Stopped by here on a road trip and was surprised at the modern interior, quick and friendly service, and the clean bathrooms. It's smaller than a normal BG and has no playground. However, the employees decorated well with fun Burger King hats for kids. Overall a positive experience for a quick service restaurant off the Highway. read more

I've been to this location multiple times and have never had an experience like I had today. This experience was at 3 PM on a Thursday afternoon with only one person in the drive-through and three people eating in the store. Pulled up to the drive-through window and sat there for 10 minutes with no response. Drove around the building and parked my car and stood at the front register for another five minutes until I asked someone in the kitchen if anybody was working here. While I am standing at the register, waiting for someone, I witnessed a lady making bacon, and placing some on a tray for use and also eating some along the way. Might I add, she had gloves on while she was doing this. Needless to say, that is my last experience at that Burger King location. Do better.!!! read more

Then wait.... then please pull up to white line. 15 min or so go by then a girl comes out I'm soo so sorry my sandwich maker couldn't be found????!!!! And asked if I wanted anything free hashbrowns ...ect. I said no just hope food will be ok n good. She comforted me saying yes it will be fine. Another 10 or so min go by. I look at clock been 30 min. I go in same girl points at me to I assume manager and says see I told you. I say is it ready? They ignore me completely!!!! She gives my card to guy who I assume never made my food he just barely said said sorry bout dat!!!!!!! Worst experience I've ever ever had anywhere in my life!!!! Never a I'm so sorry. Walked in and no one at the counter. About a minute or two a young AA girls walks up to the register and says NOTHING, and we just stare at each other. Stopped here on the way home from vacation drive thru had a long line so I decided to go in. A lady was waiting before we came in we sat there for 10 mins before asking if we were ready to order . The young man that was working was very nice and had good customer service the lady that was cooking and the drive thru lady had an attitude. We were waiting over an hour after placing our food. The lady proceeded to give me my food I checked my food and she gave me regular chicken nuggets and I order spicy than after I said something she proceeded to say oh we don't have spicy u have to wait another 5 mins after waiting a whole hour the young man came and said I'll make them spicy for you. They left a burger out of my order through Uber eats. When I called to complain, the person that answered got rude (yes I was a little rude myself), but she hung up on me because I said 'y'all shorted my order'. She said 'I'm not a y'all I am (whatever she said her name was). I was in awe that got mad and upset because I said that, as if I was actually calling her a 'y'all. Obviously she can't be from the south if saying y'all offended her. After she hung on me, I was really hot and I called back and I did have some choice words to say. She claimed that the calls are recorded and that I cussed her in the first call. I told her good, let your manager and your district manager listen to the calls, and when they hear that I did not cuss on the first call, but you use that to hang up me, you will look a fool. I definitely do not and will NEVER do business with this location again and will spread the news. She was very unprofessional and has a severe lacking of customer service. read more
