I haven't been to Burger King in a long time because every time I went it just didn't taste like it used to and I thought maybe my taste buds changed. But lately that's not the case! They have been making perfect burgers every time I have gone the last two weeks and they are so good now!! We got there at like 9:05. We place our order, a Sausage Crossaintwitch no egg and cheese, and a 2 for 4 meal with Sausage and no egg. I notice something is off when the screen says e/s/c, meaning egg sausage and cheese, instead of the right of s/c. The employee says the total comes out to 8.45 at the next window. Wait a minute. 8.45 for a 2 for 4 crossaints and one more... that's not right. I know that for a fact. I worked at BK for a year before covid hit and i switched to my college only schedule So we get up to the window and the lady at the window *maskless with the signs right in front of her btw* and she says the same total as before. I tell her if the crossaints are 2 for 4 why does it cost me 8 dollars for 3? she says "i don' know but that's what it says so *gave this face at me too*" and i tell her fine then switch it to 2 two for four meals if i'm paying that much. and she said "mkay so sausage egg and cheese two two for fours" and i repeat myself again, uh ma'am no egg on all of em, no cheese on two of em please, "mhm 8.45" I then hand her my twenty, do the exchange, and have my grandpa check the food. not only was the croissants not toasted like trained to be, the cheese was on all of em too! after 3 corrections, that snarky attitude, the cold food, and the service, i'm sorry but this makes me not want to eat at the king. oh and forgot to mention. it was 9:45 by the time we were out of there and almost missed a glass shipment at my job pps; the flower looks more tasty than the food i ate there today The Smemmers. read more

I was nervous about going here due to its 1.5 star rating. We took the gamble and we were pleasantly surprised, our burgers were hot and fresh and made correctly. Also our interaction with the safe was nice and helpful. If you like Burger King I'd give this one another shot and maybe disregard the 3+ year old reviews. read more

Horrible. Not fast food. Shut down the drive through at 5:30pm because they were short staffed. Took the person on the register 10 minutes to take a simple order. Was this her first day? I should have know better seeing the long line of cars in the drive thru. I ordered and didn't love for 10mins. I wanted to just pull off but the drive thru lane has you trapped. I was told "restrooms are closed to the public" so I bought a food item and used the restroom. As soon as I came out, I crapped my pants because 3 staff members who looked like they were suboxone dependent, started yelling at me saying that "i told you restroom is closed to the public"!! Which they meant restrooms are closed period customer or non-customer. Bottom line is, if you like to be respected as a customer, avoid this joint. read more

For what is probably one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to, this place deserves worse than 1 star. It was filthy. Horribly so. All of the benches and tables were scratched and falling apart. You could tell the place hasn't seen a renovation in years, let alone a little maintenance. The food was bad. I am never that fond of Burger King but members of my family are and every one of them left disappointed. Burger King is infamous for getting orders wrong. I visited this one last week and didn't check my bad before I made the drive home. That was my mistake as half my order was missing. I called to see if I could just get credit as I live out of the way and wasn't going to be in the area the next day either. I was then told I would be mailed a Money Order as they couldn't refund my card. I thought that it was really odd way to resolve something so simple. And now its been over a week and still no credit to my card and no Money Order. There's a McDonalds across the street, go there instead. read more

I have been here a few times and there is normally a female manager running things and the service is good and the food is as expected. However the other day when my wife and I stopped to go through the drive through it was terrible the food took forever, there was a line of cars in front of us and in back of us. When we got to the window they had to ask us what we ordered all over again. The cars in front of us were paying and you could see food being passed back and forth for incorrect orders. This was hands down the worst Burger King experience I have ever had. Too bad also because it is in a good location and they just remodeled the building. What a shame. read more

OK this place is close to the highway. That's all that's going for this BK. Had to wait longer than usual, in front of store waiting for staff to bring out food while they took other orders - have a feeling would have gotten food sooner if I had avoided the drive through. Drive through times are ridiculous and the food quality was horrible. Two things that can kill a fast food restaurant.

If I could've given it a minus I would've. I'll start with the customer service. I went to the drive through and had a woman take my order she continuously interrupted me seemed rushed, but took my order and see that it was wrong. I brought it back to the window and started to show her the huge amounts of ketchup and mustard she grabbed it from my hand, again cut me off and walked away. I told her that she was being rude. She screamed!!! "THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! And shut the window in my face. Again I leave and see AGAIN my burger wasn't right, this time they left off the bacon. I brought it inside, and waited. She took back the burger I see it come out, but she makes me wait till every customer is waited on before handing me my food. The dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen. I have been in cleaner porta-potty. The service was friendly enough, just not cleaned and no upkeep.

Stopped last night to pick up 2 Whoppers, 2 fries and 2 sodas. It took 22 minutes to fill my order and there was only one person in front of me. There was one car in the parking lot when I pulled up and no visible cars in the drive through. 3 people were sitting at a table waiting for their to go order and had to go back to the counter twice to get the order right. In the mean time I am waiting to place my order, and the cashier was waiting for the food for other orders to come up. She was just standing there. After 5 minutes she took my order. 10 minutes later she put the fries on a tray, and then took the orders for 4 other people, never returning to finish pulling my order together. The guy making the fries finally looked over what I ordered and completed my order--cold fries and all. Finding a clean table here was near impossible. The drink station was sloppy with spilled ice, drinks, plus kids, straw wrappers, and lids scattered. The ketchup dispenser was working on this visit, but there were no cups.
