So Burger King is getting stingy. The bacon they put in their whoppers is like strips cut in half. Bite into the burger, no bacon. Have to get a ways into the sandwich before you get any of the see through, paper thin bacon slices. Then they cut the sizes of their drinks. Large drink is greatly reduced. Same price of course. I stopped by here omw home after running errands all day. From afar, I could see there were 4 cars already at the drive-thru. Hoping it would be a quick run, I fell in line. I was sadly mistaken and then became annoyed. I ordered 2 "value fries" which aren't even a value. Maybe 15 little pieces in each tiny bag. Anyway, I was told to head to the 2nd window to pay and pick up. I sat there, behind the Hyundai in front of me. I just have waited at least 15 minutes. Idk if it was the customer who ordered everything on the menu, or perhaps there were new employees being trained, but that was a looooong wait for 2 measly little fries. When I finally got them, they were barely warm, of course. I hope this visit was just a fluke, and that they normally have it together, since I may be here a while. I don't normally frequent BK because it's not everywhere like McD, but once in a while I get an itch for their fries or their Impossible Whopper. I sometimes hit this Burger King as a drive through but today was the first time as dine in. The lobby was absolutely filthy. As in so dirty I no longer trust this place even as a drive through. Plus, they like a few other places, have put in kiosks for all ordering. I personally hate those. Here's why: the ordering takes 3 times as long, and the kiosks are alway dirty. Had to wash my hands after touching the sticky screen. Here's a hint restaurant managers: when you cut staff there's fewer people to keep the place clean. Hope you get nailed on your next health district inspection, The only positive was the cheerful and polite little old lady behind the counter. Polite helps but doesn't overcome bad hygiene. This place is gross and needs to close down. No wonder Burger King is losing market share. read more

They cheat on their drive thru times. One dude held my credit card at window 1, and refused to give it back just, so I wouldn't pull to the next window. Once my food was ready, he gave me my card and said I can to to window 2. They used to ask me to pull out front while they make my order if there was nobody in line before me. I told corporate so they don't do that anymore, however, now they keep me at window 1 for extended periods. Sometimes they bring me my drink at window 1, and tell me to hold on until they tell me to move forward. If you are making fresh food, I'd rather wait, so tell corporate to change their time policies. There policies encourage them to serve old food. read more

I don't tend to write reviews, but this experience made me feel compelled to share. I placed a mobile order thinking that direct order entry rather than the intercom would make it easier for all involved. When I arrived, I still had to go to the waiting area for the drive thru. Not a big deal, however when the food came out the items didn't take into account any of our requests. Again, not a deal breaker, but I had paid extra for those requests so I went in ask for it to be corrected. They said they'd remake the order and left me holding my bag. I went to sit at a table to wait for a few minutes when the employee helping me came out to request I give the original bag back. It wasn't what we wanted so I was happy to do so but it did make me wonder what it was going to be used for. It now that it had been with me for a while and the sandwiches had been opened multiple times to confirm how it was made. I know I wouldn't have wanted to be the next customer in line to receive it. All of this, would not have gotten a review out of me, however what came next did. The food came out and one of my request was to add extra cheese and that was still not there. It had become a matter of principle at this point to get what I ordered, after all they had upcharged me to get it. I went to the counter and explained the issue. The cook yelled from the back that I asked for a burger and got a burger. The other employees explained to him that I paid for extra cheese and showed him the receipt. While visibly upset, he said he'd put another piece of cheese on it so he slapped on a cold piece of cheese on and slid it back through the pass through. At no point in the process was I rude to him or any of the employees. Although other employees apologized, the cook gave no apologies for attitude or competency. I tried to call the restaurant to tell the manager (it went to a voicemail that was not set up and gave no indication that I had even reached a Burger King). I tried the corporate customer service option but it is an automated system that was basically useless to try and convey what transpired. So to the great wide Yelp I go. This location is a joke, we came in to see what deals they had as the app doesn't always have the best deals. The manager demanded us to use the kiosk which we had no issue with, however it didn't provide the specials they had in their screen so we waited a bit to ask a question as I guess no one is up front any longer apparently. We asked how we get the special on the kiosk and she was extremely rude acting as we bothered her and said, "I'll just take your order" with such aggression and attitude it was so ridiculous. We ended up leaving to go somewhere else, I will report this to corporate, they want raise their prices and the quality is not worth it, then to add to it the customer service level is absurd. Driving by my son wanted some French Fries so we stopped in and went to the drive threw. There was 5 cars ahead of me. Each time a car got to the speaker box it looked like they were placed on hold or not acknowledge as it took 3-5 minutes per car to order and pull up. I'm going to go with they weren't acknowledged as I got to the menu I sat for 4 minutes before someone offered to take my order. ( I placed it online) so was told to pull forward it took 42 minutes to get through the line. 6 cars including me. WTH is going on with the service at this location. Years ago we stopped going as it was the same long wait. Food not correct or missing. It got good and then last few visits we noticed it's going back down hill. Unfortunately we will not be back and my son who is a picky eater loves BK fries but this wait is ridiculous. The customer service not even an apology for the wait is mind boggling to me. Let me add to the slew of one star reviews. At what point does the franchise owner sit up and take notice? I will not be back to this one star location to get one star food from one star humans employed by a one star company. Nor should you. I went through the drive through at about 9:30pm and ordered an Oreo shake. To which the woman said "there's a sign". I looked around for a second to see where is this sign. There was a sign taped to the speaker box that stated the ice cream machine was broken. It was not in an illuminated area so it was not obvious. Based on her reaction I was nowhere near the first customer to not see the sign. Who looks at the speaker box when going through the drive through?Instead of insulting customers intellect, how about evaluating why this keeps happening. Got home and I have an impossible whopper with onion and no bacon on the cheeseburger. drive my happy ass back to the Burger King to fix the order.
