Out of onion rings so we couldn't order them or the new whopper since it has them on it. No ice cream or shakes available, machine broken. Ordered using the mobile app, still ended up waiting around 15 minutes on my order. The food was fresh and pretty good overall, just ordered 2 Jr burritos off the breakfast menu the egg on it was fluffy. Only encountered one employee in which she was friendly. It was a good experience overall other then the long wait time, was only 4 of us inside and the drive-thru looked slow and 2 people hadn't ordered so unsure what the delay was. read more

had a 40 dollar Mobile order picked the order up less than 10 min after I placed the order and payed for it on my phone, I was mis led about the large size of my pink lemonade I though I was getting a normal large cup, my large pink lemonade was the equivalent of a small or medium drink, my mozzarella stick and my chicken fries was ice cold and did not receive the sauces I ordered I received a hand full of random sauces that wasn't on my order this was at 1130 at night with one other car in the drive through so they wasn't busy read more

It would be nice to order your food without constantly being interrupted! Then constantly being asked if I want that plain! It takes a lot longer at your drive thru if you continue to interrupt your customers and still you can't get the order correct. Also to add being friendly does cost a thing! read more

I ordered a whopper jr last month and when i bit into the burger it was great at first. When i got to about the 3rd or 4th bite i noticed it was "mushy" so i turned on my interior light (i was in the passenger seat and my husband was driving) and i noticed that the meat was still pink and there were tiny ice flakes in the meat!!!!! When i told the lady at the window, she said im sorry ma'am we do not do refunds. I even showed her the burger she seen the pink meat and ice and proceeded to repeat "we dont do refunds i can give you another burger" after 2-3 minutes of going back and forth i finally said "if you think im going to eat this mess you are badly mistaken" and she tried to offer me a free meal of my choice. I told her (not so politely) that i will starve before i eat that trash and reminded her that it violates the law when she serves this undercooked, halfway frozen meat. FOR INSIGHT: picture getting a pack of livermush and just grabbing a good bit of it in your hand and putting it in your mouth and chewing!!! It was absolutely disgusting. read more

Service. Important to a good restaurant experience. This place always delivers for me, especially compared to nearby competitors. Burger King is not my usual favorite burger joint. It ranks at least behind McDonald's, Wendy's, Sonic and Cookout, except for breakfast. Love those Croissantwiches! I usually do drive-thru here. And it's always a fast, polite and accurate experience. And the food is hot and satisfying. Other nearby fast food eateries should send scouts to study this team. Its burger king. A fast food place. You cross your fingers and hope you dont get burned. This location however, has always been good to me. This exact location and only this location on W dixon (74W) during lunch time, has quick moving lines and fresh hot food with the right amount of ketchup and mustard. Granted, I always order a double cheeseburger but this location and its food never really burns me. It was years since I had a double cheese that reminded me of the past. Coming back home and going to the same location again after 10 years and its still the same. Thats cool. read more

Do Not eat here! I lived right behind BK and me and my Bf would go a lot. He would always ask for a PLAIN burger and each time they would still mess it up. The last time I went was around 11:30 PM and we ordered 2 plain burgers and a fries. Once we paid and pulled around I made him stop and check them. Well guess what they both were wrong! And the fries where soggy and cold. We pulled around and told them the order was wrong and they made us pull around. We gave them the old food and pulled up. They made us sit and wait 45 mins for our food. If it wasn't so late and of other places would have been open we would have left but I had just gotten off work and had to be back in 7 hours. Anyways.... I go and knock on the door the manager looks at me and keeps doing whatever. So my man gets out and bangs on the door. The manger then comes and hands it to us, and we tell him if we have anymore problems then we will call his higher up. He told us "I don't give a F**k" then closed the door. Well we get in the car and drive away then check the food and guess what??? It was still wrong! read more

We tried the Whopper, fish sandwich, and chicken sandwich at this Burger King. The common thread is subpar taste of those items. The pickles are impossible to chew throw, the beef patty was as tough as they get, the chicken patty was very salty, and finally, the lettuce was bitter. The food is bad. My mom complained last week because the service was terrible and the food was sloppily put together. Customer service told her that she could get a free meal but when we got there, the manager told her that she had to explain the situation to her. She then went on to say that her complaint made no sense based on what she thought of the worker that was there that night. I ordered my food separate and she turned and told another employee that she had to come and take over the register because she couldn't be on it any longer. She then stared me down as we ate. Another customer also had to complain because an employee was on break and talking loudly on the phone and cursing around his young children. We will no longer be coming to this Burger King based off of the customer service alone. read more

Every day morning almost I go by Burger King in Shelby NC to get breakfast sandwich but this morning it was sloppy put together. I called and ask for the manager and the lady said what do you want. I said the manager she said her name and i told her what was wrong. She said I'm sorry but we are behind and trying to catch up. Offered me a replacement if I would come by. It seems to me that they don't need my business since they are so far behind. So I will be going somewhere else for my breakfast sandwich. Have nice day! read more
