All the other people I've met in this town are exceptionally polite. If I owned this location, I would be rushing to address this before it becomes the brand for my store. Maybe it already is. It was quiet - few other customers around, yet it was an inconvenience to the cashier. The person who actually made the food was fast, and it was as expected. The cashier, by contrast, almost made me drive away halfway through ordering. I would drive out of my way for similar food and treats before I came back to this location. The same employee insisted we had not ordered two kids' meals and again seemed unwilling to correct the issue. Only after some back and forth did she reluctantly add it, but not before making a rather unprofessional comment: "This is the last time we are going to add on to your order." To be clear, we were not asking for anything unreasonable--just the basic flexibility and courtesy that should accompany any customer service interaction. We left feeling as though we were treated as an inconvenience rather than paying guests. While I understand the demands of fast food service, professionalism, respect, and a willingness to help should not be optional--regardless of the position held.
