This place had good food I'll admit... although it wasn't very clean. There was a burger kinda like in the seat. What are they doing? Did they miss that? Our order was placed tonight under the name Josh at 8:08 PM. My son accidentally threw away the receipt on the way out, so that is all the order information I currently have.There were lots of issues. It began with our order, not being correct. We ordered two Oreo milkshakes and they only rung up one. I ordered a 12 piece mozzarella fry that was not rung up. My wife ordered onion rings with her meal and got french fries instead. We waited more than 25 minutes to get our food. When our order did come up, we noticed that we had gotten fries instead of the onion rings, and that mozzarella fries were not there. I spoke up about having issues, and the lady running the drive-through , said that she would take care of it as soon as she got a couple of orders out. I stood there as patiently as I could for another five minutes or so, while being ignored. It was not until I loudly demanded a refund that I got any attention. The man that I would allege was the manager finally came up and acted like he was trying to give me a refund. At that point, the man acted really interested in getting what we had ordered. A totally elapsed time of 45 minutes had passed before getting everything we ordered. I was so infuriated by this ordeal. I requested some to go bags so we could pack our food and get out of there. We moved to the very next parking lot and started trying to eat our food, 2/3 of which had already called to the point of inedibility. The manager was the only one that even attempted to do anything helpful, but not until I made it very clear I was displeased. The cashier was too distracted by his phone to handle his job effectively. The girl in the drive-through was fairly rude to everybody, except for the people that she was on the headset with. And multiple members of the staff acted like they may have been under the influence of illicit substances. read more

I used to work here when I was in highschool and I just have to say this place is as BAD as I remember. I don't even bother ordering any type of drink cause they NEVER fix the combination inside the machine. I ordered $30 worth of food basically 3 burgers and 2 large fries and everything was cold! Like wtf! Close it down or get better management and I'm not talking about a "new manager" I'm talking about a entire branch of people who don't give a sh*t about there food or customers. read more

Probably one of my worst experience at a Burger King. The cashier needs to be retrained , eager is good, but let the customer stop before you address them and allow them to have time to look at the menu. Ordered a #6, Whopper Jr. meal, the first whopper the top bun was burned. The fries were cold. The lettuce was brown and had ribs, very bitter. I took it back and they made me another burger. The second burger was poorly dressed,the fries were warm not hot. Fries in the lobby, no smiles, just not a good place to eat! The second Whopper was cold, I will not eat there again. read more

Older staff are more understanding and nice, on the other hand the teens seem to be a bit moody about the simplest of tasks. A plethora of the food is the slightest bit dry, but overall it's very good. Their burger sizes are up to debate, but are still fulfilling nonetheless. Not necessarily a place I'd visit with every trip I take to town, but the occasional trips are what have truly filled me. Their fries are plentiful and rather yummy, and their overall service is rather decent. read more

Went there for breakfast and the girl at the counter said she was too busy to help a customer at the counter. That's here job

Ordered 10 piece nuggets for $1.49 and they handed it right to me.they had at least 14 bags cooked up and they were ice cold.I asked the manager if he was tring to kill someone. He did make me a frsh order but didn't throw away bags of nuggets. Health of customers not a priority here. read more
