They did exactly the opposite of what we ordered: - whopper jr. with cheese and onion, no pickles - gave us a whopper jr. With NO CHEESE & PICKLES! - filet of fish sandwich - gave us fish THAT was actually BURNT and DRY up like a piece of CARDBOARD! - double cheeseburger plain - gave us a single cheeseburger WITH LETTUCE, TOMATO & PICKLES! Sent an email to corporate and they politely said they would speak to the franchisee, said THE FRANCHISEE WILL BE IN TOUCH, and only offered a $10 coupon for a $25 meal!! Horrifying experience. Drive through speaker is broken, they take order at the window and I proceed to wait 30 minutes for food. Fed up I decide to go inside and see what's up. Manager is yelling at an elderly lady (who just wants her food) and is calling her a racist because she wants food. I'm handed a cold bag of food and told to go on my way. If zero stars were possible, I would give it. Idk who was working 5/11 around 9-10ish but hands down THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I would never waste my time reviewing a fast food restaurant but this was a mess. We waited well over 40 mins and just left because the $5 we spend was not worth pulling an all nighter there. I worked at Burger King years ago and I'm assuming that some of the rules have remained the same. This was terrible. My mom and I stood at the counter waiting to be served for like 10 minutes and no one even paid attention to us. Everyone in the kitchen was focused on the drive-through orders. The worker that eventually helped us didn't really speak super great English so she couldn't answer a question that we had and gave me two knives instead of two spoons, but otherwise provided fine service when she was our cashier. This Burger King on Park Street in Stoughton across from The RK Plaza is the worst place I have ever been!! I sat there having my meal with my daughter and all I could hear was yelling and screaming from the kitchen it was an older woman who I think was the boss although I would never give her that title she was rude to her help and she didn't care who was around!! One employees even got so mad he took off his uniform and threw it all over the restaurant as he exited the building this woman needs to be dealt with and I hope somebody from Burger King reads this because this isn't the first time this has happened in there this woman needs to go and SOON!! read more

Went here for lunch with my son. The cashier guy seemed aggravated that we were there around 12:15pm. Sorry my son was hungry. We were greeted pretty early, which was good but the dude we ordered from seemed miserable. I ordered a kids meal from my son and told him he wanted fries and a orange soda. The cashier told me (exact words) Apple juice or milk. Rude asshole. I asked about soda and he said come or Diet Coke. Why didn't you ask me that when I asked for orange soda??? Lazy ass douche! I got a buy one get one for $1. I asked for no onions or ketchup. I got a burger with pickles, then unmelted cheese and some wilted lettuce, good tomato and Mayo that was yellow, which means it was out for hours! I'm a chef and not an idiot!!! I live in canton and went to this location because the one across from stop and shop sucks too! Drove 21 minutes for better food! Made an extremely simple request for breakfast. Egg, Cheese and Bacon French Toast Sandwich meal and French Toast sticks. Wheres the syrup? These Sticks are dry as it is. This place was great after it was renovated. There was even a great manager. But NOW!? Whomever owns this franchise is losing money at night. Friends of the kids working there are hanging out in the dining room, one girl preparing food had NO gloves on and was texting, the manager was too weak to address any of it and their customer service skills were non-existant. Obviously when reviewing a fast food chain, such as Burger King, there are going to be common issues with almost every BK since it is such a large fast food chain. This specific Burger King is no different. The service is sub par, and the food is as well. Sometimes you will luck out and get a good order of food and good service. Horrible food, poorly kept building, bad service and terrible people. Don't waste your time or money. If you like your Hershey pies spoiled and partially melted you got a good one here. Also the people there are just dumb. I was the only person in the drive through and ordered a chocolate milk shake and got to the window and was handed a hot coffee. They made me wait for my order once after the drive through in the parking lot and after fifteen minutes i realized they forgot about me. But it's ok because they gave me a spoiled Hershey pie to make up for it. Plus there manager is a complete bitch.
