I do not know where to begin. Pulled up an ordered a coupon item. Yes i payed for it. I'm sure this was all on camera. I pulled forward an was told to pull ALL-THE-WAY-AROUND which was unnecessary when they have a walk out door near the part i was exiting. The manager hangs out the window an yell at me to pull around an i tell her no yall can bring it to me right here again im literally by the door. So then she catches an attitude an rather than me escalate the situation I decided to tell her just give me my money back then. So she tells me angrily to pull around an thats just what i did. When i pulled around she was bringing me my food an i told her no thank you im not eating from a place where they hire people with very bad attitudes an plus she was aggressive. So i held out my card for her to put my money back on the card an she told me "BYE!" An held her hand at me an proceeded to walk away. Smh. So here im thinking like bruh does burger king hire anyone? lol. So then i held my ground until she came back then she puts my money back on my card in which case i gues she had to go calm down. Idk. Went to Burger King in Opelousas La for the first time in about two years. The food was good better than the last time I was there but the only thing the attitude of the manager really sucks!!! All I asked her to do was exchange a regular Coca-Cola for a Coke Zero and I got all kind of attitude!!! I won't be back there for another two years hopefully they can get it together!!!!! This store should be shut down. Years of bad reviews. It's Burger King not a five star restaurant, but my goodness! We're road tripping from Natchitoches to New Orleans and stopped for a quick bite. There's five of us. And we came In looking dramatic since we took photos this morning. Point is, there's no way anyone could miss us. We waited to order while we saw three "employees" admire someone's nails who walked straight in to the fountain drink machine. Her nails were electric blue. Do not go to the Burger King in Opelousas Louisiana. It is run by a manager who does not know what she is doing. I ordered in the drive-through but I was asked to pull onto the side in a parking lot. I waited there for 15 minutes and did not get my order. I had to walk inside which was difficult for me because I have mobility issues and they still didn't have my order ready. I ultimately had to get my money back. This Burger King along with so many others that I have been to really suck! And they wonder why they don't get more than minimum wage to work there. This was supposed to be fast food but it definitely wasn't fast. And they wonder why McDonald's or Wendy's is winning the game. read more

I always seen tons of bad reviews for this Burger King location, but I haven't really had a bad experience here. I mean it's Burger King, it's fast food and not a 5 star restaurant. I see people complaining about the employees, I haven't had a problem with them yet. My food is always hot and fresh and is always delicious. DO NOT EAT HERE. THE FOOD IS TRASH. THE SERVICE IS TRASH. So every 4-5 months I have a taste for something from BK and I go here because it's closest to where I live but EVERY TIME I am disappointed. I ordered the 9pc chicken fry meal with a large fry for $3 using the code from the app and the fries are cold and undercooked and the chicken fries are old and mushy. AND they only gave me 8! Why is McDonalds line long and Burger King line is short? The answer is McDonald's does it better. While visiting which family over the holidays I decided to get breakfast for the family and went to McDonalds first. The drive thru line was exceptionally long at McDonalds so I decided to try Burger King which was across the street and had no line. Placing the order was not a problem however the issue came with the service or lack thereof at the window. I was informed to pull up to the first window to pay. When I got to the window the employee walked away never to return. So I drove to the second window and was greeted with a snarl face that suggested I had not done what I was told to do. She took my money but did not greet me very well. Less than a minute later a manager type person asked me to pull forward and they would bring my food and change to me. It took a few minutes to bring my food and I still was not treated very pleasant. And now you know now why McDonalds line is long and Burger King in Opelousas is not. read more

Worst place to eat EVER! I only go there as a last resort cause there is a list of things wrong with this place. A couple of times I've gone there they have a line to the street because they refused to take people's orders and they hide. I know this cause there are usually cars in the parking lot but you cant see anyone on the inside. They always tell me they have no food cooked and to "come back in 30 minutes". One time I went there and the girl asked me.....yes ASKED me to take a whopper she already had by the window in a bag cause she didn't feel like cooking what I ordered. I nearly lost it!
