This location takes SO LONG to do literally anything. The teenagers that work here are rude, full of attitude, and completely incompetent. We waited in the drive through for 30 minutes and there was 3 cars ahead of us. I know this is the only BK for a few miles, but you'll save your self time and money traveling to a different location. I don't do BK very often, but we drove through this time because it was convenient. I specifically confirmed my order with both the person taking the order and the person at the window. I asked to make sure my second sandwich was in the bag. I was assured it was. I should have opened the bag and checked. Of course it was missing. When I called to see what they would do to make it right, all I was told was they would "Put me on the list" and I could get it next time I came in. And 15 mins later the nuggets. Food under a warmer is supposed to be held at 145F; if reheated (-as probably everything but the fries were) it's supposed to be reheated go 160F (health department) before going in the warmer. this food was probably not more than 120, if that hot. I have never in my LIFE had such inadequate service that I had to take it up with Corporate. No matter how I order or WHAT I order, the employees can't ever seem to make a cheeseburger correctly. Went there today to pick up some nuggets and French fries , the young man at the drive thru window was a complete jerk and seemed annoyed I was getting food. He had a terrible attitude for no reason, I asked for dipping sauce since none was provided in the bag and that made him even more upset. I I could give this review zero stars I would. My girlfriend and I went to this Burger King at 11pm. Seeing how the restaurant was to be open until 12am I assumed they would be open. When we arrived only the drive through window was available. After waiting at the speaker for a couple minutes we decided to drive to the window thinking that the communication systems might be down. When I arrived to the window I witnessed the manager and the employee cleaning the restaurant while IGNORING US AT THE WINDOW ! After honking the horn to get their attention they glanced at us and still continued to ignore us. If I could give this restaurant no stars I would. However, the review requires I give at least one star in order to post this review. I went to this restaurant on 11/24/18 @ 10:30 pm. I ordered a triple whopper meal w/cheese, heavy pickle, heavy mayo, onion rings, and a Dr. Pepper meal large sized. I also ordered a whopper meal with cheese, heavy pickle, heavy mayo, onion rings, Dr. Pepper. While I waited for my food at the window I listened to the staff make comments about black people eating chicken wings. I also had to remind the order taker to make sure I had onion rings and not fries. Well low and behold when I got home I had a triple whopper with no cheese. Just a big meat burger. On top of that my regular whopper with cheese came with over a cup of lettuce. I took most of it off and left some on my burger. (Pics included). Not only were the burgers terrible but the onion rings looked as if they had been under a heat lamp since 6 pm. This entire experience has angered me dearly. I spent my hard earned money and extra to make sure my food is the way I want it. But when I get the bag, the contents are not right. I should not have to open my burger and dig through it to ensure everything I paid for is on it. This is the job of the Burger King employees which they fail at time and again. I will be calling Burger King in the morning as they were closed by the time I got home. These types of experiences are not acceptable and we as the customers need to hold these restaurants accountable for their errors. I paid Burger King to have it my way and they failed. Burger King also needs to know their employees are having inappropriate workplace conversations, and in front of customers. As well, they need to know that their employees are being paid to do a simple job of reading a screen and making the food as requested. Rude drive-thru staff. Was asked to repeat my order two more times after driving up to the window to pay. Not sure who was working but she had blonde hair and kept staring at me -and not in a good way. Did not smile once. I said thank you to her twice and not even a "you're welcome" or "thanks." They weren't even busy. Nope just asked if I needed any sauce or ketchup and when I said no thanks, shoved the food at me. I know it's a fast-food job and not the best pay in the world, but if you are going to work in the drive-thru or be expediting to the customer, you at least need to know how to be polite to the customers. Also, I live about five minutes from this location and when I got home and sat down to eat the Whopper I ordered, it was barely even warm. The lettuce was wilted and soggy. The meat patty was dry and not juicy and hot like a fresh burger ought to be. I know it was not made fresh because how could the sandwich be barely luke-warm but the fries were hot? Most likely will not return to this location, unless they make some much needed improvements. I suggest that if you do visit this location and have a bad experience, to take the survey and tell them about this place. Not only did I take their survey, but I also copied the link from Yelp for this location and noted in the comments that quite a few other people have had negative experiences here. Suggested that maybe a change in the employment and or management may be needed. They should send someone through from Corporate randomly a few times to see what us customers are talking about. read more

Visit was terrible. Ordered only a few breakfast items and took 30 minutes for my visit and they couldn't even cook 2 sausage biscuits within that time. Store was very dirty inside, shoes stuck to the floor with every step. Condiments area was filthy and ketchup tasted like vinegar. Sugar packets were brown from coffee stains. Will not go back. This location continuously has extremely poor customer service at night. One night I went and got old food. Our burgers resembled hockey pucks not food. Then last night we went through the drive thru at 1130 and they said they could only take cash so we raced to an ATM and back. We still had 13 minutes til close and the broiler was already turned off and they wouldn't help us. The broiler should absolutely not be turned off during business hours. The lack of give a damn at night at this location is a HUGE disappointment. It doesn't seem like the workers care and they are very rude. This location is by far the worst I've ever been to! As I was waiting to order I noticed there was no communication between coworkers. The person filling orders was waiting on fries while sandwiches were stacking up in the warmer. No receipts were given to anyone so when they called a number nobody answered. When I got my order 30 minutes later the sourdough king wasn't toasted with no cheese or sauce. when they remade the order it came without bacon. When I asked to talk to a manager the person behind the counter told me they weren't there,then I asked for a card or store number she was rude, and wouldn't even turn around and talk to me. This is supposed to be fast food. I waited in the drive thru for the car in front of me to get their order. After waiting and waiting, finally the car in front of me moves to the parking spot awaiting their order. I pulled up to the window and was greeted by a mean little bitch that snarled at me when I wasn't the mobile order she had ready. I was told to go wait on the other parking spot. I asked how long it was going to take. She responded by saying 2-3 minutes. I called after 6 minutes and found out, my food was ready. When I mentioned that they needed to improve their service, I was told that it takes 6 minutes to cook chicken for the Spicy Chicken sandwich. I waited at least twice that before getting to the window and another 6 minutes in the parking spot. This place isn't fast food the way they operate. I've never been a fan of Burger King. When looking for a quick meal, BK is usually the last on my list with my least favorite burger of all time. But my son chose BK after we went hiking one afternoon so I went along with it. I was surprised to see that they actually have a veggie burger on the menu. I decided try it since I know that I don't like their regular burgers. It was pretty good! Sure, it's a frozen veggie burger that I can pick up in the frozen section at the grocery store, but it was cooked for me and ready to go. The only reason I am rating this a 1 is due to the fact there is no 0 rating! I typically do not go to Burger King. However, it was raining and my son who is home from college requested food. So, I drove there and used some coupons he gave me. We also used a BK card. We used it for one order. Then upon using it for another, the cashier, who looked like a possible manager, swiped some card in order to get the BK card to work again. When I explained to her that I was in finance and understand how these cards work and am a little taken aback by the idea that a prepaid card would flag for risk upon an immediate 2nd use for under 5 dollars, she started getting a little rude and arrogant. She said to me, "Well, if you are in finance, then you know that this is a prepaid debit. And.. if you are in finance then you know that there is a lot of identity theft."
