Oh, so sad and very BAD. This used to be a really good place especially their hash browns! Hubby & I went last night and everything was different. And, not in a good way. We ordered our hash browns scattered (spread out on the grill), smothered (covered with onions), covered (with cheese), and topped (with chili). But, after a few minutes, our server dropped by to tell us the chili wouldn't be ready for at least 20 minutes. They had chili in the back, but it wasn't ready to be served. ~Oh, lovely. Hubby decided to get his hash browns without the chili, but I opted out completely. When they brought his hash browns to our table we were shocked how small the order was. We've never been served such a small portion of hash browns at any Waffle House, and we've eaten at Waffle Houses all across the United States. When we commented about the portion size our Server laughed and said "Well, I guess it depends on who the cook is". What???? What does that mean? Also, I want to add that the restaurant was extremely empty. They would have been in big trouble if they had been busy because their service was very SLOW. Our server even waited approximately 5 minutes before she ordered our food. She said something about him being behind and he needed to catch up. What???? The restaurant wasn't busy at all. So, poor customer service, poor serving portions, lack of available menu items, lack of urgency, and too expensive for this type of casual restaurant. WE WON'T BE BACK. We won't be back. read more

We dropped in for a take out. There were only two people eating at this slow time so I thought, yay! It will be quick! Cons: the cook was put smoking and I had to wait for him to come back in for my food to get started. The hashbrowns were basically burnt and they forgot my husband's extra sausage. Pros: the customer service was LOVELY! The people who work there were sweet, accommodating and friendly. The eggs and waffles were perfect! We will be going back again, just to dine in. Would have rather waited the extra time for new hashbrowns. read more

A good choice for eating alone and getting fresh food off the grill. The choices are limited, but popular items cooked to order. I've not had items other than breakfast, but can always get an appetite for that. It's a good spot to hang out with family or friends and leave satisfied . read more

We love Waffle Houses, it this was the best one ever! We have been to many WHs all over the country. We are on a cross country road trip and so far this was our most memorable dining experience. We decided to go on a a 3.00 am breakfast adventure. We went to IHOP and waited and we're treated rudely, they refused to seat us, food lined up and getting cold. We left and came here to Waffle House. Ashley was the sweetest and best server. she was amazing. The food came out fast and warm and tasted delicious. We will be eating here again. read more

The last 3 times I've been here; the staff was rude. I tried calling an order over the phone and the person that answered said that she was to busy to take an order over the phone and that I would have to come in to place an order. Why? So they could make me wait an hour to place an order instead of taking my order right then? My family just ordered from ihop instead. Worst experience I've ever had and I frequent this place. There was quite a few empty tables so sit at both by register, it took 15 minutes to get drink order and placed food order at same time. Waited additional 5 minutes for coffee and had to sit another 20 minutes until asked about food and asked for tickets for coffee since had empty cup for so long, she (Austin) goes to bring ticket and brings back our food with no bacon for either plate and no onions on hash browns and the waffle was half done, food was barely warm. Went to pay and the lady said we needed to step aside bc the guy behind us had a to go order she needed to take care of first. It was the Absolute Worst Experience Ever and unfortunately will not ever go back, even though it was a place of fond memories with a dear friend who passed away. The only person in the entire restaurant that I seen working and actually doing their job was a girl with brown pony tail that was grilling the meat, NO ONE else was doing worth jack. So very saddened and upset by this experience, can't even believe a business can run like this, especially my all time favorite place. read more

The food and service was excellent. I ordered the All Star breakfast. It has alot of options. I got scrambled eggs, sausage, grits, toast and a waffle. I also got a sprite. The order was ready in minutes. It was fresh and well cooked. The entire order came to just under ten dollars plus tip. The staff was friendly and joking with customers. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was the restroom. I lifted the seat and got urine on my hands. The sink could have used some work too. read more

Today, December 27, 2016, when going out to eat breakfast, or any meal, the last thing we wanted to hear is employees arguing! That's what we faced the entire time we were there. To add to the misery, Amber (the cook) just had to have the music so loud you could not even hold a conversation with someone sitting in the same booth as you! We asked if they would turn the music down and that didn't happen. Again, Amber had to have the music loud. We have been to a Waffle House many times, but I must be honest and say I don't think we will be back to this one! There are several employees there with very bad attitudes. I don't believe anyone should have to witness this type of behavior, employee or customer! read more

Terrible service. It took over an hour for them to bring me my waffle and served my bacon to me cold.

All though a franchise it is the locals warm that goes into this one my kids enjoy it so why not
