Five guys is always so incredibly busy but this is a great spot if you are looking for something fast or to satiate your cravings. The service at this location is actually pretty good. The food was okay, I'm not a big fan of burgers so it's not something I would write home about. My partner really enjoyed it. I do like that you have the ability to customize the burgers however you like. The pricing on these are interesting though and it can get quite expensive for a fast food place. read more

Always my go to for a burger in Midlothian if i want takeout. Customer service is great and they greet you fairly quickly. I wanted to try the TikTok trend - the grilled cheese burger and it did not disappoint. Of course I have to get the fries as they are always the bomb but on this visit I opted for the regular vs the seasoned fries. I think the grilled cheese burger will be my first choice mostly because of the bread. You add whatever toppings you like but because its so cheesy, I wouldn't overdo it with toppings as it seems ot would be extra messy. So I'm dying for a burger. I keep thinking where should I go? Then I remember there is a Five Guys close to me that I always forget about. I love these burgers so much. This was a double cheese burger with bacon onions and pickles. I got a little order of fries. It was full and I almost filled it again with what was added to the bag. This location is currently allowing people to dine in, Feb 2021. Some locations only do take out because of Covid. There were a few door dash orders going out when I was there so I guess they are still busy. About 2 groups were sitting at tables. read more

Let's see. The first time I tried a mobile order they forgot my child's grilled cheese sandwich. The second time I tried a mobile order, they didn't add the extra patty I paid for, the extra bacon I paid for AND the grilled cheese sandwich. My total was $41 and there should be no room for error with these high prices. If you want to eat here, I highly recommend going inside to order. read more

They have poor customer service as I asked the person handing out orders if my ordered was ready and she just ignored me as I didn't get a response. She just looked back at her coworker. I assumed her coworker was finishing up my order. She looked like she had a bad day as she had a very unpleasant face. After several minutes of waiting and them handing out several orders I asked again and the other lady had just finished my order. They had my burgers in a brown bag but the fries were not ready. This was my first time at this particular location. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger bowl. Very few restaurants make the provisions for real healthy options. This is why, if I want a real burger and I am near a Five Guys, I will stop by. On my bowl, I added tomatoes, lettuce, grilled onions, cheddar cheese, pickle, avocado, and mayo. This bowl was fresh and tasted great. It's hard to go to a Five Guys and not get the fries, but I was able to avoid them. My wait for this bowl was under 5 minutes. The staff was amicable, upbeat, humorous, and professional. I love Five Guys, and I love this particular location. This place was clean and followed COVID-19 protocols. Ordered online for family members. Made sure one of the items was a regular hamburger with no cheese as family member can not eat any type of cheese. Got home and found out a huge amount of cheese was melted on the burger and so family member was unable to eat it. Couldn't pull off the cheese either. This may not be a big deal to some people but it is if you have an allergy, intolerance, etc. and then you can not even eat the I item you just paid $10+ for. If I could give a lower rating I would. Never use Five Guys on Tennesse Plaza Midlothian. When the delivery service fails to deliver you food, they don't care and still expect to keep the payment. Worst customer service every. First of the Door Dash delivery guy left the food at the wrong address. The picture taken was not my door. Called the restaurant at Tennesse Plaza and they would not help me. Even though I order the food through the Five Guys site. I called the Door Dash delivery guy, and he yelled at me and told me he delivered it to the address provided by the restaurant. I called Door Dash customer service, and they kindly told me they approved my refund, but I had to call the Five Guys customer service to get the refund. I went through their process and they said they approved my refund and the restaurant on Tennesse Plaza would process the refund. Now I get a very rude woman from the restaurant at Tennesse Plaza yelling at me that the restaurant will not provide me a refund. I then am back on the phone with Five Guys customer service who told me the restaurant at Tennesse Plaza will be told to give me my refund. I hope no one else has to go through this process. Have been to this location several times. Today was "just ok" I get that prices for everything have gone up. But before today we always got plenty of fries even with a "small" order. Today, the small order of fries was definitely small. Perhaps a new owner. Perhaps new staff. Perhaps just perhaps.......Will probably try again in a week or so and see what we get before making a decision on this location. However, ball is in their court to get back to where they were. **UPDATE** The next day the real Manager called to really apologize and just listen to what had happened. To me this is exceptional customer service! I was shocked he followed up & even offered free fries on our next visit. The free fries were kind, but just his acknowledgment for what occurred & apology was perfect. So I noticed their prices have went up but the meal I had the other day was OUTRAGEOUS. I ordered three regular burgers, one "little burger" and a regular (small) fry. No drinks. My bill came to over 45.00! For a fast food meal! On top of that they had the nerve to ask for a twenty percent tip (to make my burger at a fast food restaurant) when I hit "no tip" the guy had the nerve to huff! The burgers are great. They have a variety of toppings to add to the burgers to customize them. I like that they have mushrooms and grilled onions. I wish they had swiss cheese to make mushroom Swiss burgers. The fries are yummy but could be a bit crispier. So I came here on a Sunday at 2:30 the restaurant had maybe 10 customers total inside sitting and eating. A young man took my order and I requested extra pickles on the side, fries and a drink. I got my drink and waited for my order at the counter. He actually came over gave me 1 tiny cup with like 3 slices of pickles. Then he said May I ask why you ordered extra pickles on the side? I said pointedly your giving me 1 when I asked for extra? There's like 3 slices in the plastic cup! He turned around mumbled came back with one more cup with 5 more slices. I sarcastically said Thanks for your generosity and why do you have to question why I want my pickles on the side??? If a customer wants something and you tout to make it the way the customer wants WHY ASK? The staff was very young joking around without regard to professionalism drinking drinks on the cook line etc. I'm think the restaurant inspectors and their corporate managers need to pay them a visit as well. read more

