Witnessing the way that she speaks to and belittle her staff is truly disgusting and should not be tolerated. One of of the days that I was there a short young lady was basically running the store by herself kuddos to her. The young lady asked Sherry and a young man with a mustache to help and they looked at her as if she was wrong. I do not say this often but if I was her manager she would have immediately been terminated. No employee should be degraded as she has done especially in front of customers. I placed an order on the CFA app with delivery through Door Dash. Whoever prepared the order for the delivery driver did not check to make sure everything was there so I had items missing. When I called the store and spoke to Matt Peterson, he said he couldn't do anything and that I had to call Door Dash. He said they could redeliver it or credit me back. I called door dash and they said they could only credit it back. So they've lost a long term customer because of their passing the buck. This is not the Chick-fil-a that Mr. Cathy created.
