One star is for the location, cos they always packed, drive through always busy, but the staff is really not into the job. Food is below par, order mostly wrongly packed and missing item is common like they intended to do that!! Management is either loosely doing their job or they don't care to live up the brand name. I just got one order but wrong item was packed (double filet o fish become single) and Big Mac meal missing Big Mac. Even I order 20 pieces nuggets then came in 3 boxes: 10/6/4. We come here often for dinner and lunch as we live a few blocks away. The service is always so slow. They take forever to take your order if you go into the restaurant. They do not have a dedicated cashier. Instead you have to wait until they finish most of the drive through orders before they take yours. We sometimes have to wait 20+ minutes just to place our order. They also prioritize drive through orders so we would have to wait again for order to be prepared. The workers can be hit and miss. Sometimes, the food can be burned and it's not prepared accurately. A few times, a lot of the certain food items were not available. read more

This particular McDonalds establishment is quite possibly the largest collection of mental incompetents in the entire company. Their management team have no clue how to efficiently run a fast food business. They all act like the job is beneath them and show just how much they resent working there. Once it becomes 11pm, the braintrust here decides that all mobile orders and uber orders must all wait on the drive thru along with drive thru customers. This creates a massive bottleneck which ultimately results in lines of cars down the street. Keep in mind that this establishment has a vestibule with a window, which is designed specifically for the purpose of separating drive-through customers from mobile order customers . However, the staff at this McDonald's specifically the management team refuses to use it because it would require them to work harder at night. So instead, everyone's food gets picked up cold and late. All because of the incompetence, apathy and general laziness of this staff of individuals who have obviously failed at life and think that they are entitled to be paid for doing absolutely nothing or the bare minimum If you order from this particular McDonald's establishment, please be aware that once it's 11 PM you will wait at least an hour and a half for a mobile order read more

I've been coming to this location for over 20 years, and I've never been treated the way I was last night. I placed a mobile drive thru order last night. Upon pulling up to the window, I was greeted very rudely by the employee at the pickup window. They asked me what I ordered and I told them and they snickered back at me saying "what's that?" I explained to them what the order was and I eventually received it, and when I asked for additional sauce for my family, items were chucked into my bag and the bag was practically shoved at me. Pretty unprofessional. I come to realize after driving 15 minutes to my house that the 4 orders of fries that come with the meal I ordered weren't in the bag, so I proceed to call the store and let them know. The person who picked up the phone proceeded to hang up on me 4 times. So now infuriated, I drive back to the store and let the manager know what happened. When "addressing" this issue, she seemed to think it was funny and started smirking in my face. Instead of making a big deal of this, I got the items I needed and left, but have full intentions of letting corporate know about the situation. Being a former employee here it's disheartening to see how unprofessional this place has become, and the standard that McDonalds holds their employees to has significantly fallen off. This location is horrible. Every single time that I place an order with them through Uber eats, there are always items missing! I am so disappointed with this location. No one answers a phone ever, so there's no one to contact. I do not drive so I have no way to get there. The food tastes good but that's about it, i don't understand how they can have such horrible workers over there, that they get the orders wrong every time!! I would not recommend this place if you're ordering through an app. Not sure if it's different in person. I am so done getting from here, and the part that really sucks is that I have long Covid so almost everything smells and tastes rotten to me. I've been here several times and some of those times they always forget at least one item. On some days the workers are rude and on other days they are nice. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Almost every employee here has an attitude. No one smiles, says thank you, you're welcome or shows the slightest bit of courtesy. I always order 2 happy meals and a meal for my husband. They never ask if I want a bag and seem to always get something wrong with my order. I was just there today and only ordered one happy meal and a shake. The woman plops it down and calls out the number. She didn't even close the happy meal. I asked if I could please have a bag and a cup holder for the shake. She hands me a plastic bag which I thought was to carry the meal in. No. It was a flimsy bag to carry drinks in! I took a cardboard drink holder and she took it back explaining those are for Uber drivers. Every single time I've been there, they have given me that cardboard holder for my drinks. Anyhow, I told her that bag didn't seem sturdy enough for a drink and she never did give me a bag for the meal. I wouldn't mind if I were driving, but I always walk there and back, but regardless, if someone asks for a bag, you give it to them with a freakin' smile! Only one employee has ever asked if I wanted a bag and even helped me pack it all up. NO ONE else has ever done that there. Courtesy goes a loooong way. So we just ran in to get the kids something quick to eat. When we came in, the place is wry clean and it seemed as though everything was organized. After ordering at the kiosk, my tray was delivered and my drink cup was missing. I walked up to the counter and asked the manager who wasn't really paying attention and said the cups are at the register. I explained once again that my mail had already been delivered however the cup was missing from my tray and I was asking the server who brought it to me. The manager once again was extremely dismissive never made eye contact and continue to talk to her staff while I was having this conversation with her. At that point we went back to the table after I got my cup and went to go take soda from the soda fountain. The soda was flat, everyone at the fountain was talking about how flat the soda was so we all went up there to say that the machine was broken. Once again being very dismissive and never turning in even looking at us she said yeah the Coke is broken it's it's the Coke I don't know it's broken. And continue to go on with her work we were dumbfounded and said maybe that should be told to us before we're purchasing cups it's not just the Coke it's all of the soda is broken. The manager again was quite dismissive never answered us never addressed the concern she was ordering around the employees which to me is quite embarrassing. I had been going to this McDonald's since forever... but I never got once for a correct order. They always miss something or give me a wrong order. My kid doesn't like onions and pickles, I always order cheese burger with onions and pickles. But 75% of time I will find onions and pickles in my kids cheese burger. I ordered a 2 cheese burgers meal, and they gave me a cheese burger and a chicken sandwich which wrapping with a cheese burger wrapping paper. Always forgot give me the soda cup that come with the meal. One time that I was ordering a 2 pieces chicken select, and the cashier told me that doesn't come with 2 pieces, only 4 or 6. They tell me it's ready when I get to the second window then tell me to pull to the front and they will bring it out. I am waiting for about 10 minutes. I am looking in and they are all talking, playing around and making tik Tok videos. So I go in and one girl got told to do some work only because I walked in, she complains saying "Ughh you interrupted my video". I see the food is all ready sitting there getting cold. I made my order with the drive thru clearly and specifically I asked for a LARGE #2 with a Dr Pepper with NO ice. The girl on the other end repeated my order to me correctly. The girl at next window asked to verify my order to pay for it, I repeated my aforementioned order and handed my debit card to her, I paid the sum of $11.97. At the next window the girl there tried to hand me a medium drink and medium fry. I explained that I ordered a large and I confirmed it prior. She told me that I was only charged for the medium and not the large, I nicely asked her to correct the size to which she became flustered. I handed my debit card towards her, she declined me and demanded I pay cash for the upgrade. I told her I don't carry cash so she huffed and talked to the manager. She came back to the window and demanded my card. She then told me I had to pull forward while they were in possession of my debit card and they would bring it out to me. ABSOLUTELY NOT APPROPRIATE! I refused and she demanded me to pull forward again. I again said absolutely not, why so she could copy my card and/or steal my info. She rolled her eyes and told her manager I refused to move until I had my card. I was returned my card and I drove away. At no time did this "manager" address me personally or try to personally rectify the situation. This isn't the first time my wife & I have had problems here it it is certainly the last time we will ever purchase anything from this establishment. Perhaps they need to be retrained in customer satisfaction/service. They are constantly messing orders up and are very rude to customers. If fast food is your desire go the extra mile to a different Mc Donald's or a different fast food restaurant all together. read more
