We were not charged for the returned item but was charged for the replacement so I feel there was nothing really done to try to compensate for their mistake. The sweet BBQ sauce caramelized really well with the fat (it's not a lean cut of meat) and produced a great flavor-texture combination. Husband tasted it and agreed it was the best thing to ever come out of Topsiders. We live in East Tawas and have eaten here dozens of times. Old Topsiders was 2.5 - 3.0 stars.
