As a Chick-fil-a One Signature Member, through 2026, with 340,198 lifetime points, I have just deleted the app and will never spend another dime at Chick-fil-a after my latest experience. I placed an order on the CFA app with delivery through Door Dash. Whoever prepared the order for the delivery driver did not check to make sure everything was there so I had items missing. When I called the store and spoke to Matt Peterson, he said he couldn't do anything and that I had to call Door Dash. He said they could redeliver it or credit me back. I called door dash and they said they could only credit it back. So they've lost a long term customer because of their passing the buck. This is not the Chick-fil-a that Mr. Cathy created. read more

I have been going to this Chick-fil-A for two years, and recently they have been getting worse and worse with customer service and stinginess. I ALWAYS get a side of pickles and usually they give me a medium size container, however I went tonight and received a container with TWO PICKLES??? Also not to mention they put a Polynesian sauce in my bag that was already opened and it leaked all over my fries and everything. Get it together Chick-fil-A. Edit: now that I am home and opening my sandwiches it also appears that both of them are wrong. We stopped around 630 pm or so, and as usual, the drive thru was busy.... but no worries... it is Chick-fil-a... Wrong After quite a wait, we finally got to one car away from the window... Well apparently at this place, if the workers know the driver they chat for a while after giving them food... and apparently it is a fun activity there for "Andrew" to shoot chick-fil-a sauce from inside the restaurant into a bag being held by the other worker. FIRSTLY - My 1 star for this is simply pertaining to this order - I would ordinarily rate this location about 4 stars. I ordered from this Chick-Fil-A on 8.27.24 around 7:30p EST. I have ordered from them in the past, as well as gone to pick up my order. Upon receipt of our order, the SPICY CHICKEN DELUXE sandwiches that my partner and i ordered were completely wrong. One sandwich was a plain chicken sandwich. The other had only one slice of cheese and nothing else. To make matters worse, the fries seemed old as if they'd sat around all day. Lastly, the drinks were subpar, which was unusual considering I always glow about the service and quality of this location. I ordered a DIET LEMONADE w/ STRAWBERRY SYRUP - it was thicker than ever, which was gross. My partner ordered a 1/2 UNSWEET TEA and 1/2 LEMONADE. It was undrinkable. DoorDash graciously refunded us $10, though I feel Chick-Fil-A as a whole should be horrified by this quality of an order from a repeat customer. read more

I went to this location after many years of passing up on going to any Chick Fil A, as my granddaughters like it. It was an all around horrible experience! Went to the drive through with an order for kids meals and one sandwich meal. The drink cup was handed to me, with drippy sides, and the lid was not on all the way. So that drink spilled onto the seat and floor of the car! All the waffle fries were not eaten- way too salty! I thought I was having potato chips - so much salt! And the bun was in 4 pieces on the grilled chicken sandwich. Plenty of wasted food in this trip, which cost over $30. I will not be back anytime soon. read more

Chick-fil-A--as a very popular chain restaurant--is hard to review, as a person's experience of the same location can vary with each visit based simply on the time of day and the day of the week. I can confidently say--at this location--the only reason I've ever had to wait in line a long time, or I wasn't served as quickly as usual is because it was a day in which kids didn't have school, people didn't have work, or it was just breakfast, lunch, or dinner, due to the incredibly high amount of guests. This location is so good, in fact, that when it's busy, their parking lot gets filled up to the point where people park at the Taco Bell--one lot over--to come to Chick-fil-A. I've never walked away from this location dissatisfied with my care. The food has always been exactly what I asked for, and the staff have always been ready to serve me in any way they could. I also enjoy the environment. The tables are rarely not completely cleaned, which is very good based on how much business they get. If asked, a staff member will promptly clean any table to make your visit more enjoyable. There's nothing bad I can say about this Chick-fil-A location. I enjoy it very much and it's my go to location whenever I've got the hunger for Chick-fil-A. read more

Great service. It's always a great day at a chick-fil-A. You might hit the drive thru and look at getting a salad, then might think, "well shoot. 8 dollars for a salad, is that really worth my 8 dollars? I could make my own salad at home for 3 bucks." Well you sir, would be correct.It is though in fact worth your 8 dollars, and you're right you could make your own salad at home. But you wouldn't nearly like it as much. The cobb salads here are great. You get enough for 2 people, and you're not left wanting afterward. The Avocado ranch is delectable, and the warm chicken in the salad is a great touch to an otherwise basic salad. Muah! So good. read more

Been a big fan of this place since it opened, but I have to say that the new drive-thru set-up is just WILD. In a good way. Come during a busy time, and this place has 5 or 6 people OUTSIDE of the restaurant taking orders, running receipts, and handing out your food. You could be like 20 cars deep and you'd be in & out in 5 minutes flat. We love Chick-fil-As everywhere, but this one is the best you'll find. Our experience is great time after time. I like chick filet. You know what you are going to get. I will rate as fast food (this as a chick filet) and it is a pretty new location and seems to be managed well. Be warned it is packed.... I mean line down the street packed. They do a good job trying to move cars through swiftly. They even have employees with tablets walking down the line taking orders. This does help speed the order taking process vs waiting to yell in the speaker (2 lanes of order taking speakers as well). read more

I have a doctor appointment right next door almost every saturday, every single time whether i have sat inside or ate in my car and then gone in for a refill, they have been rude af. I did the mobile ordering as we were stuck in traffic. I love how it 'pings' your phone when you're order was ready. Wish there was a "eat in" instead of only curbside or take out option in the app. The app was a bit buggy as i was trying to review my order after pickup (kids thought they picked fruit cup but they didn't so i think it defaulted to fries). The app kept jumping to select a store instead. I was able to 'workaround' it by checking the mobile order email receipt. Monday nights at this Midlothian location has special events - tonight it was a magician and free sundae toppings. Consistent with the Chick-fil-a brand.
