence at the front desk for a minute or so until I assume the manager told someone to help the front desk. The employee that helped me proceeded to look visibly mad that I was there ordering food. I ordered 4 burgers off the dollor menu and it took them 15 minutes to get my order out to me when they were not busy, very disappointed especially since burger King is my favorite fast food. read more

I can't do a half star for at least good BK food, when they actually get your order right, which is about 20% of the time...seriously, I may even be generous with that. We gave them almost a year to get their you know what together and they just can't seem to do it. Call about your order after you drive away? Forget it, they won't answer. I've sat in this drive through for upwards of 15-20 minutes on many occasions only to get someone else's order AFTER the person in the window read my order to me. So many stories so many things wrong service wise. I remember one of the servers in the drive through arguing with someone in the back and they rebutted with "the drive thru's slow anyway", another server walked over and yanked that servers headset off, presumably because her argument could be heard through her headpiece and possibly the drive thru speakers, we drove away and parked in a nearby park to eat...yep, wrong order again. Well as for our family, we rarely even use the drive through now and certainly will not ever dine inside thanks to one of their "managers", and use the term loosely. This totally unprofessional piece of work, William, came out into the dining room to curse at another employee who was off shift and out of uniform at the time. I was shocked when he didn't even try to lower his voice even though my autistic son could clearly hear everything he said, as well as every one else in the dining room. We've had scetchy service at best there before but this day took the cake. Management seems non existent or unconcerned the majority of the time, with the exception of one, Kalinda, who has been attentive, polite, and professional every time we've dealt with her. I'm not sure what policies and procedures they are following down there, though it seems clear the majority of the management staff there have considered their training to be merely a suggestion as your experience in that store will vary radically depending on who is in charge that particular shift. read more