There's plenty of other restaurants in the area to go to that I would rather do business at. Food is not consistent fries are often soggy, burgers are too often overcooked. Long wait times and high priced, for poor quality food.

I love Five Guys mainly for two reasons: 1. Their French fries are amazing, and 2. I can eat a GF meal if I have a burger without the bun. This particular location is good. Although right on Hull Street, it is easy to miss. Parking is very convenient and it's right by the 288 which makes it a nice spot right off the highway. It is clean and the staff is attentive. My kids specifically did not want to do curbside because both times we have done it, their burgers were wrong. Five guys is good. This one is not. One of the upsides of chain restaurants like Five Guys is you know what you're going to get. Unfortunately, that really only holds true for the food products. I've never been to a Five Guys with a staff as disrespectful, discourteous, and outright rude to customers in my entire life. Upon speaking to a manager (or a purported one, at least) not only did he not remedy the problem, he condoned it. The manager actually encouraged this disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. Good burgers. I can say the Five Guys here in the East Coast are way better than in the West Coast.

I came here for lunch and service was prompt and friendly, granted I did miss the lunch rush hour. This Five Guys seem relatively new as well. I had the cheeseburger with fries and I feel like these fries were more of the better fries I've had at Five Guys. Not that I've ever had a bad experience with their fries but these had an extra UMPH to them. During downtime I noticed the staff cleaning the kitchen from every corner and crevice. I think I could see my reflection from the grill afar it was so clean. They also have a nice soda selection machine and plenty of peanuts as you expect from any Five Guys! read more

Well, quick service, a tasty burger and a mountain of fries is not perhaps the healthiest meal, but they sure can hit the spot. This is a rather efficient restaurant. It's not easy being as so called "fast food " restaurant. It must be consistent in every way. They do an excellent job in having hot food and reasonably quickly. I usually love going here but was turned off completely when I wanted a lemon for my water and the few pieces in the container were old looking and limp from sitting in warm water. I asked the manager for fresh lemon because of what was in the container and she dumped the fresh lemon into the dirty container with old lemon and curtly told me there was nothing wrong with the old looking lemon. My point is, this is what quality looks like to a MANAGER! Will I eat here again based on this experience, No, quality is obvious compromised here. read more
