4/14/26: I ordered a trio three whooper jrs the way I wanted them at around 8:39pm. I went to the drive through window to pay. The drive through lady a white, big, tall, and dark brown or black hair lady takes my card and gives me my receipt and my card back about 4 mins after. After that the driver through lady leaves the drive through space and she screamed to another employee saying to him or her "That's racist"! while I wait for my food with the drive through window open. After she screamed that to that particular individual they all laughed. All three or more of them. It was the drive through lady, a short, skinny, white, blonde lady, and an unknown individual or individuals. They then proceeded to talk about my order after laughing. I was the only one in line at that time, and my order was made wrong also. I was also the only minority as far as I can see. That night was racially motivated harassment by that individual. All the others who laughed did not take it seriously and possible food tampering was involved. 4/15/26: I spoke to the Director of Guest Experience and Office Administration about the horrible incident. She said that I do not need to talk to HR or the GM she will handle it. I said okay. I asked for her to get back to me asap and she said that she will get back. She never did after two days. 4/17/26: I put my shoes on to go to the restaurant to speak to the GM. She told me that she only got a general message about a customer and uncomfortableness from the Director of Guest Experience and Office Administration. I said, "Okay". I told her, "That's probably why I have been waiting for so long for anybody to get back to me because of the general messages she gave you, and she probably did not give you my phone number too". The GM said that, "I talked to them about the event that night and that they got written up. They were having a general conversation one they should not have in the store". I told her inside or outside they should not be having a conversation like that at all. I told her that a write up for all of them was not enough because that was a racist event and that they should be fired and I feel that way personally. I also asked if the Director of Guest Experience and Office Administration tell her to review the cctv footage. The GM told me that, "The cameras have been down since the storm we had". I asked her, "Did you get eyewitness if my food was tampered with"? She said that, "They all said that it was not". I told her, "Okay words are words and cameras would have been a really helpful". I told her I that, "I don't know if I am being ignored, not take seriously, or blacklisted because I tried calling corporate and customer relations number multiple times and corporate goes right into voicemail and the other cannot connect my phone call". She said that she will give the District Leader my phone number and she will call me asap. I gave her it and the GM gave me her phone number as well. I told her about the unprofessionalism with this whole process, not with her, but with the whole process because it should not be taking days to get to the bottom of this, get results, and to keep me in the loop. I am waiting on a phone call from the District Leader, nothing so far. As of now, all three or more people that night on 4/14/26 were having a general racist conversation, and all collectively said that no food tampering was involved with my food. Words are words and I am not naïve, the cameras would have done justice. No cameras= no video and no audio. Now I need to monitor my health, just incase to really see if any food tampering was done. I am not surprised by this event, I am just so disgusted. All three or more of the individuals that was there that night should be fired, and all of the individuals managing this case should be written up, fired or both for not taking this seriously and working with haste. If i could give this a zero rating, I would. We went here today for lunch. Not one clean table. I mentioned it and nobody came out to clean. When the girl went to hand me our tray, I told her I will not take it until somebody comes to clean a table. The table was cleaned but left soaking wet. I got a bunch of napkins to dry it off. This store would be better suited as an empty building.....ordered 57.00 worth of food through the app for delivery and got less than half of what I ordered. Drove 20 minutes to the store only to be refused service on the food I was shorted and be told by the unprofessional, ignorant, downright nasty "manager". She told me she "knew what i ordered" and refused to look at the receipt I had emailed to me from my app order to prove what i in fact paid for. This store is absolutely ridiculous, and their management is very rude, and honestly nasty people. You can clearly see the food I got compared to what I ordered. The ambience is great for Burger King. The service is good and even the food is delicious too.

This Burger King is brand new and you can tell by the multiple mistakes made on our order and the uncoordinated staff. However the staff was friendly and pleasant and apologetic and fixed our order immediately. A lot of the tables were dirty (most likely because the drive thru was non stop). The condiment area was a complete mess and I felt bad so I cleaned it up (took me all of 1 minute) but they only had ketchup, napkins and a few covers (half DIDN'T fit the size cups we were given). On top of that the prices in here are INSANELY HIGH!!! $5 for a medium fry & $30 for two adults and one child to eat!!! I saw a lot of meals for $15-$20!!!! I don't know if I would come back because these prices are ridiculous! Otherwise all the food was freshly made and quite good !!! read more

This place is a joke, at first when they first opened it was wonderful. They had awesome crew working the place was clean. They looked groomed and everything.... Not sure if those people no longer work there but now you go there and it's like a circus, half the crew have no common sense, it's a miracle they got a job and a miracle they can work a register because making a sandwich is impossible even having a picture in front of them they still can't get a damn sandwich right....That establishment should be embarrassed to hand people like that work for them!!! read more

They used to bring the food to you when they first started out and they were very polite. The food used to be good but in the last couple months it has drastically declined in popularity among my family. Order food at drive through. No on ahead of me. 3 minutes after paying I was asked to pull forward. 15 minutes later I went into the restaurant to check on my order. I was told that they were waiting on chicken nuggets. They said people came after me and took what had been made. Meanwhile my burgers were bagged and placed on a counter. Several minutes later, the fries were added to the bags. After I cam e in the nuggets were done and added. The result was my burgers were cold, and fries were luke-warm. The worst part was the terrible attitude of the employee talking to me. Did not apologize for the wait and or taking parts of my order and giving it to at least some of the 7 cars that came after me. Prices are not the same on the menu ordered a combo for 12.50 was told its 20$ They did not have the two for 6 anymore even though this was a brand new restaurant. Friday night at 6 pm and we pulled in to a lot with 2 cars and no one in the drive thru. Decided to eat in. Place is new, so it's clean looking. The corral type front end, like other BK's is missing, which is a welcome sign. We decided to order small burgers, and stay away from the signature menu items. One thing I noticed is that the prices seems high here. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and the wife ordered a whopper jr. The order came up fast and we went to the dining room, in which the tables could of used a wipe down. Both burgers had grease spots on the wrappers, but both patties were dry. Mine was about, if not room temperature. I opened it up and the cheese slice was absolutely not melted at all. The bun was maybe a day from being fully stale. If this was a signature burger, I would of asked for a refund, not a replacement. Sorry, you failed. At least the fries were warm. It's been almost a month since this place opened, and time has passed enough and there's no excuse for room temperature meat. Maybe we should of went across the street to Wendy's. read more

Visited your embarrassing establishment this evening in search for a spicy chicken sandwich only to be given a wet flat patty that tasted like horse ankles from the dumpster. Window girl was struggling and gave me marinara sauce for a CHICKEN SANDWICH after asking for ranch half a million times. False advertising and nasty sauce. Idk why this town needed another nasty fast food place when our normal restaurants can't even make a half decent meal, 24/7 struggling in the cuisine department in this town.
