After a very long time I ended up here for breakfast. I actually came here on a weekday after 10 in the morning. When I arrived the place was empty, I was the only customer. Walked in and no one was at the counter. A woman walked in at the same time as me and had to yell for someone to come to the counter because the kitchen workers were looking at us with a blank stare. I ordered the spider verse bundle which comes with an ice cream sundae. They don't have ice cream so he gave me a Hershey pie instead. I open my whopper and it's a regular whopper. The man never told me they didn't have the red buns. My sister ordered the impossible whopper and all they put on it were pickles and onions. Idk why they didn't put lettuce or tomatoes on it. I went to the Burger King on Richmond Ave,(Staten Island) and stood there and stood there waiting for service that never came even though I'm pretty sure that I'm not dead and invisible! These people need to be replaced ASAP! When I was in college I worked at a Wetson"s (does anybody remember them?) The customer was always important. Terrible! My mom asked for 2 cheese burger and the employee gave her one burger with no cheese! Bad service! Don't recommend this place!

Pathetic....stopped by 2 weeks ago late afternoon for a shake, "machine's down". Again, last week, same explanation. Went for lunch yesterday, they told me they don't have a shake machine, they only serve water in bottles, limited beverages and menu. This has got to be the worst Burger King in Staten Island. All the bathrooms are closed so hopefully you don't have to go. I really had to go but they said all 3 bathrooms are out of water. Then a man asked to use the facilities and low and behold, they opened the women's room for him. There was only one cashier but 3 people giving out the food so the line took too forever. One old man who obviously had little money ordered a whopper jr but had no money for a drink and was refused a cup got water. Do yourself s favor, go to another Burger King or go to McDonald's down the block if you're craving fast food. read more

Customer service needs improvement, and the food needs to be fresh. No one wants cold fries/hash browns, and a sandwich.

Since they renovated I love it. Food is super fast and always hot and good. Inside looks really nice and modern. Employees are always friendly and hook you up. They take any coupons expired or not. Always have some good deals too. I can't stand mcds or Wendy's anymore. Bk all the way. Love this place. read more

HORRIBLE STAFF! I went to get my free Impossible burger from my Tmoblie Tuesday app I also purchase other foods mind you, but when I said I wanted to redeem my free burger 2 staff member gave me a mean look and out of no where had an attitude. Long story short I left with my purchase but never got my free burger. This location needs hire friendly cashiers or maybe they should be put in the back and have their friendly cooks come to the front. Horrible service read more

Visited this Burger King 6/8/2019 with my 4 yr old granddaughter. No working bathroom for customers and the manager was very unfriendly when I asked if there was any bathroom available for my granddaughter. I was very disappointed and will never go into that Burger King again. read more
