It was explicitly marked on the paper, and I don't have the time to ask for something to be done how I ordered a dozen times. They also forgot a lemonade and jalapeño poppers, not to mention they were out of almost every dessert save for a Hershey pie. Manager told me "there's no button for free food" slammed the window in my face. Honestly I see why the reviews of this place are horrible. All new remodel! Fully demolished and new structure built from the ground up! At a busy lunch, there are only two ladies working. One register open , with a line wrapped around to the front door. The other worker is slowly sprinkling salt on the fries, at a snail's pace. Chatting about "Where's the manager?". Well, needs to be working if there is one on premises, that's for certain. The new remodel fixed a grieving old building in dire need of a cleaning; However, the floors are all wet with spills and soda already. There is not one clean table in sight to eat at, in an otherwise new and clean looking building. The booths and seats are covered in crumbs, fries, and meat droppings as well. Ambience is terrible. Almost like putting a new paint job on an old, busted dirty vehicle and not bothering to remove all the popcorn and empty cups from the seats. People are still allowed to sleep and live in the dining room. The BK on 4th St N. Is much better, if you're a big burger king person. Much improvement needed, mainly in labor and labor decisions, overall pride and cleanliess. Food was a disaster, as well. The fries were mushy for some odd reason. The hamburger came with a deformed inedible bun. There were no napkins in the bag.The onions were firm and rubbery, like a hair tie. Highlights: Dirty Dining Room, No Outlets, Bums Asleep at tables, Poor quality, room temp food, no quality control, SUPER long wait times! Service is terrible, as a vegetarian I love that Burger King offers an impossible whomper, I also love all the fun specials you do like the monster menu and how to train your dragon menu. Since I'm a vegetarian I always sub out the regular patty. The lady in the window today told me that that's not going to happen and argued with me when I told her I always get it, all she had to do was swap out the bun. This location has got to be one of the worst I've ever been to my entire life. The line at the drive threw has not moved in at least 15 to 20 minutes. So, You park and try to go inside and you have people panhandling at the front door. You go inside and wait in line. The person at the counter must've been new with no help. There was a woman that walked by this associate and was very rude to her and said she didn't have time for her. Come to find out the rude person was the manager. If you like waiting to order at a drive thru for over 10 minutes as literally nothing moves except for the clock...then come waste your time. This place is an embarrassment to late night "fast" food and worse yet, once you get in line you're trapped by a brick wall and the cars behind you. Then you get to the order box only to find out their ice cream machine is down...in June...in Florida. What kind of management allows that situation to spend the night? I suspect the same kind that has allowed it for longer than a couple days or even weeks. What a joke. Even worse, It took them 26 minutes to get four cars ahead of me through this pitfall just so I could get out and move on to a real business. The staff is friendly and the place considered clean. It is a fast food after all. I was here for the 5 for $4 since I saw it on commercial. Really, hard to beat the deal and the food quality better than I thought. If you need a quick meal, either no time or no money or both. Not a bad deal. However, if I have a choice, I rather go to other fast food chain. A dollar more but to me the food tastes better there. I really love Burger King and I had never had any issue with it before, but this place is really disgusting. We went to the drive thru lane and when we were ordering, the staff answered in a very rude and disrespectful way. When we went to the window there was a lady. Se was really mean and didn't even talked to us, just put her hand out for the card, and when I saw her hand, her nails were all dirty. I don't like to judge, but her eyes were extremely red and she smelled like marihuana. That's very unprofessional. Then she and another lady from the staff started yelling at each other. I ordered a Oreo Milkshake because It's my favorite and I love the flavor, but I'm very disappointed with the taste of the one from this place, it really tastes just like milk with vanilla and the oreo just stays at the bottom, it doesn't mix with the rest. I cannot give this location any stars but am forced to give it one. I had not eaten at Burger King in many years; however, a recent coupon deal in the weekly flyer caught my attention. I arrived at 12:15pm today 3/7/23 and ordered at the counter inside to eat on location. The order was the whopper meal large with the coupon for 6.99 plus tax. I had a cashier that clearly was not interested in working, but none the less ordered and actually said thank you to her with no response. After filling my drink the order was ready and I proceeded to sit a window booth. The meal was fine even though the whopper was flattened or smashed in appearance. I am very aware that this location is in an area near where homeless people hang out at times but none were present today. I did want to wash my hands after eating but the same surly cashier that was now on her mobile phone using the speaker function, told me the door was locked and they no longer have a key. I simply replied "wow". I left and placed the rest of the coupons in the recycle bin at my home and will never return to a Burger King again. I tried Burger King again after many years for two reasons. 1. The coupon and 2. Several months ago I watched an interview with the Corporate CEO where he stated big changes were on the way with remodels and great service and menu updates. Went thru drive thru only to have a man with no shirt, obviously homeless standing in the drive thru line waving at cars obviously panhandling. Once we ordered our 2 Whoppers and one large fry to share (that came to over $8) and got to the pay window, I told the young man that they needed to do something about the guy in the line outside. He didn't seem too interested and in fact didn't say anything at all when I paid him.
