I initially went so I can order the new hot and spicy wings but unfortunately they didn't have any. So I got a two piece with a side. I asked for two thighs and got a thigh and drumstick instead with fries. I'm actually impressed how greasy they managed to make the food. I've never had such greasy chicken before. It was so greasy that there was solidified grease with bubbles of newly added liquid grease. The chicken was a brown black color and the fries were extra well done and greasy at the same time. If I could give less than one star I would. Rude rude rude. And I'm talking about the manager. Went through drive thru to grab a meal for my Mom. After waiting behind the car in front of me for about 8 mins the young lady took my order. I was asking her question about if they still had your slider sandwiches and how much Extra biscuits cost, she just stood there and shrugged her shoulders. I had to ask her to please take a look at their menu and tell me as I could not see it. She still couldn't give me an answer and had to ask someone else. She took my order and collected my money. I sat and waited, then about 3 mins of waiting she comes and tells me they only have crispy chicken. I asked for my money back as my Mom can't eat crispy. The manager came over with a frown on his face and began processing it. I asked him for the receipt showing the refund. This gentleman (loosely used) got an attitude with me responded I am! Roughly handed me the receipt and slammed, yes slammed the drive thru door in my face. I should have never pulled in, the parking lot building appearance is terrible. I ordered a big box with tenders and got mac & cheese and mashed potatoes as the side. When I was ordering, I would tell the employee already was not feeling anything positive about being at work. I watched her deal with the person in front of me. Anyway, I gave her order and then asked if I could also get an additional side (coleslaw and an order of biscuits), she then sighed, rolled her eyes, and put in the order. The positives were that the food came really quickly and seemed to be fresh. I asked for honey for the biscuits and either they don't have it there or they just didn't want to give it to me because I never got it. I haven't eaten here in years, so I don't know how long this has been a thing, but I don't like the mashed potatoes and the gravy being combined in one container now. The soda was more carbonated water than soda so that was not good either. It just was all over the place. What was good was good, but when it wasn't, phew, watch out. Person taking order could not explain why menu offerings did not agree with the prices or choices offered by the order taker "Ronesha." See receipt. I would fire her immediately. No "please," no "thank you," ignored my requests for what kind of chicken I wanted. In my opinion she deliberately ignored me. Rude. I was *very* careful to keep the bag upright. All the gravy spilled in the bottom of the bag. I'll never know for sure but it's my belief this was *deliberately* done by your staff. Chicken lovers I saw 2-3 other places within a few blocks. Wow, so I am not hard to please but I just spent $25 on the worst meal (for 2) of my life... I also can't remember throwing a bunch of food out until today. I got the chicken bucket with two sides (fries and Mac n cheese), and biscuits. The chicken is literally inedible.. super greasy, like, dripping in grease,.. full of nasty dark bones/veins/gristle/bloodline. I am a big fried chicken fan and love dark meat, but what I'm staring at is honestly just repulsive. The chicken was also clearly fried in old grease as the breading is burnt brown and tastes filthy. I hate to leave a bad review for a place, but man, what a let down. The Mac and cheese was 6/10. Fries..4/10. Biscuits 1/10 because they are extremely dry and stale. read more

We did a delivery order to try the new chicken sandwich along with an 8 piece regular bucket with large slaw and mashed potatoes. The 8 piece was severely overdone, almost burnt. Smaller pieces were dried out and uneatable. The large slaw, which was my #1 priority, was not included in the order. We are very dissatisfied and would like a refund on the bucket and the slaw. Food is about what you'd expect from any other KFC Chain, but this place tends to be out of items or a bit slow to get food out. Biscuits come with nearly every meal, so it seemed a little mismanaged when my boyfriend and I found out we'd have to wait 15 mins to get biscuits the other night with our $5 fill-ups. When we offered to just swap our biscuit side for a cookie, that was apparently fine but then it took easily another 5 mins to get those. Ordered a lemonade, never got it though when my roommate & I stopped in & ordered at the counter; it was only $.30 because I got a meal deal again so I didn't make a huge deal of it, but lesson learned to not order it again & to just stick with a fountain soda. I went to this KFC earlier this evening and wasted $25 on the 8 piece meal. Ended up spitting out my food and throwing all of it away, it was that bad. My roommate agreed. I ordered extra crispy chicken but only received 3 extra crispy pieces, the rest were regular and undercooked. The chicken was also super greasy and had a bad oily flavor. Worst customer service EVER! First, I'm a diabetic so my 3-piece dinner is actually 3 days worth of meals. The menu offered "iced tea", NOT "iced sweetened tea". They had my phone #. My instructions stated "I'm diabetic and need unsweetened tea. No one called to say it was sweetened tea ONLY; when I order a hamburger I certainly don't expect a hamburger mixed with anchovies and pickles, I expect a hamburger only. I called the store where the phone was answered and placed on a counter for over an hour until I finally gave up. I tried to call back but it rang busy for two hours more. Staff needs to learn answering the phone/directing calls and menu needs to reflect what it actually serving, MANAGEMENT needs to offer more accurate diabetic choices and to be clear about what they're offering. All personnel needs better training, not just "We got your money, so hard cheese!". They're off my ordering list for 6 months. If there is no improvement they will be gone for good. read more
